Casey is the worst attorney ever. He is money hungry knowing he isn't on your side trying to win for you or even trying in anyway for your case...he takes advantage of people going through terrible family situations and preys upon that for his own benefit! He's not knowledgeable he cares more about his personal benefit than that of your case he lacks knowledge of simple things in the system..for instance I had a situation that involved parental kidnapping and when the judge asked if I give oral consent right now Casey didn't advise me on what or how to respond to that and the person wasn't charged the whole reason I had hired him he completely failed me and my child. He was only interested in the money he was already paid and not helping me with the custody situation I was there for! He's the worst attorney ever with no moral decency ! I highly recommend you don't use this office or Casey..he overcharged me and never gave me a itemized bill for which everyone should see and know what we're paying for, throw your money off the Bragga bridge before hiring Casey Karabin.

Tim took on my case at a time where a good deal of damage had already been done, exorbitant amounts of pleadings and motions were already filed, and like most attorneys, they’d prefer to handle a case or at least a matter from beginning to end. With that said, he wasn’t intimidated by the work load, and has a compassionate yet direct and firm (honest in my opinion) way about how he handles cases and clients. We have much to accomplish, but Tim is driven, likable, operates with morals and values, and seems to have a knack of simplifying complexities that don’t need to take up time or space moving forward, he certainly sees a big picture approach. I’m happy and thankful to have hired him and despite a lot of work to do, I’m happy he is is my counsel. Cait O

My experience being represented by Wilkinson & Finkbeiner was as far as legal experiences go the best one could hope for! Attorney David Wilkinson and his staff were organized and fast moving in responding to my needs. I was put in a situation where I had to file time sensitive motions the same day as my initial contact and within 5 hours of calling the necessary motions were prepared and filed correctly with no issues. Any question I asked his team were answered in a very clear and concise manner as well as being answered promptly! Any issues involving children and the legal system are nerve wracking and unpleasant, the service provided by Attorney Wilkinson and his team made a large difference in easing my concerns and fears. Experienced, knowledgeable, honest, and relaxed are all terms that comes to mind when I think of David. He helped me in a hard custody case of my daughter that I was pessimistic about having a positive outcome without a lot of money spent and court dates. I highly recommend Cohen & Cleary as an employment law firm, especially Attorney Langfield. He is smart as a whip and helped me navigate all counter-arguments from an opposing party. Dennis helped me with a workers' comp claim I had from being injured while in the office at work. I did not know I was eligible for workers comp until a relative mentioned it. At first I tried to submit the information on my own, but decided to get someone who knew what they were doing on my side. Dennis was easy to work with and knows the system inside and out. My claim was decided in my favor so I am a happy client. I liked that I dealt with the lawyer himself in phone calls and meetings and not administrative staff.

If you need a workers compensation attorney Dennis Bisio is very experienced and successfully handled my case. Because of errors made before I hired Dennis it looked like my claim would be denied. This attorney knows the system very well, and he did not promise me that he would be successful, but he was! Choosing him as my lawyer was the right choice. If you have not dealt with the system there are definitely hurdles to getting your claim approved and to get the correct amount awarded for your injury.

I had a messy divorce 3 years with a trial. Atty Hanley was great. She was great at laying out my case which made us more credible and gave me a feeling that my voice was heard. Besides the above mention she is fair and realistic, she will tell you what to fight for and what not to fight for. Her fees are fair and reasonable for a divorce especially when you feel like finances are a disaster. Divorce is a situation no one wins and that’s why you need a lawyer like Cynthia fighting for you!

Before I highered Farias Family Law group I was engaged and told I would not be able to move out of state with my kids from my previous marriage, to live with my fiancé. My previous lawyer was awful and told me to give in because I was not going to get the outcome I wanted. I ended up meeting with Brian and he heard my side of the story and he went through the entire process with me if I were to higher them. I knew immediately they were the ones for me. It’s a whole team of people working together. Jessica always made sure to let me know all the i formation I needed and Nina Sousa, my attorney was always going above and beyond to make sure to answer any questions and to be as prepared and ready as possible. She was confident and made me feel at ease through the entire process. Any questions I had were answered right away and I was never left to question anything. She was quick and diligent and the process enemy by faster then I thought it would. In the end I got the outcome that I wanted and I was able to be able to move out of state with my kids and live with my now husband. Before I hired Attorney Sousa from Farias Family Law, I was in a position where it could have gone either way. My ex and children’s father, had lied in our first court hearing and ended up getting every other weekend visitations. This was absurd to me because he has and I believe still still has an addiction issue. Now, after the second court hearing and having Attorney Sousa at my side the entire way, along with Jessica, the paralegal in the office, I was granted everything I was asking for and have full custody of my kids as well. I will be referring anyone I can to them! Throughout the entire process everyone was extremely responsive, kind and whenever I didn’t understand something they thoroughly explained it.
