Very rude., never listen to the client. I am stuck in court for almost 5 years because of her inability to listen, she always yelled and do only what she wants. I was her client during 13 months for my divorce.In 1 year she put in her pack the whole profit of my part on selling of my marital house in legal fees and I still in court with many problems because she didn't protect my kids properly and most of my Divorce agreement has different interpretation accordingly to the law.

It was supposed to be an amicable divorce initiated by my ex-wife. It became clear that she wanted to set the financial terms based on what she thought was right. David was always calm and took some of the emotional elements out of the mix and focused me on the real terms. He was nonetheless a good listener and showed empathy while guiding me through the legal process. He shared with me some of facts he would have presented to a judge had the amicable process gone awry. But all in all David worked hard at moving a difficult process through to its conclusion with minimal acrimony. If you are looking to grind an axe I don't think he is the guy for you! Otherwise I would highly recommend him to anyone going through the inherently difficult and emotional challenging process of ending a union while minimizing the collateral damages. He will make the tough journey that much easier. He is really a good guy and a good attorney!

David defended me against a non-compete claim in which the plaintiffs tried to claim that my accumulated industry expertise, as well as material that can be learned from any undergraduate Computer Science curriculum, were protected trade secrets. Divorce isn’t easy. It’s emotional, it’s draining and it’s complicated. We have one daughter that was pretty much stuck in the middle of all of this along with a pretty complicated financial situation due in part to the fact that I am a large shareholder in a small privately held family business. What we had hoped would be a fairly reasonable and amicable arrangement, turned into three years of an heartache and trauma. But, what was key through all of this was David. David allowed me to go on with my day to day life and not get bogged down but the inner details of the divorce. If a meeting needed to happen, I didn’t need to worry if my lawyer was prepared. David had it all together, so frankly, I didn’t have to. He was the level headed one. If I had an emotional breakdown, which happened, he helped me work through it. David also understood the workings of a small closely held business. That helped a ton. He got it. He got the fact that if you drain the business of cash there will be no money to go around. David and I ran a three year marathon together, and I appreciate all that he did.

The FIXER????? He holds onto divorce cases for as long as he can so he can keep collecting money. He DOES NOT settle. Avoids phone calls, will not respond to clients or other attorneys. Does zero to try and settle a case. He is the worst. There is nothing he wants more than to go to trial.

Almost a year now I’ve been stuck with DCF in my family’s lives. I was wondering almost 6 months into DCF entering our lives what I could do to protect my family especially my child because after all the negative feedback I’ve read about DCF and the way they where moving with my case it confirmed everything I read, I decided to take action. I went online a started looking for a amazing lawyer but with a reasonable price. Attorney Kevin Seaver was my #6 in my list but after our phone interview he became my #1 choice. He first explained to me how DCF works, then explained to me what steps we can take in my case with keeping in mind every case is different, I was scared what was coming next the retainer the hourly rate the paper work fee “( but attorney Seaver is not like all these lawyers in Boston that just want to steal your money, he said to me “George right now the most important thing in your life is to protect your family and not let DCF take your child because believe me they will, my rate is a flat rate you can put a down payment and we can set up weekly or bi-weekly payment plans”. I was so relieved and excited at the same time because I knew my family is protected now. I can go to work enjoy life with my family knowing that we have attorney Kevin Seaver on our side. Getting back to my case, DCF filed a 51A took them weeks/ months to hand over the file they kept writing so many negative allegations about my family that where not true attorney Seaver got those allegations unsupported with no file sent to him even though he requested the file about 2-4 times via email. As soon as the unsupported letter was sent to us we where so relieved and happy joyful knowing it was finally over but DCF doesn’t give up so easily. DCF filed a new 51A saying “ we have new allegations that have been brought to our attention” yet they still didn’t provide no file and my attorney my family where shocked. Attorney Seaver is a very nice person very straight to point he will tell you what reality is when it comes to these cases no sugar coating anything so he did what he’s best at and wrote a long email to the DCF Lawyer, DCF case worker, (I forgot to mention DCF got their DCF lawyer involved and this case is not even in for trail or court) bottom line if you want a lawyer that’s the BEST I would highly recommend Attorney Kevin Seaver and follow his instructions I repeat follow his INSTRUCTIONS.
