The woman at the front desk was exceptional but the attorney (Mr. Buckworth) was completely absent and unprofessional. I had two consultations SCHEDULED, confirmed, and I filled out information for these appointments. He showed up to none of them. He would not answer the phone when it was time for my appointment. This happened not only once but twice. No one wants to deal with this in pursuit of a legal matter.

If you’re considering using this man for child custody, don’t! I wasted an upwards of $30,000 dollars with this guy and he made absolutely no progress in my case whatsoever. I fired him at the beginning because of it, not only would he refuse to meet with me, but he never kept me in the loop with updates. And nothing was getting done, fast forward a few months, I ended up rehiring him because we didn’t want to have to start this process all over again. And once again he let us down. Between his lack of aggression in the courtroom and never opposing anything the opposition presented. It was so bad, we thought he was paid off and colluding with the other side. Inevitability I fired him for the second time. I would NEVER refer this guy to ANYONE! And be prepared to be charged for every single email, call or message. I figured him out. He’s not in it for the justice, he’s in it for a paycheck! And it’s sad because he is playing around with people’s lives and their children. No good ????????

My percentage rate with the bank was lower but he still gave me the higher one and said that was the one he got. When I wasn't going to sign it he pulled out two copies of the updated one. I felt that he had no integrity being a lawyer and all and what was the reason for trying to get me to sign the increase one. I have a few ideas why. I was told I had to wait for my key until the bank wire was received so that the sellers could close on their new home. I didn't understand what them closing on their home had to do with me but he said it cause they need to make sure they get their money.. So after waiting over 30 mins I called the bank and guess what the wire had been sent he goes to check on the money and never came back so I got key from realtor and left. Probably the worse experience I have had. He was condescending and thought really too much of himself.
