Fred Joshua’s legal service was seeked to represent in a divorce case. I was stressed out from the divorce and his experience and words were able to help me relieve it so I could continue with my daily life. Mr. Joshua and his associates were very helpful from the beginning to the end of the divorce providing updates when they come to keep you in the loop and necessary advice as it sees fit. As all lawyers are to represent the best interest of their clients, Mr. Joshua offers reasonable advice to take that will advance with the divorce process faster which would minimize time and cost. However, if you persist on not utilizing his advice, Mr. Joshua will respect your wishes and do as you want informing of the possible consequences and outcome. Mr. Joshua and his associates are very professional in the service that they provide. Be honest with them, provide all documentation you have that will be necessary for your case, and review documentations to confirm everything is correct before submitting. My divorce process lasted for a year due to the pandemic but can be confident that it could have been finalized earlier.

This law firm represented my family members a complicated dual custody situation. Since two members of the same household had custody and visitation cases arise at they same time they both chose to use the law firm, Palmisano Law Group. The law firm was given every detail of the complicated matters behind the cases. They still chose to request all parties have the same judge and have all parties in the same court room at the same time. Obviously things are more time and cost effective if an attorney has their cases heard in the same place at the same time. Unfortunately, in this complicated situation in which the firm was VERY educated on, they still chose this route. In doing this they created a conflict of interest then told my family members they had to make a choice. My family was told to drop a restraining order that was directed by them, the States Attorney and the police to attain in order to protect them from the conflict of interest they created or find another law firm. This put my family in a situation where they were told choose your safety and lose the over $10,000 you have spent for our services or drop the restraining order. Regardless of the short amount of time Megan Riordan has been practicing family law, someone else from this firm should have stepped in and made appropriate legal decisions based on the best interest of the children, not of the conflict the firm created. It is extremely disappointing to me and my family how unprofessionally this firm handled this case. An appropriate way to handle a conflict that the frim created would have been to assign another attorney from the firm to one of the two cases and request the original judge. It may not have been a foreseen conflict by the firm but their handling of the cases knowing the complications in fact did put all parties in the same place at the same time which did create the conflict. I am a strong believer in fixing an error you make. The Palmisano Law Group made an error. They owed it to their clients to fix it. Instead they chose to be unprofessional and threaten an already distraught family. How disgusting!

I hired his law group explicitly for a child support case in June. They assigned Jennifer Clancy to my case. The judge ordered a DNA test and she told the whole court she had never done a DNA test before and had to ask which lab to use. Extremely unprofessional and belligerent when contacted regarding valid case questions. I fired them in November of 2020 for unnecessarily dragging out my case. The next issue I had with this law group was with getting my unused retainer refunded back to me. They signed an inaccurate check amount in January. They intentionally sat on my check for 3 additional months and purposely dragged mailing out my check out until I contacted them in February. Pretty horrible having to ask where your money is when they didn’t have to ask me where their money was. Do yourself a favor and hire Mary Davis instead of these unprofessional expensive con artists.

I interviewed five Chicagoland attorneys in my search for the practice I thought would be the best fit for me. What stood out to me the most about Cameron and his office staff was their patience, their interest in the specifics of my case, and their willingness to explain complicated legal concepts and processes to me. They also patiently answered all of my (many) questions. I spoke with Cameron at least twice, for about 45 minutes each time, before I retained his services. This stood out to me against all of the others, who I felt had ready answers without knowing the specifics of my case and the people involved. First thing is I should have read the resent reviews, the last four 1stars they received is everything that Im having problems with this law firm. It took alot for me to write this review , as it is my first in a while.But I retained them almost a year ago and I only talked to Matt one time. I have called several times and left messages. They used all the money they wanted and some. Plus they keep sending me bills and emails that I owe them more money. I paid it and they still want more.I called to complain one more time a couple days ago because they sent me a certified letter that they were not going forward to help me till I gave them more money. The girl that called me back At first I was thinking to talk about helping me. But man I was wrong. She was the girl that only collects money!! I had told her what was going on and she said she would have the owner Kevin O'Flaherty call me. Well it has been three days and no call. I am so upset that I received a email today from them asking for more money!! Can you believe this no call but they want more money. I am writing this at 2am because just can't stop thinking about this and all with what is going on with Covid , the election and just hard to financially survive I just can't believe I am going through this. Please do your homework before you hire this firm , save your time and money. I am supper disappointed, I wasted my time and money.

After my wife and I wanted to purchase a business, we needed to find an attorney that would not only be able to help us with the transition but one that we could rely on to make sure the entire process was smooth. Initially we had met with Reese and she had done a bulk of our work for us. A few months later we were notified that she no longer was with the company, so we were initially worried. Worst decision you can make. Hired Sean Sullivan for a custody dispute and absolutely didn’t hear him say a word in court. All I saw was Frank seritella, In all honesty he seems to work for the system more than for the people he’s hired by. After 5 months of bills I got no where. From a father of 2 I advise any parent to choose elsewhere. God bless and best of luck.
