I cannot recommend Mitch enough. I was embroiled in a very messy situation with an ex wife and my attorney who had become unresponsive, so much so that the courts were threatening serious actions against me due to my previous lawyers actions (or lack there of). I reached out to Mitch and he immediately started the ball rolling. He jumped in the deep end of my situation and guided me in a expert manner, with poise, experience, and confidence. Thanks to his service, my case immediately turned around and things are in the place they are supposed to be. Mitch Perrault conducts himself with honesty and integrity. I had Spindler Law assist me when I was served with a divorce. I was facing emotional and financial demise. The first time I spoke with Keri, I felt everything was going to be okay. She was engaging and inviting to the experience. Keri listen to my muddled thoughts and she would unravel them and makes things clearer. When I needed extra time to review bank statements Keri was patient with me. She was always available. Keri responded to my calls and to my emails promptly. She always remained upbeat. She kept the momentum and I needed that. I never felt that she talked over my head or used "lawyer jargon". Cannot begin to express my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude for Kathryn and her entire staff. Kathryn, for me, was a godsend. Going thru a custody battle is never a pleasant experience anyone involved but Atty. Spindler made it such a calm and seamless process for me. We are in different times now during this current pandemic. Slow court process and tied up court paperwork. Kathryn was able to navigate thru all of that nonsense and also keep me in a calm state. Speaking as someone who took his clients to court multiple times, I thought Matt did a great job. He consistently lost and seemed to throw temper tantrums when he did. He never seemed prepared and at times appeared disinterested - acting as if he had better things to do. All the better for me. I'd guess little Matty had everything handed to him from daddy and he would never have amounted to anything on his own. Someone like him just isn't capable so they ride on the coat tails of others. He had that "entitled" attitude so I learned him the hard way. I doubt he'll ever get it though. I would NOT recommend hiring this firm.

He was professional, honest and knew exactly how to handle my divorce so when the time came I hired him. He handled my case better than I even expected. I can honestly say that five stars is nowhere near enough for Jenelle!!!! From the 1st 5 minutes of the initial consultation for our lawsuit, she has referred to my case as "OUR CASE!" (BEFORE SHE EVEN TOOK US ON AS CLIENTS) She always been up front about the expectations of the cost, the motion fees, whether filing a particular motion or objection would be in the best interest of our time/money or if we should go another route. She has provided an updated invoice at anytime that I have requested it to see where we are at financially and is very up front. She has great experience with much of the legal community. She can ADVISE based on case by case basis, by what she has experienced, what she thinks any particular judge would decide BEFORE spending the money and rolling the dice. This has helped us to determine which route to take many times. She has so much love and passion for her job and it REALLY shows! I was very glad that I had chosen Ed Shaw to handle my divorce case. He was very straight forward in his approach and easy to talk to. He is very confident, and knowledgeable on the law. His rates are extremely reasonable, and communication with him was exceptional. I was impressed with the fact that he would make the extra effort to make sure that I was kept up to date with any changes or updates in my case. He would call me call me to discuss these updates, and explain how the changes would affect my case. If I was not available he would email me information during the night and/or on the weekends in order to keep me informed. This was good, because I always had a secure feeling that my case was being handled properly. Overall, from my experience, he is a lawyer that is very honest and caring, and he goes the extra mile to make sure that his client is satisfied. I hired Lisa Stern for a child support / visitation case and it was a complete disaster. I would not recommend her services to anyone. Upon meeting Lisa in our initial consultation, I was very impressed. She was friendly, competent, and put my mind at ease. She told me she "guaranteed" that the opposing party would not get what they were asking for. She told me she would be there with me at the trial. The day before my hearing Lisa phoned and told me she could not be at my hearing and was sending her associate, Laura, who had been briefed on the case. Laura could not have been less prepared. After sitting in the court room for several hours, my case was called and Laura was nowhere to be found. After another hour I had to physically go to another courtroom where she was sitting (without a client) and pull her out. By the time my case was called again, it was the judges very last case at the end of a very long day. To make matters worse, Laura looked like a deer in the headlights during the entire hearing. She barely said anything at all on my behalf and did not bring up any of the points or arguments Lisa and I had discussed. She may as well have not been there at all. When I told Lisa what had happened, she told me she trusted Laura to represent me as well as she would. She then charged me another 2+ K to do a motion for reconsideration to correct the fact she'd sent someone incompetent to represent me. The motion for reconsideration was denied. At this point I had paid Lisa over 4K...for literally nothing. At this point I promptly let Lisa go. Several months later it came to my attention that Lisa had never removed herself as my attorney of record. When I reached out and asked her to do so, she told me she would not remove herself unless I paid her an additional amount to do so. My new attorney informed me that this is absolutely unacceptable and it is the attorney's responsibility to remove themselves as attorney of record if they are let go - at NO additional cost. The entire experience with this firm was terrible and negligent. I paid a lot of money and received the most pathetic representation imaginable. Lisa Stern cares more about running up her bills than actually representing her clients. STAY AWAY. STAY FAR AWAY.

Oh Lisa! My angel and warrior. After dealing with a horrible Domestic Violence situation, Lisa steppes in and removes any worry or doubt in my mind.
