Lisa Cyr is absolutely amazing I’m so lucky to of had her by my side helping me with my stressful divorce. Received a phone call from Michael at 10:30 pm at night threatening me and telling me I am an idiot. I happen to have this call on speaker phone and my 9 year old daughter sat there listening to him tell me I am a class act and he will see me in court and I am an idiot. I am posting a screen shot of his earlier threatening letter and the incoming call. The fact that I can show that he called me at 10:23 pm on a Friday night to call me an idiot in front of my daughter should be enough to show what kind of firm this is. Then he texts me at 10:44 pm where in the world do these guys come from? Despite being told countless times that he is not to contact me he still does. I suppose between the 2 of them they have 1 client to handle so have much time on their hands. The interesting part is that this appears to be retaliation for filing a complaint with a hospital regarding HIPPA violations. The same hospital where the complaint was filed happens to be staffed by Cedar Valley Medical Specialists which is ran by Gil Irey, one of the reviews found on this website. More supporting photographs have been provided to this review. Plus you can also clearly see that this letter lists more than just the Doctor. Michael Schwartz is admitted Pro Hac Vice so he is not authorized to practice law in Iowa without permission of the court. It means he has not passed the Iowa Bar test to be admitted to practice in the State of Iowa.

Jacqueline is a rockstar in the court room! She is knowledgeable of the laws & statutes & judge's! She's so supportive! I had other attorney's arguing with my very difficult and crazy custody/ parenting / restraining order issues and got nowhere in the past 5 years! *Revised October 2019* I ended up retaining Ms. Lutz again in July 2019. Yet again Ms. Lutz fiercely advocated for the best interest of my family and I. Ms. Lutz gave a very accurate, tenacious, passionate pleading to our Judge that resulted in the legal matter being ruled in my favor. Ms. Lutz presented a complex case and was able to passionately advocate on my families behalf. I was overly pleased with her legal knowledge and ability to put such a complex case together so precise. I will continue to retain Ms. Lutz on all of my legal matters in the future as well as reccomend her to others in need of superb legal representation. I first came to Ms. Jacquelyn Lutz of Appelhof, Pfeifer and Hart in October of 2016. It was definitely the worst time in my life and she compassionately spoke with me about my options. I would definitely recommend Jeff Priest if you need a family law attorney. He helped me with my divorce and custody of my kids. I was about to lose custody of my kids, my life was horrible. This law firm is excellent. Everyone is kind and respectful. Kendal O’keefe has been my attorney for about five years for ongoing issues regarding custody of my son among other issues. Divorce can be scary and heartbreaking. I made many calls to lawyers when considering my divorce. I was exhausted and devastated by the time I talked to Franz. I chose him because he showed me empathy. He didn’t take advantage of my emotional state. He offered a different option called a “Divorce Agreement,” that I had never heard of.
