In 2018 in my daughters Lindsay D and N Case my daughter was not found unfit her children were not adjudicated dependent or neglected My daughter passed all monitored drug testing the case was dismissed and Lindsay could not save our children from having to move 1000 miles away with a dead beat father who still owes 40,000 in back child support She could not appeal the case for my daughter. Because the courts did not prove anything and did not adjudicate. The judge did not still have jurisdiction to make a ruling especially because she dismissed the case. What the Judge did is trespass what the law said if not proven return the children and made her own ruling. Its against the law So in my option she don't know how to win in Teller County. Because this was a pretty black and white case and she let the Judge break the Law.

After about 1½ years as my lawyer and finally making headway on my custody case with all the proof to start the patental alienation case against my ex and knowing that I was barely able to afford to keep her on retainer (but still was) she bailed stating she was no longer going to do this type of attorney work. This left me stuck with not enough money to hire a new lawyer plus basically having to start all over with someone who knew nothing about the case. I was surprised to see her website today that says family law...was I lied to?? I would have to say that like all lawyers she cannot be trusted.

I was a terrified cliet who had a very controlling husband and very abusive verbally, he had broken me down to rubble. I was not ready to handle anything given to me, I was terrified to the core. I had a previous lawyer who dumped me for this reason but Bill took me on. I am sure he went home many evenings wishing he hadn't but he stuck with me got me the extra support that I needed and made me realize with help from his staff, that I was important that my life mattered. I dug deep and got the courage that had been squanderd by my EX and was able to get it together in the end. I ended up with more than I expected and was able to finally find the peace I had been wanting for so long. He is honorable dependable and reliable and his staff are just as wonderful. He's a good person and cares about integrity. Maybe to much so, because as a lawyer you're supposed to leave your personal feelings and convictions out of your defense of a client. In fact he pretty much let me destroy myself on the stand, instead objecting and giving me advice on how to answer the questions. He said just answer them honestly. No objections were made by him, which because of my honest nature made me look bad. I would say you need a lawyer that will do anything to win. Including playing tit for tat with someone who is accusing you of thing's you didn't do. Especially when the people accusing you are lying. I feel it's his military back ground that makes him so honest. When getting a lawyer you need an O.J. defense lawyer not an extremely honest ex-military kind of guy. That's the Colorado Springs area for you though, everyone is ex-military. Good guy, just not a good defense lawyer. Probably good at other areas of his field. Because let's face it the judicial system is not honorable, and neither are so many of the laws in this great country.

Unfortunately, my experience with this law firm did not go well. I requested a consultation, and I worked with a lawyer in the office. I got a second and third opinion which were both in agreement with CO law in my situation. I called back this law firm to discuss this w/the person that advised me. I was told it was forgotten to mention this statute to me, and I received an apology for the error. This was the main gist of my inquiry, and the truth of the statute was not revealed to me during my inquiry. Further, I asked for a recommendation for another local matter. I followed the recommendation and the person recommended to me did not act professionally in regard to state guidelines. When I relayed to the lawyer I worked with at this firm what happened, I was told a complaint has never been stated before about this person/business, and my complaint was dismissed. I've since went to the firm's website, and sent correspondence to the firm about this to discuss it first before this review was posted. I've not heard from the firm. I was told this Christian firm prays over all cases, I was given the personal cell of the person I worked with, yet, I've heard nothing as of today. I recommend getting a second opinion.

This firm assisted my ex husband in filing a frivolous and untruthful (and very poorly written) motion to modify parenting time in order to attempt to decrease my parenting time with my children. Still unsure of the motive behind such behavior other than unadulterated evil. Ex is full blown narcissist and his second wife alcoholic. Well needless to say my daughter lives with me full time now and ex pays lots of child support. I recommend more ethics training for all.

Spectacular! Laura delivered a result that was more than I could have hoped for. The whole team in Lauras office follows her example and her lead. From my first impression to the very end everyone was professional, comforting and thorough. My case should have been a small, easily mediated case. Amazing family law team! Where do I begin? We had worked with Laura Page years prior to establish our initial parenting plan with our son’s father, and found ourselves needing to modify it due to an unavoidable military relocation. Her and her team have been so great to us. It was their knowledge, expertise, and persistence that allowed us to move with our son. Without going into too much detail we faced a difficult battle for custody. Laura was there every step of the way and by the end of it she felt like part of the family. We owe everything to her, because of her we were able to keep our family together. It isn’t easy being a military family and special emphasis on that when you bring custody scenarios into consideration. She likewise did an outstanding job concluding a subsequent amendment to the Agreement. Thieves and snakes. Don't trust Kevin - he doesn't do ANYTHING except ask for more money. Months later, no results, not even any progress, and he just says to give up and take the deal. What a waste of money. I could have taken the deal they offered for free months ago and had the same outcome. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COWARD.

