In 2018 in my daughters Lindsay D and N Case my daughter was not found unfit her children were not adjudicated dependent or neglected My daughter passed all monitored drug testing the case was dismissed and Lindsay could not save our children from having to move 1000 miles away with a dead beat father who still owes 40,000 in back child support She could not appeal the case for my daughter. Because the courts did not prove anything and did not adjudicate. The judge did not still have jurisdiction to make a ruling especially because she dismissed the case. What the Judge did is trespass what the law said if not proven return the children and made her own ruling. Its against the law So in my option she don't know how to win in Teller County. Because this was a pretty black and white case and she let the Judge break the Law.

After about 1½ years as my lawyer and finally making headway on my custody case with all the proof to start the patental alienation case against my ex and knowing that I was barely able to afford to keep her on retainer (but still was) she bailed stating she was no longer going to do this type of attorney work. This left me stuck with not enough money to hire a new lawyer plus basically having to start all over with someone who knew nothing about the case. I was surprised to see her website today that says family law...was I lied to?? I would have to say that like all lawyers she cannot be trusted.

I was a terrified cliet who had a very controlling husband and very abusive verbally, he had broken me down to rubble. I was not ready to handle anything given to me, I was terrified to the core. I had a previous lawyer who dumped me for this reason but Bill took me on. I am sure he went home many evenings wishing he hadn't but he stuck with me got me the extra support that I needed and made me realize with help from his staff, that I was important that my life mattered. I dug deep and got the courage that had been squanderd by my EX and was able to get it together in the end. I ended up with more than I expected and was able to finally find the peace I had been wanting for so long. He is honorable dependable and reliable and his staff are just as wonderful. He's a good person and cares about integrity. Maybe to much so, because as a lawyer you're supposed to leave your personal feelings and convictions out of your defense of a client. In fact he pretty much let me destroy myself on the stand, instead objecting and giving me advice on how to answer the questions. He said just answer them honestly. No objections were made by him, which because of my honest nature made me look bad. I would say you need a lawyer that will do anything to win. Including playing tit for tat with someone who is accusing you of thing's you didn't do. Especially when the people accusing you are lying. I feel it's his military back ground that makes him so honest. When getting a lawyer you need an O.J. defense lawyer not an extremely honest ex-military kind of guy. That's the Colorado Springs area for you though, everyone is ex-military. Good guy, just not a good defense lawyer. Probably good at other areas of his field. Because let's face it the judicial system is not honorable, and neither are so many of the laws in this great country.

When I first began the process of my divorce I called several law firms, none of whom were nearly as responsive as Kalamaya Goscha who immediately connected me with Georgina Melbye. I don't know how I could have handled this stressful process without her in my corner, she was reliable, compassionate, and transparent every step of the way and ensured everything was handled fairly in what could have otherwise been a much more challenging process. Ryan handled my divorce case with professionalism and tact. His fees were reasonable and much, much lower than the other side’s. He out-lawyered the other side to such an extent they went through three different law firms. I wound up with a settlement that was much better financially than I would have gotten in court. It was basically a windfall. I would recommend Ryan and his firm to anyone needing representation in a divorce case. I have a unique perspective on judging the skill of lawyers because I am a lawyer myself.

When initially searching for someone to represent me in my family court case I had several consultations with other family law attorneys in the Colorado Springs area. As someone who was completely overwhelmed by the complexity of the legal process and my own unusual circumstances, I knew I needed strong and intelligent representatives so that I could give my child the best outcome possible. What stood out to me about Erica right away was her upfront demeanor and honesty about the difficulties of my case. She didn't balk at the challenge of working with orders from another state like other lawyers had. She presented me with her best path forward for me, and was able to explain options that were available to me. She didn't try to hide or diminish the overall financial cost of the process I was facing like other lawyers had, and she was clear about the billing process for herself and for others who would be working on my case and tried to help me save on costs where possible on several occasions. Most importantly, Erica was able to take a complex situation and focus on the most important facts and kept this consistent direction throughout the entire duration of my case, something that is difficult to do as a parent in duress. I was very pleased when Erica and Susan, her paralegal, began to work on my case right away. Nearly each and every day for six months they worked tirelessly to push my case forward through the court. As a father in the midst of battling for my rights to my child I would not advise anyone to bring Greg on. He charged me for everything while he did absolutely nothing to assist me in winning my case. Ultimately he told me it was my job to build my own case, not his. All while continuing to take money out of my retainer. If you are a father going up against this bias family court system, I would not advise you to spend money with this firm. Keep searching.

