The care and precision him and his para Victoria took is impeccable. I had others try to help never worked. He communicated with my ex who was ugh ???? got her to go through with it. There is no other attorney I would recommend. Also the communication and updates were amazing as it is scary process but they put me at ease and was 100% calm and understanding. I am so appreciative that Scott Tzinberg was recommended to me when I needed to return to court to compel my ex-husband to hold up his end of our agreements. Scott understood the outcomes that I wanted and employed a strategy that achieved those goals. His memory is impressive, as I gave him a myriad of details about my case, I never had to tell him something twice. In fact, he reminded me of things I had forgotten. He was well prepared and argued my case very effectively in court. Even when he went into the judge's chambers, I always felt completely informed. I would avoid this firm at all cost! I hired Anderson and Boback in November 2019 after being served with a divorce petition which did NOT involve children My initial consultation was with Janice Boback who related that she was experienced in defending prenuptial agreements and thought that she would be able to have a degree of success with the one that I had sent to her. My financial future depended on the success of defending the agreement I had on file. She touted her experience in this area which was what convinced me to hire her. In January 2020, (after paying Boback approx. $8000.00) I received an email explaining how another (much less experienced) attorney was going to be assisting Boback on my case. That was the last correspondence I had with Janice Boback and I was essentially dumped to a junior lawyer who admittedly never defended a prenuptial agreement in a court of law. By the time I realized that Boback had sneakily removed herself completely from my case, I was already $12,000 into this firm. I had expressed by disgust in an email to the firm, but was informed that the only resolution would be to discuss this matter on a conference with 4 attorneys, not with Boback herself. In August 2020, after nothing proactive was done on my case, I made the decision to reach an agreement with the opposing party because I did not trust my lawyer’s ability to litigate my prenuptial agreement. We had a Zoom conference with the opposing attorney (whose practice primarily focused on wills and probate) where we were absolutely schooled by him. My attorney was unprepared and had zero arguments to counter the financial figures presented by opposing counsel. Ultimately, I created and presented an offer which was accepted by opposing counsel. This was done with absolutely no legal strategy or recommendation by my attorney. In short, this inferior legal representation cost me $23, 000.00 in legal fees from this firm. I would definitely NOT recommend this firm under any circumstances as your hard earned dollars would be spent much more wisely on quality legal representation. I also believe that hiring these big divorce firms is a scam and a money grab. Strongly consider hiring a good solo practitioner where there are not so many hands in the corporate cookie jar.

I retained Marc as my divorce attorney in mid July 2015 after already going through 2 other divorce attorneys! I was getting nowhere with the prior attorneys and my divorce was dragging on and on for almost a year and a half (it was a relatively simple divorce). We were getting close to my trial date and I felt my attorney at that time would not have my divorce resolved prior to the trial date and I would end up in court which I did not want to do! After giving it much thought, I decided to start looking for yet another attorney…ugh! I met with Marc one afternoon and he really set my mind at ease. He reviewed my case and assured me he could help resolve my divorce quickly without a doubt. He was always very professional and treated me like a real person and not just another case he was working on. I came to Marc for a second opinion on a matter my current lawyer and I were working on and from that moment I knew he would be my lawyer moving forward. I explained the situation to him and he told me point blank that I should not of filed the petition that I did at this time and that had this issue had been addressed in my original decree that I would not be in this situation. Since the petition had been filed we had to move forward. Marc laid out the facts, options and especially the cost benefit analysis. Which was monumental for me as a single mom. Marc always had my best interest in mind. He fought for me, was patient and kept me focused when things got nasty. He was always prompt, efficient and at no point was any "I" not dotted or "T" not crossed. He has a great attention to detail and truly takes pride in all he does. In the end Marc was able to get me more than I was looking for and was able to solidify things that had not been in my original decree. Divorce is a challenging thing, period. When you make the decision to move forward, tell a few people, everyone has opinions which contradict the other. Searching the internet leads to a significant amount of opinions, war stories with horrible outcomes, etc…. I was referred to Marc and Brad from a close friend going through a very challenging divorce. I actually spoke with Marc a number of times covering a period of nearly three years. Not once was Marc pushy, he always listened, and his goal was my and my children’s happiness WITH the kids being his first priority. These guys know what they’re doing and are also very good at managing your expectations. The outcome they’re striving for is: speed, accuracy, keeping tensions calm, and walking away with everyone feeling as good as they can. While I hope to never go through the process again, if I do, Marc will be my guy.

