This is hands down the place to go when you find yourself dealing with divorce or child custody issues. Bethany McGrandy is amazing. She is no nonsense, she does not waste time. She tells you honestly what to expect and she fights hard for you. It was evident in court the respect that the judge and other attorneys had for her as well. I would absolutely recommend Ali to anyone who’s in need of a lawyer for custody/parenting time. I actually parted ways with my previous lawyer of 4 years to switch to her and I don’t regret it one bit it. What I’ve been trying to do for the past 3 years, she concluded in about 1 month. She listens to your concerns and is very straight forward with her opinion and your options, but in a very genuine way. She definitely shows you that she’s on your side and will fight for you.

I have utilized Shannon's legal expertise on multiple occasions. We had a land contract and quit claim deed written up by her for purchase of property up north...she took care of all the details and everything went smoothly. I have consulted with her on several business matters and she has always helped to bring clarity for me. First and foremost, Thank you Daniel! My divorce was difficult for a lot of different reasons. I don't know what would have happened if I didn't find and hire the Marchese Law firm. Daniel kept me level through the whole divorce. He truly is an amazing court room attorney. His communication / responsiveness was exactly what had hoped for. The whole process was emotional, taxing, stressful, you name it, but Daniel was there like a friend / brother to let me know I wasn't alone. He fought for me and I knew that this was more than just another case for him. My outcome was better than I expected, but even if it wasn't I would still be singing his praises. He worked hard, was prepared, attentive and had great communication. I really couldn't have asked for a better attorney! Where do I begin? It has been quite the long journey since I was served divorce papers.  I knew I needed to hire an attorney, so I did a Google search on “Best Divorce Attorneys in Metro Detroit”, and I came across BEST INTEREST LAW. I read all the (good) reviews and also noticed the high Star rating. So blindly going into the process of divorce, I called. I nervously spoke with Dennis over the phone and discussed my matters with him within an hour after I had left him a voice mail. He told me what to expect and advised me to begin preparing for certain steps and phases of the process. He helped me in every possible way from the beginning all the way to the end. He would always make sure that I fully understood some of the verbiage that was written before me. He always guided me in to making the right decisions both on professional and personal levels. He was very supportive and took the time to listen to me when I just needed someone to talk to regarding the difficult hardships of divorce. He is defiantly a fighter and can play hardball with the best of them. Dennis was by far much more prepared than our opposing attorney.  He is very organized (I don’t know how he does it) and knows his profession very well. Dennis always returned my phone calls, emails and text messages.  He is a true professional, and a class act guy! I highly recommend him. So now that my divorce process is over, I am now the one writing the review instead of reading them. Dennis is a fantastic dicorce lawyer who truly cares about his clients. He will work tirelessly on your case and he will not leave any stone unturned. He was very detail oriented and organized when dealing with my case. I had many issues arise while my case was ongoing and Dennis went above and beyond for me. Dennis will flat out out work the opposing attorney, it will be very evident when you see the work Dennis does compared to the opposing attorneys work. Emails and phone calls were responded to promptly, sometimes even after work hours. Dennis is very honest, he will shoot you straight from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend contacting Dennis if you need a divorce lawyer, you will be in great hands.

I hired Lisa Stern for a child support / visitation case and it was a complete disaster. I would not recommend her services to anyone. Upon meeting Lisa in our initial consultation, I was very impressed. She was friendly, competent, and put my mind at ease. She told me she "guaranteed" that the opposing party would not get what they were asking for. She told me she would be there with me at the trial. The day before my hearing Lisa phoned and told me she could not be at my hearing and was sending her associate, Laura, who had been briefed on the case. Laura could not have been less prepared. After sitting in the court room for several hours, my case was called and Laura was nowhere to be found. After another hour I had to physically go to another courtroom where she was sitting (without a client) and pull her out. By the time my case was called again, it was the judges very last case at the end of a very long day. To make matters worse, Laura looked like a deer in the headlights during the entire hearing. She barely said anything at all on my behalf and did not bring up any of the points or arguments Lisa and I had discussed. She may as well have not been there at all. When I told Lisa what had happened, she told me she trusted Laura to represent me as well as she would. She then charged me another 2+ K to do a motion for reconsideration to correct the fact she'd sent someone incompetent to represent me. The motion for reconsideration was denied. At this point I had paid Lisa over 4K...for literally nothing. At this point I promptly let Lisa go. Several months later it came to my attention that Lisa had never removed herself as my attorney of record. When I reached out and asked her to do so, she told me she would not remove herself unless I paid her an additional amount to do so. My new attorney informed me that this is absolutely unacceptable and it is the attorney's responsibility to remove themselves as attorney of record if they are let go - at NO additional cost. The entire experience with this firm was terrible and negligent. I paid a lot of money and received the most pathetic representation imaginable. Lisa Stern cares more about running up her bills than actually representing her clients. STAY AWAY. STAY FAR AWAY.

Oh Lisa! My angel and warrior. After dealing with a horrible Domestic Violence situation, Lisa steppes in and removes any worry or doubt in my mind. She gave me peace of mind that allowed me to heal and recover from an abusive relationship and focus on raising my son. She is honest, up front and a fighter. 5 stars is not enough for her!
