I was terrified about my situation - my baby's safety and well-being was my priority. I was able to consult with Mr. Mayo relatively quickly and he gave me important preliminary information even before I officially retained him. My case required significant motion work. I am in the legal field myself so I know if a motion is well-written or not. All of the motions and documents filed on my behalf were very high quality, professional and persuasive. Mr. Mayo also presented himself very professionally during court as well. I was also very impressed by paralegal Stephanie Stolz. She was always very responsive and helpful and worked very hard on my case. Although my custody and divorce was extremely stressful, it was one less stress knowing that my lawyer and his team were extremely competent and would get me the best results possible.

Jennifer Abrams Law Firm, is top notch and deserves only the highest reviews. I needed to switch attorneys. I contacted numerous attorney in the area and felt pushed off with minimal attention. The first time I spoke with Jennifer, it was 5:30pm on a Friday night and she made me feel validated regarding my concerns and spent enough time to understand my position. This firm was amazing! Ashlee and her team were upfront with all expectations and explained the process each step of the way. We got the other parent's rights terminated so that we could do a step parent adoption. Ashlee Vazquez is the best. Very nice and all for doing the right thing. Stay away ! Emily will lye straight to your face. She lies to the courts . I had to hire a whole different law firm to clean up her mess she did with my case. The other law firm was fortunately able to clean up Emily incompetent's work. I usually don't like to leave bad reviews but after seeing every negative review on here Emily dismiss the complaint and blames the client. She needs to start to take responsibility . I wish she would have in my case instead of me having to pay two law firms.

I have used Jim for about 7 years now off and on for a child custody case. I actually started using him before he had his own firm. He is very helpful in giving correct information. It may not be what you want to hear but it is what you need to hear. He has good rates and he actually gave me tips on how to save money with him. He was always respectful and knowledgeable. He is very dependable as well. Don't worry he will always show. He actually called me before every hearing to let me know how far away he is. He is very well respected in the courtroom. I am always nervous in court and for the last hearing I had, which was the most important, I wasn't nervous at all. Halfway through, during a short recess, I was smiling and laughing with my family outside the courtroom just before the decision was made. He not only won my case for me but he made it look easy. Not a thing got by him. He was very alert. I felt like there was no way I would lose with him. He takes pride in what he does and I've never seen another attorney have as much passion in their work as he does. Not only would I recommend him, but he is the only attorney I would recommend for family law. I wouldn't be in a courtroom without him. I'd also like to comment on his secretary. She's is so nice and pleasant to deal with. And she always made sure Jim got my messages for him. Very reliable people.

I was referred to Jim Davis by a close friend who is also an attorney. She gave me several references, but said that Jim was the best one to deal with Family Law. So in my book he came highly recommended. When I first contacted Jim, his knowledge and experience of Family Law became very clear. Jim took on my case and made me feel comfortable and painless through an extremely difficult time. While my husband's attorney continued to attack me on a personal level because of my new domestic partnership, Jim was professional, compassionate, fair, kind, and honest. I feel like I could not have had anyone better then him on my side of things. Jim explained things to me at my level of understanding even if I did not want to pursue them. I was referred to James M. Davis by a friend who had personal experience with their office. I found their office to be fair, knowledgeable, and most importantly, realistic about the outcome and time required to complete my divorce proceedings. The communication between the office and me was professional, timely, to the point, and kept me fully informed throughout the proceedings. Although I was not entirely happy with the outcome of my divorce decree, I do not see it as an issue with my legal counsel representation. I would recommend their office to others.

Lee and his staff did an incredible job handling the probate of an estate for my children. The firm was very detailed in their requirements and expectations. Lee responded promptly both by email and phone when questions or issues materialized. After the estate was finalized, they continued to answer questions and supported us when they certainly were not required to do so. Lee Drizin is fabulous attorney! We used him for a trust litigation matter and with his excellent ideas and talents, we were successful in settling before trial. I thought I was coming in for a consultation on my whole case and advice on where to take my custody case next. We didn’t talk about my case at all other than her filling out a court paper for me which I didn’t even want done; felt like I got absolutely no advice on next steps and she is not very personable at all. Divorce is a tough process and controlling what a judge thinks is difficult-I for one have had an good amount of litigation experience and I can tell you that Lorian Cole is the best there is.... if there is any negative comments they are a result of a very difficult time in a persons life.All business ,especially divorce business, has odds of success and failure. If you want your best chance of success Lorian should be your gal and if you go around town and interview numerous divorce lawyers they will tell you the same thing!

I am an immigration attorney in Sacramento, California and needed a legal opinion letter from an attorney in Nevada specializing in family law. The issues were very complex and Marshal provided excellent service and work product. We had a short deadline, and Marshal worked on the weekend to get the opinion letter completed. He even went above and beyond and completed additional research outside the scope of services in order to help my client.
