Divorce is a very hard time for anyone, but Rita made the process smooth, easy, & not as painful. She made sure to go over the paperwork thoroughly with me making me comfortable with everything that it said so that I clearly understood all of the legal jargon. She told me everything to the letter to expect at the filing and it went quicker than I expected. It is not my recommendation that everyone get divorced, however, if it becomes necessary in your life, I recommend that you seek the services of Rita O'Keefe.

I highly recommend Mr. Matthew King. Horrible lawyer. Dragged out my case for over 2 years. He likes to go to Grease all the time and seems like every time I had court, he was on vacation in Grease and ended up just sending someone else and continuing the case. He spoke down to me and like to use the bud F word at me like I was a child. I did not appreciate any of that. Milked me dry, and got me the worst deal ever. If I was not so scared in that situation I would have changed lawyers and did not know any better as I had never went through any of it. There were weekends where I did not get to see my kids when we had visitation set in place and he did nothing about it. The first month after I was served with papers, I did not get to see my kids for over a month and found out later I could have seen them but he never made the phone calls that would have made me able to see my kids. Bottom line is I would bot use him if he were free and a public defender. Jodi was great and very helpful, but he was a waste of money, time, and very disrespectful!!!!!!!!!!

I came to attorney Andrew Horberg when I was in the most messed up situation, going through a child custody case. After months of trying to represent myself due to not having enough money, as a single mom, to get an attorney, I was totally railroaded by my ex’s lawyer. I finally was able to hire an attorney, and I called Mr. Horberg. I met with him and even since the beginning I felt good about my decision to hire him just by the first consultation. We are currently still going to court, but I will tell you, he said from the beginning he will do everything he can to fight for me, and he has done exactly that. He responds in a timely matter. He listens to all your concerns and takes them seriously, and he really does not play around when he represents you. Our case isn’t over, but so far I can say that he has been great and aggressive like you would want your attorney to be. My custody case is the hardest thing I have ever gone through in my life. I just know by the way things are going, he was the best decision I could have made to represent me in this case. I came to him while I was put in a horrible situation at court. My case is still on going, but I had to give him 5 stars because he is doing everything I have asked and he really cares about his clients and does his best to fight for them exactly the way you would want him to. I was a mess when I came to him because I was getting totally screwed over by the court by not having an attorney. We’re currently at about almost 3 months since I hired Mr. Horberg, and I feel so much more confident about my case by the way he is handling everything. I don’t know what the outcome is going to be yet, all I know is I am very satisfied with how things are going and how he is handling and fixing all the problems I had been put in before I hired him. I will update what happens in conclusion of this case, but I will say, if you are looking for an attorney that listens to your concerns and takes them seriously, responds right away, fights hard for you and treats you like a person and not just out for you’re money, hire Mr. Horberg!

After substituting attorneys, I found out just how poorly I was being represented. If you have a contested child custody matter, stay away! If you have a simple divorce with no children and nothing to fight about, you can give them a shot. I don't want another father waste money with this firm. There are better options. This firm plays a game of checkers when you need attorneys that play chess.

Mr. Paul Frigo has represented me in a 2.5 year battle, post-divorce decree/parenting agreement. Mr. Frigo is a straight shooter and he will be 100% honest with you regarding your case. I had nothing but good experiences while dealing with Palmisano Law Group. Megan was very attentive and did everything she could for my case. This law firm represented my family members a complicated dual custody situation. Since two members of the same household had custody and visitation cases arise at they same time they both chose to use the law firm, Palmisano Law Group. The law firm was given every detail of the complicated matters behind the cases. They still chose to request all parties have the same judge and have all parties in the same court room at the same time. Obviously things are more time and cost effective if an attorney has their cases heard in the same place at the same time. Unfortunately, in this complicated situation in which the firm was VERY educated on, they still chose this route. In doing this they created a conflict of interest then told my family members they had to make a choice. My family was told to drop a restraining order that was directed by them, the States Attorney and the police to attain in order to protect them from the conflict of interest they created or find another law firm. This put my family in a situation where they were told choose your safety and lose the over $10,000 you have spent for our services or drop the restraining order. Regardless of the short amount of time Megan Riordan has been practicing family law, someone else from this firm should have stepped in and made appropriate legal decisions based on the best interest of the children, not of the conflict the firm created. It is extremely disappointing to me and my family how unprofessionally this firm handled this case. An appropriate way to handle a conflict that the frim created would have been to assign another attorney from the firm to one of the two cases and request the original judge. It may not have been a foreseen conflict by the firm but their handling of the cases knowing the complications in fact did put all parties in the same place at the same time which did create the conflict. I am a strong believer in fixing an error you make. The Palmisano Law Group made an error. They owed it to their clients to fix it. Instead they chose to be unprofessional and threaten an already distraught family. How disgusting!

I hired his law group explicitly for a child support case in June. They assigned Jennifer Clancy to my case. The judge ordered a DNA test and she told the whole court she had never done a DNA test before and had to ask which lab to use. Extremely unprofessional and belligerent when contacted regarding valid case questions. I fired them in November of 2020 for unnecessarily dragging out my case. The next issue I had with this law group was with getting my unused retainer refunded back to me. They signed an inaccurate check amount in January. They intentionally sat on my check for 3 additional months and purposely dragged mailing out my check out until I contacted them in February. Pretty horrible having to ask where your money is when they didn’t have to ask me where their money was. Do yourself a favor and hire Mary Davis instead of these unprofessional expensive con artists.

When I was going through my divorce, we hired Erin to mediate the child custody agreement. Before walking in, emotions were high and things were very stressful. Erin came into the room with extreme confidence and a calm demeanor that eased the tension in the room immediately. She directed the conversation in a very matter of fact manner, and offered up a very level and honest opinion. It would have been very easy for her to take advantage of an emotional situation and drag the proceedings out overtime so she could make more money. Erin chose to do the right thing and make a strong recommendation that we all agreed was correct. It’s saved me a lot of headache, a lot of money, and a lot of stress on my children.
