I had a consultation that went ok. I was trying to retain the firms services but was not clearly communicated what was required to process the financial paperwork. I emailed and called the office and have not heard anything back from them for 2 weeks in order to get legal representation. I tried calling the office and was told I would be contacted asap but it has been a full week since that inquiry. I tried calling the the lawyer's cell and they picked up but ended the call immediately. I would not recommend this law firm based on this experience.

James A. handled my divorce and did an excellent job. The divorce was not amicable, and the opposing counsel and my ex-spouse posed a number of challenges over the course of the proceedings. James maintained my best interests and handled things as professionally and efficiently as possible. In the end, things ended up in a settlement that I felt was fair and appropriate. James was great to work with, and I felt he really had my back through this.

I have paid over 5 grand now in what was a seemingly easy custody case, only went back and forth a few times. However, every time I tell them I want to settle and sign the papers they ignore me for weeks. I get billed for duplicate messages they send along with other shady charges. I have reached out to other attorneys for advice regarding my case because they only seem to care about my financial relationship with them, not about helping me with my situation. Would not recommend.

This office Flesner Wentzel deserve 10 stars not 5. Whatever i say it's not enough to explain how Erika and Mayra are professional, expert, amazing, awesome and honest attorney in St.Charles county in Missouri. They all work together as a team. Their lifes are cool and funny but when it comes to the court the hard work start and for my experience with them i belive it's hard to dismiss 2 OP orders, but they did it from 1st hearing. Divorce, Custody and OP cases are very hard and stressful so when you looking to hire an attorney you need to know that this office work hard to give you the best outcome ever and you need to hire them. Debbie was my lawyer for what she claimed to be “a losing case for the other side”. Cancelled all meetings I had with her and assured me my ex had no case until 2 days before trial when she told me that he “had sufficient grounds for a case”. I didn’t even know where to go for my trial! I lost residential parent AND Debbie missed putting the cost of insurance for my son in the parenting plan costing me thousands. I have filed a complaint against the Bar. Do not use her unless you want to feel like you are paying to be unrepresented. She uses the excuse of "you are just unhappy with your bill" to cover up for her ineffectiveness.

Jane Tomich handled my divorce and it was an horrible experience!!! Jane did NOT do things that we discussed to be done regarding my settlement and sent several un necessary emails to the opposing counsel regarding the settlement which I was charged for and Still to this day do not have what was awarded to me!! I am very disappointed with her communication and lack of honesty!!! I Will NEVER use this law firm again!!!

Highly recommend Jonathan Marks! No other family law attorney compares to Jonathan (Unfortunately, I used a different firm prior to Jonathan). He's honest, passionate, knowledgeable, and he actually fights for your cause (something other family law attorneys only pretend to do). I've used his firm since 2017 due to many issues, post-divorce. Jonathan has solidly maintained his attention and dedication to my case over the years, just as he did when I first hired him. I had a great experience from start to finish working with Jonathan Marks. It was a lengthy process during covid season but he kept me updated every step of the way. I moved from another state to be close to my daughter, her mother did not want me to have joint custody. I moved here with slim visitation rights, but with Jonathan on my side I ended up with joint physical and legal custody. If you are a father, you’ll want this man fighting on your side. I’ve never been so close with my child than I am now. He got me everything I needed as a father, everything I deserved, and most importantly, everything my daughter deserved. If your opposing party has biased views, or trying to limit you in an unreasonable way, this firm will put its foot down hard for you. In my opinion, very reasonably priced too. Hands down, best lawyer I’ve ever had. Jonathan is doing gods work when it comes to fathers rights.

Having lived in Creve Coeur, MO for 17 years, I, with my two daughters moved back, in 2017, to my home State of PA. My attorney, "Debbie", represented me in 2013 for Divorce/Custody, as well as in 2017 for the Custody Modification, even though she had just retired. To my utmost surprise, toward the end of 2020, I was being challenged in St. Louis County Court, as well as in Madison County IL. What?!? Fortunately, I still had Debbie's cell saved to my Google Contacts. Panic stricken, I immediately called her for referrals. Countless hours and phone calls later, I was lead to believe that I was going to have to retain three different attorneys, one in MO, one in IL, and one in PA, all in the midst my jobless pandemic financial catastrophe. Then came the miracle...Attorney Jonathan Marks calling me from his cell. Do you know how difficult it is to find an Attorney who practices in both MO & IL? Attorney Marks does. Jonathan is that person who not only exudes and shares knowledge and experience, confident composure, and admirable control of difficult situations, but also conveys genuine kindness and unmistakable caring. By the end of our detail-packed first conversation, he fully educated me on the pertinent State and Federal laws, and also compassionately assured me that I had nothing to fear. I felt like I could breathe after having been metaphorically punched in my sternum. Plainly and simply, Jonathan was going to fix it, without three attorneys and without three exorbitant retainers. He made a couple phone calls to my opposition's attorney, pointing out that MO does not have jurisdiction. Yesterday, the case was officially dismissed! He asked if I would do him the favor of writing a review for him. Me(?) do him(?) a favor? Are you kidding? He performed the favor/miracle for me. What a mensch! Such moral fiber! (Can you hear my Northeast coast accent in those words?!) Seriously, I'm floored, and forever in debt because my daughters and I have been saved from unjustified chaos and stress. We first reached out to Kallen law firm in 2019 about a motion to modify. At the time I was a custodial parent and my ex had alternating weekends with some in-week, non overnight visitation. My ex regularly refused to return the children, whether it was midweek or weekend. She moved several times and wouldn’t reveal where. She was in a violent relationships, but I couldn’t violate the parenting plan. I procrastinated a year, but in 2020 we finally hired Kallen. I was very impressed with each member of the firm. They all did their parts very well. And when we went to trial - Mr Kallen was awesome. It was like the movies. He fought for the best interests of the children and I appreciated it. I’m hoping there are no more future need for Motions but, if there is I will 100% use these guys. They had reasonable affordable prices. And I just really can’t say enough good things about them.

I am extremely displeased with the services of this attorney. She was the court appointed attorney for my friend and met with the client only for 15 minutes or so before the court hearing. During her meeting with the client, I have observed that she did not seem to be interested in presenting the client's case for the child's custody, neither did she question several inaccurate statements made on the Hearing Summary that we brought to her attention, which would have undoubtedly changed the outcome of the hearing.

The staff at Coulter-Lambson goes above and beyond for their clients and their families. Joe and his staff were live savers for us. He was able to provide us with an unimaginable amount of knowledge for our case and advice to make it better. He gave us peace of mind, care and such compassion during our time leading up to our trial and the trial itself. Joe is unbelievably helpful and genuine; but also someone who is tough as nails. Curran Coulter was a beacon of hope to me at a time when my options appeared limited and the likelihood of a reasonable resolution seemed impossible.
