I WAS GRANTED CUSTODY OF MY CHILDREN AND PERMITTED TO MOVE OVERSEAS WITH THEM!!! FATHERS- You have the toughest fight ahead of you. You know what you're up against. I went through it 3 times only to throw my hands up in the air and ask "what does it take?" Just like you, I will always fight for what's right. I contacted Atty Scott and I immediately knew this time would be different. Other Attorneys filled my hopes with meaningless statements such as, "oh, don't worry, I am good friends with the judge." Atty Scott will give it to you straight whether you like it or not. There are no surprise fees. The one time, flat rate charge was all I paid. I called him enough to annoy the most talkative teenager...no additional charge. His staff is friendly and very responsive. Atty Scott is a fierce ally in the courtroom. He's a fighter. I had the honor of hiring Attorney Carthens for my divorce and I can tell you it was the smartest decision I made. Not only was she upfront and honest but very professional. Anytime I had any worries she and her team were there to calm me down and reassure me that I had nothing to worry about. Honestly; Hiring Attorney White was the best decision I could have made for my case. I had another local Attorney to handle my Family law case earlier but then it re opened and I looked around for other Attorneys. I remember seeing Ms. White in a corner of the court house, squatting, pen and paper on hand on the phone. She kept reassuring whoever was on the other end it was going to be alright. So when it was time to look for other options; she was it. She’s a bulldog. She’s quiet but fierce and more importantly she’s honest, she’s not going to set you up for failure. She will fight for you and your rights. She’s not free, but is definitely worth every penny in my book. Never gone without a return email or call. Even if it’s 10pm at night. Thank you! One of worst experiences I’ve had in my life!!! Please Please do your research. They scheduled me for a 9 o’clock appointment and then they would not show up until 930. They were late on more than one occasion. One time while I was waiting for them I spoke to another lady outside who said she had issues with them. She said she was frustrated as well from the lack of information being provided about her case. She didn’t have a appointment she said but she needed to know what was going on. She later told me the paralegal told her to go back home. She said she was gonna wait regardless!!! I went to court one time for a court appearance that had been rescheduled but I was not informed I was there but they were not. (Missed Work unnecessarily) Most of the time we went over our strategy just prior to seeing the judge, On another occasion we could the judge until after lunch. I saw other attorneys informing their clients of the situation Not Mine. Lucky I heard the other lawyer speaking with Their Client. I always felt that we were not prepared. If I had the money I would’ve switched lawyers once I saw how this is unfolding. Just Beware ???? Mr. Briley is my name an my Divorce was Last Year. This is the right law firm!!!

I have been back and forth in court since last August/September. I'm sure that as a client, I have taken her and her team over the top sometimes due to the constant calling and emailing for status updates, but that's because it seemed as if I wasn't getting information back or updates. There were times when I would call or email because something happened or I needed to know how something was going and I wouldn't hear back from her or the team until I would call them back for an update weeks later. However, I understand that attorneys and the teams are busy and that I am not the only client. If you hire her, you may have to call or email to get status updates every now and then, but besides that minor communication problem, she is a great attorney. She showed concern and cared for my daughter and I and she didn't want anything but the best and what was right for us. She is very easy to talk too and her staff was as well. I recommend her services!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Mrs. Hardin and her staff are gold standard of professionalism. My custody case has lasted longer than any case should have and it's literally put me through hell. If you want an attorney who will fight to the nail for you, then you WANT Mrs. Hardin. Victoria is the ABSOLUTE best! She is a very straight forward, frank Attorney that won’t waste your time or money. I have been her client for almost 2.5 years, going through an absolutely horrendous divorce and custody battle. I consider myself one of her more “needy” clients and she and her staff are VERY responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes I would get pretty emotional during this process and when I would tell her I wanted something done...she would say “ultimately I will do as you ask because you’re my client, but I’m advising against this for this reason...” I respecter her, her knowledge and experience so much that I trust her decisions and strategy. She is a “no bull shit” kind of attorney and I LOVE that. She will fight for you like nobody else...and is worth every penny! There is no other Attorney I would recommend over Victoria Hardin.

Wasn’t a lot of effort or push back put into my case. She didn’t really do anything except get us to sign papers. I did all the ground work, compiled all of the evidence together, convinced my ex-wife to change her mind, etc. She said nothing at all in court to give me an advantage and had me paying child support for 5-6 months as a “win”. She clearly didn’t care about the case. Essentially, I won my child support case and child custody case due to my own research and knowledge of law. Please do your own due diligence and look elsewhere. Half of these comments look to be “bots”.

Reply to owner: Ms. Hatley is a well educated individual. She's aware of the "not responsive" aspect of this review. With that... the professionalism is lacking when you stop responding to a client/potential client. As far as the individuals working with Ms. Hatley, I still yet to recieve the last document to my case. It has been two weeks since I was told it would be sent. But no worries, the clerk of juvenile courts was more than helpful and followed through. I did my due diligence by contacting Hatleys' lawfirm and emailed Ms. Hatley per her paralegal. I spoke with Attorney Cruz and he was professional, clear, honest and made sure i understood. He didn't rush me off the phone. In the fall of 2020 Jason Wunsch law firm was recommended by 1 person who thought he could help me with a personal will. I called & explained my situation & was told he could help me. I was told I needed to give a deposit that would be go towards the cost of will or be refunded if work was not done I ended up seeing Mr. Francis Collins. For 25 minutes. We did not make a deal as further inquiry w Jason was implied. A week later I was told the firm could not do my work & a different lawyer was recommended. I already had that name and had made contact w/o any deposit. The firm& Francis Collins keep my deposit. I have pursued other options to have my money returned. It is now April and still no satisfaction. I wish I could give a no star review.

Mr. Breeden was extremely helpful to me as I continued on the long road to gain full custody of my daughter. Even though I have never met him in person, he treated my family and I with great respect and attention. I live out of state, yet had to gain counsel of someone in the state of my ex-husband's residence. Due to the Covid concerns, it was very difficult to even think of traveling back and forth for consultation or scheduled court dates. Mr. Breeden enabled me to conduct all of our business and legal appointments from my own home. No concern was ever too large or small. Mr. Breeden always kept me up to date, and was very good at responding to my calls and emails. I am so thankful to have found his services. He was able to get past a great many previous misconceptions about elements of the case that had been keeping my daughter from me. Jonathan and his assistant were very quick to get me scheduled and were very knowledgeable about the area of law I was needing information on (whether or not my mother's Will and/or Durable Power of Attorney would transfer from state to state or if they would need to be redrafted once she relocated to NC). Hardee's still maintains as being one of the best fast food cheeseburgers. Maybe a dollar more and the food takes a little bit longer.