My only regret is not hiring Lauren sooner. My divorce was a long process full of conflict and false accusations from the opposition. I worked with Ryan for a year and a half on a very contentious divorce, and he was fantastic. He was realistic about expectations, helped me understand why we did the things we did, and ran circles around the opposition when we were in court. The gap in professionalism was so extreme that I actually felt embarrassed for my ex-wife's lawyer. Ryan's book knowledge is thorough - he knows little nuances which will help you achieve your goals along the way, and his demeanor puts everyone at ease and makes a very stressful and difficult time a little less stressful. I can honestly say that he was the best lawyer possible for me and my needs, and I'll be forever grateful of his impact on one of the most difficult times in my life.

As we begin this Thanksgiving holiday we are continually giving thanks to David for his help during our recent involvement with the Colorado Legal System. Of the four attorneys I interviewed , Pat and I are so grateful we selected him, the most capable, knowledgeable and committed attorney to represent me (us) against a system designed to convict anyone accused of an alleged crime. David was not intimidated nor overpowered by the prosecutors’ seemly personal agenda or by the vast amount of resources at the prosecutor’s disposal. David’s professional and personal qualities helped us feel we had a capable, caring friend on our side. He helped us to resist becoming disheartened by the prosecutor’s sinister tactics. Pat and I now realize a person is not innocent until proven guilty in our legal system but is guilty until they can prove their innocence. We did not realize this until we were actually involved in our own criminal defense process. We are positive David’s quick mind, through knowledge of the laws and extensive preparation for court appearances prevented the system from taking away years of my life. Thank you David for choosing to be a defense attorney helping to make sure your clients’ rights are protected so they are not defenseless. Because of David and our experience with the “other side” of the legal system, Pat and I have increased our financial support of Project Innocence and the ACLU. Dr Jones is incredibly knowledgeable on the law. In my particular case he seemed to know more than the judge himself. I was falsely arrested and charged with 3rd degree assault. The state tried to "fast track" the trial, meaning I was released from jail and literally had only an hour to show up for court. I frantically searched Google and luckily for me David was in his office at the time. He advised me how to handle my pre trial, refuse to speak with the DA, etc. Because of David's sound advice the DA couldn't get anything from me. The Jefferson County Court did the best they could to screw me in the months before trial..sobriety monitoring/random drug test. You are official guilty until proven innocent. DR Jones assured me this would go away through a dismissal or acquittal at trial. He took one look at my discovery file and it was obvious to him that they arrested the wrong person in my case.. David went to bat for me, attacking the cases credibility, loading the DA with irrefutable evidence, etc. At the motions hearing David requested a dismissal and the state had no choice but to not object. I'm glad it didn't go to trial but I have no doubt David would have made a mockery of the States case in court. Thanks David! You truly put my life back on track!

D.R.Jones associate George Bailey is a pleasure to work with. I believe that he really does his best. We had a complicated situation and were upset that too many associates or colleagues were involved without our prior knowledge; before billing, however the ability of this law firm is excellent. The cost is high, but most legal help today is. Mr. Bailey did a wonderful job & I thank him for his help.

DR Jones himself may be a good attorney but his associates are not very pleasing. Wasted a lot of my money in "business meetings" amongst them selfs. And were talking 4 digits. Didn't return calls and I feel this firm just wasted a lot of time and money and really didn't get anything accomplished. The choice is yours, but I would seriously reconsider the decision in hiring this firm.

I would be giving this law firm a 0 star review if it were an option. They allowed an attorney under there firms name to operate with absolutely no supervision, said attorney was derelict in his duty to me as his client and then left the firm with little notice and the law group did nothing for 4 months to rectify his wrong doings. He was incredibly unprofessional while working for them, as well as irresponsible in his business practices, there was no oversight from the "supervising attorney " which led to him not maintaining his oath as a Colorado B.A.R. licensed attorney. The best I could get from them was that they were trying their best to get it all back under control and that they would send me the remaining money from my retainer, that was 4 months delinquent from the lawyer even working for them. I would absolutely recommend you look for other representation then SANDERS law firm if you would like to be able to reach your attorneys about pressing legal issues or feel like a priority when investing so much into a law practice. They were all around egregious in the standard that they kept in terms of professionalism and support in my most trying of times. I will never return to this group and would suggest that no one retain them as legal representation.

I was a party to a case that Jesse Feinsod was hired to represent me. I have never been through anything like this before and I had no idea what to expect. Jesse took the time to explain things in detail that I could understand so I knew what to expect. When it came time, Jesse fought to get my case dismissed with prejudice without the need to go to hearing although he was more than prepared to go to hearing. I would highly recommend Jesse Feinsod if you are looking for a hard working, no backing down lawyer to represent you.
