Brad & Maxine were very professional and extremely responsive. I never had to follow up because they were always one step ahead. While I had hoped my case would’ve been shorter, I feel like their approach caused me less financial burden in the long run. I have been in business for almost 40 years and have used many lawyers over those years. Mr. Daudell is a real "pit-bull." I have seen him argue against 3 lawyers vs. him and he did GREAT! Even the judge commended him on his knowledge of the law. He is a FIGHTER and very fair on his fees. I highly recommend him for all legal issues. I knew I was going to be in for a battle, so hiring the right counsel was critical. I am so appreciative that Scott Tzinberg was recommended to me when I needed to return to court to compel my ex-husband to hold up his end of our agreements. Scott understood the outcomes that I wanted and employed a strategy that achieved those goals. His memory is impressive, as I gave him a myriad of details about my case, I never had to tell him something twice. In fact, he reminded me of things I had forgotten. He was well prepared and argued my case very effectively in court. Even when he went into the judge's chambers, I always felt completely informed. In discussions with opposing counsel, I felt he kept my best interests in mind (which has not been my experience with other lawyers). I also felt Scott was a good steward of my funds. He used everyone’s time efficiently and effectively. I hope I never need to set foot into court again, but if I do, I know who I will call.

As time went on I found it very difficult to get a hold of Mr. Bradford in a timely way, even as some conflicts with my ex required a timely response. When my case eventually came to its climactic appearance before the court Mr. Bradford handled himself very poorly before the judge, to the extent that the judge became very angry at Mr. Bradford and ordered him to sit down in the spectator's area and remain silent. I was left to speak for myself as my case was settled. Mr. Bradford then asked me not to mention what had happened to anyone.

It appeared Mitchell Gordon and his team were very thorough and helpful when taking on my case which had been delayed in pre-trial court for 2 plus previous years. I thought I had found a good, ethical representative for me, but when the time came to 'negotiate' with the trial judge and the ex's unscrupulous attorney, the monies I was told I would be getting paid back to me, for example: monthly support from my ex, court ordered to me during the divorce in which he refused to pay, $40K the ex deceivingly took out of one of our joint accouts which I had pointed out to Mitchell and ask him to go after (in which he said he would), but did not, $70K the ex had accused me of stealing and told I had to pay him back, in which I had provided evidence to the contrary numerous times and was told I was cleared of, plus other items totaling ~$300K, Mitchell Gordon let my ex walk away with. I was yelled at, threatened, gas-lighted and told if I didn't pay the ex these monies, I would be forced to go to trial. All that this attorney wanted to do was end the divorce proceedings quickly no matter what it cost me. Do not believe any attorney who tells you they will make sure you get the funds owed you 'at the end' of the divorce. It Never happens. After a 30 plus year marriage as a stay at home mom of 3, my disabled son and I have had to now figure out how we will live on much less than we were promised and suppose to have received, but never will. In addition, at one point I was told by this attorney that he did not need my business, because I was not receiving very much in the settlement anyway and he had many other wealthier clients. This did not seem to matter though when I asked him to forgive $10K of my very large last invoice, but he refused. I ended up paying this attorney over $64K to finalize a divorce where I ended up losing ~$300K to my ex which belonged to me and my son. Beware.

Very upset I had high hopes as I was recommended this lawyer by one of his family members. I called and scheduled an appointment I drove 45 minutes and called because I was having trouble finding the office. The receptionist asks my name and says she doesn’t have me down for an appointment I was confused cause I had just made the appointment a week prior. Her response was I called and you didn’t answer so I filled the spot with someone else, I did not receive a call from her or a text. So I just drove 45 minutes for nothing and I get to drive 45 min back with no answers to my legal questions or a lawyer.

Excellent professional service. Matt Linstroth ably served as my advocate, while always keeping watch of the goal; a peaceful just settlement. He maintained a positive attitude and gave good sound advice. Had we known that the opposing side had been secretly reading our confidential emails, we may have obtained the normal 50/50 split rather than the resulting 47/53 split. The opposing side made good use of inside information to repeatedly negotiate an agreement and then retract and demand more. Matt characterized their actions as frustrating and less than principled. It was only after sending Matt an email stating that I had enough of this behavior and was ready to wait for our court date that the agreement was reached and honored. Had Matt dealt with an opposing side that played by the rules, I certainly could have had a better outcome. Knowing now what we were dealing with, I am all the more grateful to have had him as my advocate.