Brad & Maxine were very professional and extremely responsive. I never had to follow up because they were always one step ahead. While I had hoped my case would’ve been shorter, I feel like their approach caused me less financial burden in the long run. I have had 3 previous attorneys who fell short and this firm was by FAR the best I have ever dealt with. They explained everything in layman’s terms and were sensitive to not incur additional legal fees. I highly recommend them. As time went on I found it very difficult to get a hold of Mr. Bradford in a timely way, even as some conflicts with my ex required a timely response. When my case eventually came to its climactic appearance before the court Mr. Bradford handled himself very poorly before the judge, to the extent that the judge became very angry at Mr. Bradford and ordered him to sit down in the spectator's area and remain silent. I was left to speak for myself as my case was settled. Mr. Bradford then asked me not to mention what had happened to anyone.

It appeared Mitchell Gordon and his team were very thorough and helpful when taking on my case which had been delayed in pre-trial court for 2 plus previous years. I thought I had found a good, ethical representative for me, but when the time came to 'negotiate' with the trial judge and the ex's unscrupulous attorney, the monies I was told I would be getting paid back to me, for example: monthly support from my ex, court ordered to me during the divorce in which he refused to pay, $40K the ex deceivingly took out of one of our joint accouts which I had pointed out to Mitchell and ask him to go after (in which he said he would), but did not, $70K the ex had accused me of stealing and told I had to pay him back, in which I had provided evidence to the contrary numerous times and was told I was cleared of, plus other items totaling ~$300K, Mitchell Gordon let my ex walk away with. I was yelled at, threatened, gas-lighted and told if I didn't pay the ex these monies, I would be forced to go to trial. All that this attorney wanted to do was end the divorce proceedings quickly no matter what it cost me. Do not believe any attorney who tells you they will make sure you get the funds owed you 'at the end' of the divorce. It Never happens. After a 30 plus year marriage as a stay at home mom of 3, my disabled son and I have had to now figure out how we will live on much less than we were promised and suppose to have received, but never will. In addition, at one point I was told by this attorney that he did not need my business, because I was not receiving very much in the settlement anyway and he had many other wealthier clients. This did not seem to matter though when I asked him to forgive $10K of my very large last invoice, but he refused. I ended up paying this attorney over $64K to finalize a divorce where I ended up losing ~$300K to my ex which belonged to me and my son. Beware.

I have contacted Google and they will not remove the reviews made people's fake identities (Tom Son). I appreciate my actual client's that gave me a fair and thought out review.

Melissa Caballero is the attorney to hire for your divorce / custody case. My case was very high conflict and started with an emergency. Melissa and Jonathan swiftly returned my child to me and exposed the false narrative my ex tried to create within days of taking on the case, so we could start working toward long-term resolution. Their quick thinking and action in the beginning set the tone for the whole case. Despite the constant efforts by my ex to frustrate the process, Melissa stayed focused on the facts - this is why you pay for good representation - Melissa could easily filter out all the distractions and threats while protecting our child, and me. I am SO happy I found them early on...I don't think I would have the positive outcome I have now if I didn't. Melissa was on top of everything, and could easily pivot our strategy when needed. She is very established and is respected throughout the family court system, and that goes a very long way. Melissa understands the law inside and out, and it was clear early on that following her advice was the way to go.
