He is very good professionally, he is well knowledged and experienced in immigration process. He did very good job for my case although I relocated from Michigan he welcomed to come to immigration office requiring reasonable price to compensate the trip expense. I have utilized Shannon's legal expertise on multiple occasions. We had a land contract and quit claim deed written up by her for purchase of property up north...she took care of all the details and everything went smoothly. I have consulted with her on several business matters and she has always helped to bring clarity for me. If there were ever any questions she felt were out of her realm of expertise, she was always up front about it and then connected me with some who specializes in that area. I am certainly thankful for having this connection! I am now utilizing her services for all collection issues we have with our company. He was professional, honest and knew exactly how to handle my divorce so when the time came I hired him. He handled my case better than I even expected. I recently was involved with a altercation/incident with a neighbor and found myself needing a good defense attorney. I had known Dennis Hurst from years past but was informed he was in northern Michigan so I was referred to his associate Ben Whiting. Ben is very personable and we got along well which I can;t stress enough is very important. After reviewing my case Ben assured me this was not the OJ Simpson trial and thought this could be handled quite easily. Things seemed to take a long time to get settled but I found out this was not Ben's fault but just the way the justice system works.I will always say Ben taught me patience and trust. I also found out it's not just what your attorney knows but also who he knows. Very important.Anyway all said Ben turned the case completely around and it was won in my favor. Need a good attorney call Ben Whiting!

Do not use ben whiting. He will never call you back. He will not get your orders signed so then that makes them void. Check billing as he charges for things never even done. Do not ever trust your life or your childrens life in the hands of ben whiting.

I cannot recommend Mitch enough. I was embroiled in a very messy situation with an ex wife and my attorney who had become unresponsive, so much so that the courts were threatening serious actions against me due to my previous lawyers actions (or lack there of). I reached out to Mitch and he immediately started the ball rolling. He jumped in the deep end of my situation and guided me in a expert manner, with poise, experience, and confidence. Speaking as someone who took his clients to court multiple times, I thought Matt did a great job. He consistently lost and seemed to throw temper tantrums when he did. He never seemed prepared and at times appeared disinterested - acting as if he had better things to do. All the better for me. I'd guess little Matty had everything handed to him from daddy and he would never have amounted to anything on his own. Someone like him just isn't capable so they ride on the coat tails of others. He had that "entitled" attitude so I learned him the hard way. I doubt he'll ever get it though. I would NOT recommend hiring this firm.

My husband and I spent years in a seemingly endless custody battle for his daughter. After many lawyers and tons of evidence ignored or swept under the rug we had reached a point where things seemed hopeless. That’s when we found Kellie. She was a breath of fresh air. Fun loving, witty personality and extremely smart. She knows what she is doing. She built us up when we were at our lowest, made us laugh when we wanted to cry and most importantly, she fought for our daughter as if she were her own. She was in constant contact with us. We never felt out of the loop on anything. In fact, she even contacted us numerous times out of her normal business hours (one time at 10pm) because something major happened and she wanted to get on it right away. Needless to say, our voices were finally heard and we obtained full custody. Due to circumstances, I was also able to adopt my daughter. Kellie celebrated with us and made sure the adoption process was smooth from beginning to end. We have also used Kellie to write our wills. I couldn’t imagine having another lawyer no matter what life throws our way. She is well worth every penny. You can trust that she will take care of your needs and will make things as smooth and seamless as possible. I couldn’t recommend her more! She is the best of the best!

I had Spindler Law assist me when I was served with a divorce. I was facing emotional and financial demise. The first time I spoke with Keri, I felt everything was going to be okay. She was engaging and inviting to the experience. Keri listen to my muddled thoughts and she would unravel them and makes things clearer. When I needed extra time to review bank statements Keri was patient with me. She was always available. Keri responded to my calls and to my emails promptly. She always remained upbeat. She kept the momentum and I needed that. I never felt that she talked over my head or used "lawyer jargon". Keri has this way of making you feel like you're talking on the same level and at the same time she's professional. Kathryn has also help me. She took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. Cannot begin to express my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude for Kathryn and her entire staff. Kathryn, for me, was a godsend. Going thru a custody battle is never a pleasant experience anyone involved but Atty. Spindler made it such a calm and seamless process for me. We are in different times now during this current pandemic. Slow court process and tied up court paperwork. Kathryn was able to navigate thru all of that nonsense and also keep me in a calm state. I can honestly say that five stars is nowhere near enough for Jenelle!!!! From the 1st 5 minutes of the initial consultation for our lawsuit, she has referred to my case as "OUR CASE!" (BEFORE SHE EVEN TOOK US ON AS CLIENTS) She always been up front about the expectations of the cost, the motion fees, whether filing a particular motion or objection would be in the best interest of our time/money or if we should go another route. She has provided an updated invoice at anytime that I have requested it to see where we are at financially and is very up front. She has great experience with much of the legal community. We met with Howard to get his wisdom when dealing with parenting time modification. He was extremely helpful and his wisdom and experience showed as he was very knowledgeable on the process. Howard also made himself available for what they refer to as “a-la-carte”, meaning they can give you counsel right over the phone for a time rate. His counsel gave us much peace going into legal matters that we were extremely unfamiliar with. Highly recommend Howard!
