First thing is I should have read the resent reviews, the last four 1stars they received is everything that Im having problems with this law firm. It took alot for me to write this review , as it is my first in a while.But I retained them almost a year ago and I only talked to Matt one time. I have called several times and left messages. They used all the money they wanted and some. Plus they keep sending me bills and emails that I owe them more money. I paid it and they still want more.I called to complain one more time a couple days ago because they sent me a certified letter that they were not going forward to help me till I gave them more money. The girl that called me back At first I was thinking to talk about helping me. But man I was wrong. She was the girl that only collects money!! I had told her what was going on and she said she would have the owner Kevin O'Flaherty call me. Well it has been three days and no call. I am so upset that I received a email today from them asking for more money!! Can you believe this no call but they want more money. I am writing this at 2am because just can't stop thinking about this and all with what is going on with Covid , the election and just hard to financially survive I just can't believe I am going through this. Please do your homework before you hire this firm , save your time and money. I am supper disappointed, I wasted my time and money.

Sean Sullivan represented me. He was straightforward, honest and direct. There were a couple times when we had tough decisions to make and in hindsight I am very happy to have had his guidance. After my wife and I wanted to purchase a business, we needed to find an attorney that would not only be able to help us with the transition but one that we could rely on to make sure the entire process was smooth. Initially we had met with Reese and she had done a bulk of our work for us. A few months later we were notified that she no longer was with the company, so we were initially worried. However, Kevin O'Flaherty reached out to us to let us know that they were on top of everything and after a in-person meeting, we left more confident in their legal services than we had at any point up until then. Worst decision you can make. Hired Sean Sullivan for a custody dispute and absolutely didn’t hear him say a word in court. All I saw was Frank seritella, In all honesty he seems to work for the system more than for the people he’s hired by. After 5 months of bills I got no where. From a father of 2 I advise any parent to choose elsewhere. God bless and best of luck.

I interviewed five Chicagoland attorneys in my search for the practice I thought would be the best fit for me. I was impressed with Cameron the moment I met him at my consultation. He was very professional but very personable throughout my entire divorce process. David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of my daughter's case. My daughter received a speeding ticket and he was able to get the offense reduced which was not expected. David was very responsive to text messages, emails and phone calls, most of the time responding within minutes. He presents himself professionally and respectfully. All our court appearances were via zoom (during pandemic) and unlike many others he was always in a suit and treated the judge with the upmost respect. I had talked to 3 different lawyers before choosing David. While he was not the "cheapest", he did offer a flat fee which turned out to be the most cost effective in the end. David was most realistic and wasn't making over confident assumptions on what he could accomplish, he was hopeful but realistic. Gave best and worst scenarios that ended up completely accurate. We were offered the best case scenario, but were prepared for the worst. He did an excellent job representing my daughter (who is a minor) to the judge. David was always a joy to talk to throughout the process. I highly recommend him as an attorney.

OUTSTAND! I faced CRIMINAL charges and from the first time meeting Attorney Ned Khan, he was a breath of fresh air. Attorney Khan demonstrate professional, knowledge, confidence and he was “ON TIME”. I knew what to expect before we went to court and what the outcome would be. That's how “GREAT” he is. My case went to a bench trial and Mr. Khan went to war for me. The State’s Attorney would presented a piece of evidence and Attorney Khan would argue his point with a very “STRONG” fact and win. The State did not have a chance. Mr. Khan knew more about the laws then the State's Attorney had known. It was “EXCITING” to watch Mr. Khan at work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ATTORNEY NED KHAN...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I would give Ned Khan a highly favorable review in any category. He was very well prepared and represented my case extremely well in trial. Mr Khan was very organized and open regarding pretrial communication and preparation. During the trial his court presence was unmatched and professional. My case was a very complicated one in which it required overseas communications, so to find a lawyer with the expertise and finesse that David posses is rare. I should say that I had previously ended with my previous representation abruptly when they were unable to move forward with the case due to lack of experience so I was incredibly stressed and concerned to find the right fit for me.
