It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with an attorney. I paid him over ten thousand dollars for lousy representation. Not to mention my ex wife had no case, because she wasn't even their mother. The whole thing should have and could have been resolved in a couple hours, but Cameron chose to drag it out for the big pay day. In my opinion this guy was a complete douche bag!!!

For the past four years I have been in a nasty and very difficult divorce. My case has many different aspects, which would make any normal person’s head spin. I had a previous attorney, who was very nice and I liked as a person, but in my opinion was over his head with my case and failed me in court. When my divorce finalized, it was by no means the end of my troubles. Due to additional ongoing shenanigans by my ex-husband, I was not out of the court system and I started representing myself in an effort to save what little money I had left. Eventually, significant events with my ex-husband kept reoccurring to where I needed true legal representation, but there was no way I was going to use my old attorney. I did some pretty extensive research of attorneys around the county and came across some of Cameron’s reviews. Many of the details people gave describing Cameron’s personality and his handling of their cases really resonated with me, and so I decided to give his office a call. Cameron was very friendly and warm the first time I spoke with him. He recognized the difficulties and challenges my case presented, but he didn’t seem fazed and agreed to take me on. Like his website states, no case is too complex nor too basic for his team, and that’s completely accurate. I won’t get into the details regarding why I filed for divorce, but I will touch on one point that was the crux of my whole case. I’m sharing this in hopes that it helps other people and gives guidance to those who have similar situations as mine. Prior to filing for divorce, my ex-husband was diagnosed by a mental healthcare professional as exhibiting Narcissistic Personality Disorder. At the time I didn’t put too much thought into it. In hindsight I should have put all my effort into learning about narcissism because after filing for divorce, the ramifications have ripped my world apart. If you don’t believe me, just do a simple Google search on divorcing a narcissist and you’ll see what I mean. It was so bad that I had two attorneys tell me on separate occasions this was the worst divorce they had seen. The reason I’m mentioning this is if you suspect your spouse exhibits narcissistic tendencies and you’re contemplating divorce, you absolutely must retain the services of an experienced attorney that has dealt with cases such as mine, recognizes the seriousness of how every detail needs to be handled, and most importantly is not a wallflower in the courtroom. If this sounds like something you may run into if you’re considering divorce, then Cameron is your man! He is very savvy with these kinds of cases, methodical in his strategy, and pretty accurate in his predictions of how the courts will rule based on the evidence presented. He will be upfront and honest with you, but he’s in no way curt or abrasive. Cameron wants to do the best he can for his clients in an efficient and ethical manner, and he delivers. I cannot stress enough how important it is to get a really good attorney prior to entering a divorce you know will be contentious. Then you won’t learn the hard way like I did. Thank you Cameron for everything. You really have been a life saver.

Stephen Wagner has been our attorney since 2017. We have unfortunately been to court many times for different reasons/circumstances, so it’s be a roller coaster of a family law/custody case. Since day one when my husband and I retained him, he has been honest and forthcoming about what to expect and how to handle any and all situations that have arisen. He has been loyal to us and our daughter on our journey to ensuring what is best for her. We lost our first move away request, but Stephen still made sure to fight for the best custody/visitation for our daughter. We recently filed for another move away, and won with the help of Stephen and his staff. Brian and Marina have assisted him on all of our RFOs and court appearances, and never once did they leave us disappointed- always very thorough, professional, and understanding! And let’s be real.. custody cases can bring out so many different emotions, but they have always addressed my concerns with empathy and respect, even when I might have been a tad emotional haha! The only “complaint,” I have (if you can even call it a complaint) is that Stephen has a heavy caseload and is consequently very busy! So, don’t expect to be able to call the office and speak to him immediately. However, once you are able to meet with him in-person or over the phone, he is sure to be very thorough and address all of your concerns to the best of his ability! I have recommended him to so many people, and will continue to do so!

