Brittney & Amber are so awesome thanks to these super awesome lady’s my life is back to normal. They always picked up my calls when I needed to communicate with them or seek professional advice they always reached out to me throughout the whole process was professional & neat at all times. Brittney revived a dead case! With the same judge that I appeared to prior with a complete different lawyer from another law firm which I ending up firing lost a lot of money. Brittney took the same evidence & my case with with less then 25 days to appear in front of the same judge Brittney changed the whole dynamic of the case without even breaking a sweat! Best legal advice I can give to anyone reading this post. 1. You get what you pay for. 2. Never lie to your lawyer be honest. 3. Go with a attorney that is reputable & well respected by judges believe me judges lean on this because they know the Right Lawyers & there staff are not a joke. Trust me I fired my first attorney for malpractice & lost a lot of money from a complete different law firm. 4. Understand if you don’t communicate effectively or ask they don’t tell I did a lot of research & homework asked questions to my attorneys in advance for what if kind of situation scenarios just incase. Just like Brittney told me we are a team you need to be as dedicated as I am. You as a client need to understand your attorney only knows as much as you give them the more evidence you provide with the narrative to correspond with that & accurate dates helps these ladies do there job. 5. Divorce is a tough process and controlling what a judge thinks is difficult-I for one have had an good amount of litigation experience and I can tell you that Lorian Cole is the best there is.... if there is any negative comments they are a result of a very difficult time in a persons life.All business ,especially divorce business, has odds of success and failure. If you want your best chance of success Lorian should be your gal and if you go around town and interview numerous divorce lawyers they will tell you the same thing!

I am an immigration attorney in Sacramento, California and needed a legal opinion letter from an attorney in Nevada specializing in family law. The issues were very complex and Marshal provided excellent service and work product. We had a short deadline, and Marshal worked on the weekend to get the opinion letter completed. He even went above and beyond and completed additional research outside the scope of services in order to help my client. I first contacted Leavitt Law Firm in early 2020 in order to review my options regarding post-divorce child custody issues. I met with Frank Leavitt and was extremely impressed right away. I retained Frank, and he quickly went to work for me. He addressed both of my immediate issues and reached an acceptable settlement in little time without even needing to step into the court room. This year (2021), when it became necessary for me to move across the country for work, I didn't hesitate to return to Frank, asking him to represent me in a child relocation request. He worked hard to ensure that the best interests of my children were met. He ensured the facts were clearly presented to the judge during the trial, and his work ultimately resulted in my relocation request being granted. Frank is extremely professional, and my confidence in him grew each time I met with him. For the most part I am satisfied with Hofland & Tomsheck. They solved my court case efficiently with my interest in mind. You don't typically get a play-by-play on what is happening in the courts and what your status might be - you have to reach out through email, or phone to figure that out. But they do provide email updates when major court dates happen.

Mr. Josh Tomsheck is one of the very best if not the best Criminal Defense attorney in Las Vegas. He got me the absolute best possible outcome given the very serious nature of my charges. I am forever indebted. I am so grateful for the job that you guys have done. I feel terrible for those that can not afford the service you provided, or don't realize how worth while it is. The charges against me had the potential to redirect a life that I quite enjoy, others appreciate, and that I consider to have a nice trajectory. I'm grateful for the ability to continue down the path I was headed and not spend the rest of my life struggling to be considered credible. I don't know how you guys feel about me or the work that you do. I imagine that it is difficult to decide who is or isn't worthy of the service you provide. In my cost benefit calculator the future is not as predictable as probabilities might foretell. That is to say that the most repulsive might become the most revered, and the most revered might be steered toward the worst at any moment due to any trigger. Regardless, while I could be wrong about which I might be or become, I am optimistic and like to think that I'll be one of the people that help you feel good about the work you do. I am grateful.
