Brittney & Amber are so awesome thanks to these super awesome lady’s my life is back to normal. They always picked up my calls when I needed to communicate with them or seek professional advice they always reached out to me throughout the whole process was professional & neat at all times. Brittney revived a dead case! With the same judge that I appeared to prior with a complete different lawyer from another law firm which I ending up firing lost a lot of money. Lee and his staff did an incredible job handling the probate of an estate for my children. The firm was very detailed in their requirements and expectations. Lee responded promptly both by email and phone when questions or issues materialized. After the estate was finalized, they continued to answer questions and supported us when they certainly were not required to do so. Lee Drizin is fabulous attorney! We used him for a trust litigation matter and with his excellent ideas and talents, we were successful in settling before trial. I cannot recommend Carol Barnes enough for anyone dealing with any type of family court issue, especially if you want the focus to be on the well-being of the child or children involved. Carol represented my daughter and granddaughter in a difficult custodial case between my daughter and her daughter’s father. From the time my daughter first met with Carol, she was direct, informative, compassionate and focused on the well-being of my granddaughter. My daughter felt she could communicate her concerns and be heard, which is so important, especially in tough cases. It was a difficult road, but Carol was patient, attentive and responsive each step of the way. She is strong and strategic in court, again with enormous integrity working on behalf of the child at the center. We are so grateful that the end result was one that provides as much as possible to ensure my granddaughter’s well-being not just in the short term but in the long term. My wife and I won. And this would not have happened without the help of Andrew Zemprazik, Maria and Amanda. This Law Office is LGBT friendly. They informed us about so many things and gave us the confidence to fight for the rights of our kids. Andrew was with us all the way and was quick to respond to our questions. During our court hearing, Andrew made the opposing lawyer Husna Alikhan sound like she needed to go back to school. Everything that Andrew presented to the court was very detailed and it was backed up with valid applicable laws. Husna Alikhan cited an obsolete law during the court hearing. Carol is an excellent attorney. She saved me when my attorney was working with my ex’s attorney. I didn’t even realize how much he was screwing me over until he asked me for another$30,000. He called me about a my inquiry on my potential case and he wasn't very pleasant. I was asking for legal advice and he showed no regard for me. He said "Well I don't know what to tell you." As if my situation was beneath him. I didn't like the 3 minute phone call between us. Not because he couldn't help me, that I can understand if "my insurance doesn't cover" his services, but the lack of humanization. If this is what he wants to bring out with his brand, I'm better off without him anyway.

Divorce is a tough process and controlling what a judge thinks is difficult-I for one have had an good amount of litigation experience and I can tell you that Lorian Cole is the best there is.... if there is any negative comments they are a result of a very difficult time in a persons life.All business ,especially divorce business, has odds of success and failure. If you want your best chance of success Lorian should be your gal and if you go around town and interview numerous divorce lawyers they will tell you the same thing!

I am an immigration attorney in Sacramento, California and needed a legal opinion letter from an attorney in Nevada specializing in family law.