Very Disappointed! I am calling numerous attorneys and this is the only one so far that the lady whom answered the phone kept repeating herself about PAYMENT! Till finally I told her, the payment isn't a issue. I just need to find out some info on your office for my son. She then told me that even if my son gives her the ok to speak with me and is present or on the phone that the attorney can ONLY speak to my son. Which I don't understand that. If my son is on the phone with me or if this meeting where to take place face to face, why couldn't I explain the situation we are having? The whole reason we are looking for an attorney is because my son when speaking tends to word things incorrectly or not say everything and that is why I would be the one to step in and explain with him present.. Needless to say the conversation ended. Never even got past the lady whom answered the phone.

Zahn law office just tried to suck me dry financially for being in court for me ONE time and asking for a continuance ONE time and accomplishing nothing at court and the attorneys Allison Novik and Paul Zahn want around $7300 for that! My situation did not get better I got absolutely nowhere but in debt! I’m so glad I fired Allison after just 4 weeks and one court appearance when I did or I’d be bankrupt and homeless.

Very disappointed with this office. Kevin was late to our very first hearing, so we didn’t get to talk about details. I had no idea what to expect having never done this before. I feel he was completely incompetent with the manner in which he counsels. I had to continually call the office to ask about my case. Twice I was given wrong dates for hearings. I feel a lot of the leg work was done by myself. I was told I did not have to be present during the last hearing, so I’m at work in the midst of COVID with patients dying, and who calls me, Kevin Ramey! I have to try and listen in on this hearing through his cell phone while working and then the judge wants to postpone, Kevin said nothing so I took control and got things done. Don’t waste your time or money with this office. It may have been better if Mr Ausman had been my lawyer, but I’m not so sure now. I was told by Tiffany they’ve had a large turnover recently and the billing is a mess. I keep receiving invoices, that were “stuck” in the invoices not to be billed. I have serious doubts about the competency level of this office. Tori Keen is the only competent and kind person working there. My case was over in January and I’m still fighting them about what I supposedly owe them. I sincerely wish I had gone to someone else, and I would never recommend this office to anyone.

I have now used this office twice. Both times left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not suggest using them unless you want to do half of the work yourself. I consistently had to call in to find out what the progress was. Never did I get quality follow through. At the end of my case, they asked if I needed their services any longer and for my new address, to which i responded no an gave it to them. I assumed(my bad) that they would close out my account and send me a refund check for the remaining deposit not used. Incorrect! It took 3 months, several hasty phone calls, plenty of run around and excuses before they even told me the balance remaining. I then waited for the check, only to find out it was $200 less than I was told!! Subpar customer service, questionable knowledge of the law and lack of billing ability make this a 3 star at best review. Good luck to anyone already retaining them.

My experience of divorce from a very high-conflict, narcissistic individual, was extremely difficult and Stephanie was very professional, organized and caring throughout my entire divorce case. Great attorney. Helped us get supervised visitations for the other party for the safety of our child. Something that I feel is hard since courts rarely take full custody away from the mothers. Price was reasonable. I called around many attorneys didn’t even want to bother since the case was and Shafter. The ones that were willing to take the case wanted to charge double of what Bobby Cloud charged us. Happy that we choose Bobby Cloud. Plus we loved his red suspenders!

After reading other reviews on this thread, I CAN NOT understand how Bobby Cloud Law could get anything but 5 stars! Those other people are wrong!! Getting divorced is probably the hardest thing you will ever have go through! This lawyer is professional and has your back throughout the entire process. There wasn’t a single time I didn’t feel like I wasn’t at the top of his priority list! Yeah, this stuff is hard and emotional, but Bobby always made me feel like he was there for me and me alone! I sat in those court rooms many times waiting for my turn and there wasn’t a single other lawyer I would have trusted after watching them fumble their cases! You want to win?!? You want to keep your dignity during a time when you are at your lowest place?!? Stop wasting your time with others, call his office and schedule a consultation. Sure.....It costs money to retain a lawyer, but this is the only place you will feel like your money was well spent when it’s over!! I will recommend Bobby Cloud Law over and over without hesitation! Thank you Bobby for all that you have done!