I have used Lynn Olney twice for his legal services. There's never any of us who are looking forward to needing a lawyer (for any reason). However, Lynn and his team have always done everything to ensure that I've been taken good care of. He has always been there for any questions and to explain the processes and items that are upcoming. Unlike many attorneys, Lynn has always been fiscally conservative and doesn't make any motions or waste his time (or your money). You can count on Lynn putting your best foot forward and doing his best to ensure that you are represented in a fair, unbiased, and professional manner. I have always had full faith in his capabilities (because I've seen them firsthand) and have gotten many good nights sleep knowing that he's only a phone call away and is on top of anything that develops. I also have full confidence recommending friends and family to him. There is never a question in my mind that he's going to be the best lawyer you can obtain. And the "thank you's" I get from the people I recommend are priceless (I've never had anyone tell me they were disappointed or that he didn't do a great job for him).

I would be giving this law firm a 0 star review if it were an option. They allowed an attorney under there firms name to operate with absolutely no supervision, said attorney was derelict in his duty to me as his client and then left the firm with little notice and the law group did nothing for 4 months to rectify his wrong doings. He was incredibly unprofessional while working for them, as well as irresponsible in his business practices, there was no oversight from the "supervising attorney " which led to him not maintaining his oath as a Colorado B.A.R. licensed attorney. The best I could get from them was that they were trying their best to get it all back under control and that they would send me the remaining money from my retainer, that was 4 months delinquent from the lawyer even working for them. I would absolutely recommend you look for other representation then SANDERS law firm if you would like to be able to reach your attorneys about pressing legal issues or feel like a priority when investing so much into a law practice. They were all around egregious in the standard that they kept in terms of professionalism and support in my most trying of times. I will never return to this group and would suggest that no one retain them as legal representation.

I was a party to a case that Jesse Feinsod was hired to represent me. I have never been through anything like this before and I had no idea what to expect. Jesse took the time to explain things in detail that I could understand so I knew what to expect. When it came time, Jesse fought to get my case dismissed with prejudice without the need to go to hearing although he was more than prepared to go to hearing. Let's face it, divorce is not easy. It's not fun. It's actually a terrible thing to happen to a family. But it is a common reality for many. Having a good law firm in your corner will definitely help you navigate the thoroughfare of divorce with peace of mind. My attorney was Teresa Drexler. I felt very comfortable with Teresa as my attorney. She was knowledgeable, understanding, and detailed. Now I'm not gonna sit here and say I got everything that I wanted from the settlement. However, Teresa thoroughly explained the strength of each spouse's respective case and told me that sometimes the judge rules a way we cannot predict. After all was said and done, I was at peace with the ENTIRE process start to finish. I was even at peace with how the judge ruled. I petitioned for what I believed was right and Teresa stood up for me and represented me extremely well. I have no regrets and I have Teresa to thank for that. I would definitely recommend Teresa Drexler and Drexler Law to anyone who is enduring the process of divorce.

Ms. Drexler and her team did an outstanding job of representing me in my modification of support motion. I do not live in Colorado and Ms. Drexler immediately made me feel as if I was a priority to her and the firm. Constant communication, compassion, and a sense of being a "Team" with her and Demi made the process very simple and straight forward, even though the opposing party was extremely difficult to work with. Her knowledge of family law, and willingness to listen to my individual needs made sure I got the outcome I was looking for. I only wish I would have found her and the team before I went through the original divorce proceedings, I can't help but think things might have ended up differently. In my opinion, Drexler Law provides the most professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate representation anywhere in the Fort Carson area.
