This law firm only took advantage of my case,not only did they charge me thousands of dollars for filing things but nothing was done. They constantly changed my attorney and every attorney advised me different things. Knowing I'm in a different state they always had something to charge me for yet I didn't see anything being done. If I can give them zero stars I would. This firm is a fraud and I do not recommend anyone to use them. Their communication is poor and staff is not only rude but unprofessional.

Filing for divorce during Covid brought a challenge on its own. After the initial consultation with Mark, I knew he was the attorney to best represent my case. Mark and his team are very attentive, compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. Never going through a divorce and custody battle before, I had a lot of questions. I was informed of all possibilities and options throughout the process. Mark was on his A-game the entire 11 months of my divorce. Knowing he had other clients and his time was limited, I was never rushed or dismissed. Calls and emails we promptly returned, as if I was his only client. I am more than satisfied with the result of my case and the personal treatment/interactions throughout the process. I would highly recommend his firm for family court issues.

I had an uncontested divorce that had been drug out for about a year and a half from a previous incompetent lawyer. Many of the things that person wouldn’t do Tom Allen would. He was very good at communicating and knew how to explain things in terms I could understand. Even when I didn’t expect any contact he would update me. It was night and day different from the previous family law attorney I had retained. I would not hesitate to hire this firm again if needed. I could not be more happy with the outcome. Top 3 best purchases I have ever made.

I used David a long time ago to get a speeding ticket off my record (prob 14 years ago). I was referred to him by a coworker. Several years ago my daughter came to Mr. Wells for advice and help with an attorney she had used who literally was trying to make her pay for something the court ordered her ex to pay. He talked to my daughter almost like a father would, giving advise to her. He took care of her problem and did it professionally. My daughter just recently contacted him again for advice and he answered her questions. He is always straight forward. He is an intelligent, classy guy and would recommend him.

Kirby and Samantha were amazing! Even during the covid pandemic, they stayed in constant contact with me making sure I knew exactly what was going on. Between the phone calls and emails, I never even saw Kirby until my court date (because of covid), but never once was I worried. Kirby came highly recommended from a gal that works at the bank we both do business as I was searching for an attorney. We happen to meet in the lobby one day and I reached out to him a week later, set an appointment, chatted, and since that time he has represented me. I was going through a really tough time and down-and-out. Kirby assured me that he would commit to doing his best and offered the assurance and confidence that I needed. Unfortunately, our 300$ consultation resulted in Ms.Pingel searching the web for adoption related statues, reporting them to us, and letting us know she was too busy, but if we really needed someone, we could reach out and she'd see what she could do. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME - all of the information we could've found online ourselves. Adoption is not their focus and seems they have very little interest in these cases. We wanted to work with Mr.Davis, but he doesn't practice in KS. And it probably wouldn't matter because they'll take your money for the consultation, but not have time to work with you. STAY AWAY.

I worked with Attorney Patrick Davis and Paralegal Claire in my divorce case. I got to know the team very well over the course of two years. I cannot think of a better team to have worked with. Pat and Claire are not only exceptional law professions who are very knowledgeable and thorough, they are also the best human beings who empathize with the emotions I was experiencing. Pat was conscious of my budget and worked efficiently to try to reduce unnecessary legal expenses. My case also involved some dealings with a foreign country that Pat and his team had not previously dealt with. I set up a consult and when I tried to do the consult there was no record of my appointment. What’s more is that no one was even available to take on a new client. Yet they want 350 for a consult. Shouldn’t charge for a consult if you don’t have the ability to take a new client

I cannot speak for the entire law firm, but Antony Jones (Tony) is completely neglectful, unprofessional, unethical and so much more. His poor representation is too extensive to explain, but I would never, ever recommend him or this firm to anyone, as he is a direct representation of them. He takes advantage of people in vulnerable positions to capitalize monetarily. He is non-compassionate, dishonest, neglectful and he doesn't communicate effectively. I would look far away from him when choosing a respectful attorney.

I met Mr. Cutrera in the first part of 2020 in concerns of having to file 3rd party custody for a family member. Upon our meeting Mr. Cutrera he was very knowledgeable and seemed to have a lot of experience in matters like ours. Upon deciding we needed to take this HUGE step Mr. Cutrera filed the motions that needed to be done. Over the course of the next year we had three trial dates. During this case there needed to be a private investigator that gathered information for our case. Mr. Cutrera and the private investigator worked together great. As this case went on there was many delays due to the Covid Pandemic but Mr. Cutrera didn’t skip a beat he keep fighting for a child that needed to be saved from a bad situation. Mr. Cutrera skills during the depositions was the best I’ve ever seen or heard. He was able to get information that was crucial for the trial. During this case we had three trial dates and I was most impressed because Mr. Cutrera seemed to memorize all information we had provided him and was utmost professional during all the trials. Once the trial dates were over and we in waiting for the decision Mr. Cutrera was available pretty much anytime for all our questions. In May of 2021 we got the decision that included 3rd party custody sole and legal. If you have a case that you think might have to go to trial I would highly recommend Mr. Cutrera as his knowledge in family law is 1st class. Mr. Cutrera saved a child!!!!
