This review is long overdue. Ms. Urban is very professional, knowledgeable and assertive as a family lawyer. She righted the wrong that I was experiencing (PG county) and I've been enjoying joint physical and legal custody of my 2 boys for several years now. As a real Dad, this means the world to me. Ms. Urban listened to me and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. I was near my end but God gave her a gift, I wasn't referred to her by accident. Everything I wanted from the court I was awarded, and I will NEVER step foot into a courtroom without her. Thank you!!!

I am not even her client yet and she provided me with so much valuable information, her time, honesty, and compassion over the phone. I know attorney's charge for a consultation and that can dig a hole in people's pocket especially during this pandemic. I also know that if you are serious about an issue then you pay for someone's knowledge and expertise and move forward from that. Having Ms. Otieno represent me was truly a gift from God. She represented me for a little over 18 months and, made my first (and, prayerfully my only) experience (with court) so special. I was/am a single mother who had just given birth and, was going through a challenging and heart-wrenching journey with my son's father. Ms. Otieno really took her time with me and, explained everything (document/claim) thoroughly before filing. I truly fell in love with Ms. Otieno and, really admire the woman she is! From the initial consultation, to the end of my case, Mr. Solomon was extremely professional, upfront and honest with me. He explained everything very clearly using layman’s terms. The circumstances of my case were atypical and required “outside of the box” thinking, of which he was exceptional. Mr. Solomon was always readily available, became invested in my case and was always thinking strategically, even beyond office hours. Throughout the case, Mr. Solomon showed high moral character, which was very important to me. He possesses a great sense of humor which helped lighten the mood, even during high stress legal situations. One of the best qualities, if not the most important, is that Mr. Solomon shines in the courtroom. His legal argument was superb, he was always very well prepared, but most importantly, he can think and react on-the-fly, if the situation changes. Alan represented me post trial in a matter where the judge denied me shared custody and had me paying more than I possibly could in awards and alimony to my ex-spouse. I hired Alan with the specific goal of reversing this order, and he had the judge actually reconsider key points of the original order. I received shared custody and the judge greatly reduced the monetary awards and payments to my ex-spouse. Since then, the relationship with my children has been great, I have been able to provide for them, and can continue living comfortable. As an added bonus, Alan represented me when my spouse appealed the judge's new order. He successfully argued in front of appellate judges. Alan is knowledgeable and courteous. He fights hard against opposing counsel. I cannot say enough good things about him.
