First thing is I should have read the resent reviews, the last four 1stars they received is everything that Im having problems with this law firm. It took alot for me to write this review , as it is my first in a while.But I retained them almost a year ago and I only talked to Matt one time. I have called several times and left messages. They used all the money they wanted and some. Plus they keep sending me bills and emails that I owe them more money. I paid it and they still want more.I called to complain one more time a couple days ago because they sent me a certified letter that they were not going forward to help me till I gave them more money. The girl that called me back At first I was thinking to talk about helping me. But man I was wrong. She was the girl that only collects money!! I had told her what was going on and she said she would have the owner Kevin O'Flaherty call me. Well it has been three days and no call. I am so upset that I received a email today from them asking for more money!! Can you believe this no call but they want more money. I am writing this at 2am because just can't stop thinking about this and all with what is going on with Covid , the election and just hard to financially survive I just can't believe I am going through this. Please do your homework before you hire this firm , save your time and money. I am supper disappointed, I wasted my time and money.

Sean Sullivan represented me. He was straightforward, honest and direct. There were a couple times when we had tough decisions to make and in hindsight I am very happy to have had his guidance. In one case we went to trial and I won. I was reluctant to go to trial. I'm glad he pushed for it. He knows what he is doing. Very good experience.

After my wife and I wanted to purchase a business, we needed to find an attorney that would not only be able to help us with the transition but one that we could rely on to make sure the entire process was smooth. Initially we had met with Reese and she had done a bulk of our work for us. A few months later we were notified that she no longer was with the company, so we were initially worried. However, Kevin O'Flaherty reached out to us to let us know that they were on top of everything and after a in-person meeting, we left more confident in their legal services than we had at any point up until then. Kevin is a class act, and really did a great job relating to us and our particular situation. I HIGHLY recommend Kevin and his law firm for any legal services you may have.

Worst decision you can make. Hired Sean Sullivan for a custody dispute and absolutely didn’t hear him say a word in court. All I saw was Frank seritella, In all honesty he seems to work for the system more than for the people he’s hired by. After 5 months of bills I got no where. From a father of 2 I advise any parent to choose elsewhere. God bless and best of luck.

Grunyk Family Law was recommended to me with there words: during the divorce you will need someone who can present your case to the court. Leah handled my case with attention to detail, emotional maturity , calmness , understanding. I would recommend Grunyk Family Law to anyone in need of legal advice for any type of divorce. My divorce was extremely complicated and not amicable. I hired Leah because she was highly recommended and she did not let me down. Together we went through months of complicated paperwork, depositions and trial. Leah was always encouraging me to be balanced while also informing me of what I was legally entitled too. Leah was knowledgeable, quick to respond, kept me updated on my case, and was able to achieve the best result I was hoping for. The entire team Renee, Vicki and Ms Grunyk supported me during trial. Even the judge recognized Leah's hard work. I would give Leah and Grunyk family Law team 10 stars if I could.

RUN! Divorce/NO kids/NO Trial Cost me $XXX,000 + reimburse exhusband for my legal fees. Forced to review divorce agreement for 1st time, moments b4 judge appearance, w opposing counsel & ex threatening trial. Many things I did not agree or know, but in an effort to finalize I just moved forward. I was represented with a different attorney, even though this was specifically discussed and agreed. Several Billing Errors/duplication. Billed weekly for company status meeting and add'l meetings without knowledge. At least one of the lawyers listed in other reviews, is no longer with the company. Dayna said she moved out of state, but actually she is at a different firm with diff concepts. I have PTSD not from my divorce, but from my experience with this lawfirm.

My case was a very complicated one in which it required overseas communications, so to find a lawyer with the expertise and finesse that David posses is rare. I should say that I had previously ended with my previous representation abruptly when they were unable to move forward with the case due to lack of experience so I was incredibly stressed and concerned to find the right fit for me. I interviewed a number of lawyers and then I met David. He was warm and friendly when I met with him and made me realize that my case isn't just a paycheck for him unlike my previous representation. He sat down with me and walked me through my options. Lindsey who partners with David is also just as great. Very timely with communication and extremely timely with communication. David was an easy choice to make and with his vast knowledge of the court system, not just based in Chicago, but overseas also, he resolved my case in 3 months which previous representation took close to five years. Ron was very knowledgeable in each aspect of my divorce. He responded in a timely manner, and always reached out if something need to be discussed sooner then later. He asked me what my goals were and laid everything out for me. Although my divorce was long and drawn out, he always reminded me that things will get better and it would be over soon. His son even helped out and it was great having two minds working for me.

I employed Ron for my divorce over 11 years ago. What could have ended up being a "messy" affair ended up being quite drama free due to Ron's mediating skills and fairness to both sides. Recently I needed a copy of my divorce papers asap for a closing on my house, and did not know where to turn. Once again, Mr. Hendrix and his staff came to my rescue. I would highly recommend Ron and his staff. He is a very fair and when you have completed the process everyone feels justified and heard. I would give him 5+++stars!

Ron has been my attorney for quite some time and has never once given me a reason to doubt his efforts. He’s timely in his responses to my questions - at times there are many and he never hesitates to let me know he’s available when I need him. He’s very thorough in his work, suggestions and lays everything out with an understandable explanation. I have two kids, who are my top priority at all times, and Ron made it his duty to make sure my children were also taken care of post divorce to make sure they had the best “new normal”. Ron is very professional and never once treated me as I was just one of many cases. He was always very responsive and answered all of my questions and concerned. He was very HONEST and told me up front if it was something I should do or not. He told me he didn't want to just take my money and that is not how he works. He took the time to explain if I had a case and what could happen with the case. I hired him. He helped me with my divorce and it was a contentious one. He was with me every step of the way and helped me. His rates are reasonable and I can see why he was highly recommended.
