I have used Jim for about 7 years now off and on for a child custody case. I actually started using him before he had his own firm. He is very helpful in giving correct information. It may not be what you want to hear but it is what you need to hear. He has good rates and he actually gave me tips on how to save money with him. He was always respectful and knowledgeable. He is very dependable as well. Don't worry he will always show. He actually called me before every hearing to let me know how far away he is. He is very well respected in the courtroom. I am always nervous in court and for the last hearing I had, which was the most important, I wasn't nervous at all. Halfway through, during a short recess, I was smiling and laughing with my family outside the courtroom just before the decision was made. He not only won my case for me but he made it look easy. Not a thing got by him. He was very alert. I felt like there was no way I would lose with him. He takes pride in what he does and I've never seen another attorney have as much passion in their work as he does. Not only would I recommend him, but he is the only attorney I would recommend for family law. I wouldn't be in a courtroom without him. I'd also like to comment on his secretary. She's is so nice and pleasant to deal with. And she always made sure Jim got my messages for him. Very reliable people.

I was referred to Jim Davis by a close friend who is also an attorney. She gave me several references, but said that Jim was the best one to deal with Family Law. So in my book he came highly recommended. When I first contacted Jim, his knowledge and experience of Family Law became very clear. Jim took on my case and made me feel comfortable and painless through an extremely difficult time. While my husband's attorney continued to attack me on a personal level because of my new domestic partnership, Jim was professional, compassionate, fair, kind, and honest. I feel like I could not have had anyone better then him on my side of things. Jim explained things to me at my level of understanding even if I did not want to pursue them. I was referred to James M. Davis by a friend who had personal experience with their office. I found their office to be fair, knowledgeable, and most importantly, realistic about the outcome and time required to complete my divorce proceedings. The communication between the office and me was professional, timely, to the point, and kept me fully informed throughout the proceedings. Although I was not entirely happy with the outcome of my divorce decree, I do not see it as an issue with my legal counsel representation. I would recommend their office to others.

I couldn't have had a better divorce lawyer than James (Jim) Davis. Not only is he kind and understanding throughout the entire process, he is very thorough in his work. Attorney Vincent Mayo recently represented me throughout my custody and divorce case, which concluded after a year. When I first called him, I was at peak crisis-mode, desperate to find someone to help me with my custody case involving my then 1 year old baby. I was terrified about my situation - my baby's safety and well-being was my priority. I was able to consult with Mr. Mayo relatively quickly and he gave me important preliminary information even before I officially retained him. My case required significant motion work. I am in the legal field myself so I know if a motion is well-written or not. All of the motions and documents filed on my behalf were very high quality, professional and persuasive. Mr. Mayo also presented himself very professionally during court as well. I was also very impressed by paralegal Stephanie Stolz. She was always very responsive and helpful and worked very hard on my case. Although my custody and divorce was extremely stressful, it was one less stress knowing that my lawyer and his team were extremely competent and would get me the best results possible.

Jennifer Abrams Law Firm, is top notch and deserves only the highest reviews. I needed to switch attorneys. I contacted numerous attorney in the area and felt pushed off with minimal attention. The first time I spoke with Jennifer, it was 5:30pm on a Friday night and she made me feel validated regarding my concerns and spent enough time to understand my position. Jennifer was upfront regarding her fees and even tried to assist me in finding a more reasonably-priced attorney but I knew in my heart I found one. Brittney & Amber are so awesome thanks to these super awesome lady’s my life is back to normal. They always picked up my calls when I needed to communicate with them or seek professional advice they always reached out to me throughout the whole process was professional & neat at all times. Brittney revived a dead case! With the same judge that I appeared to prior with a complete different lawyer from another law firm which I ending up firing lost a lot of money. Brittney took the same evidence & my case with with less then 25 days to appear in front of the same judge Brittney changed the whole dynamic of the case without even breaking a sweat! Best legal advice I can give to anyone reading this post. 1. You get what you pay for. 2. Never lie to your lawyer be honest. 3. Go with a attorney that is reputable & well respected by judges believe me judges lean on this because they know the Right Lawyers & there staff are not a joke. Trust me I fired my first attorney for malpractice & lost a lot of money from a complete different law firm. 4. Understand if you don’t communicate effectively or ask they don’t tell I did a lot of research & homework asked questions to my attorneys in advance for what if kind of situation scenarios just incase. I can’t say enough great things about Gordon Law Offices. Mr. Gordon and his staff were absolutely amazing! Our case was extremely complicated, so much so that two other attorneys didn’t want to take it on. Mr. Gordon wasn’t scared! He took it on, was very transparent and honest about the “what-if’s” of my case, and his staff (specifically Debra) kept me informed the whole way through, with every step. Debra would always assure me that I could call or email anytime if I ever had a question (trust me, I had a lot!) I never felt like a burden. The team and Kelleher and Kelleher was beyond amazing. I didn't even know where to begin with my divorce but after reading the reviews, I decided to reach out. They were able to get me in for a same day consultation. I met with Mr. Kelleher who was very kind and honest. He explained to me what my options were, gave me advice on what he thought might be best for me based on my situation and gave me information to go home with to think about and evaluate what I ultimately wanted to do. When I didn't file right away, I was expecting to receive tons of calls from the office asking me when I was going to send them the forms, send in payment, etc. They very kindly left me alone but were there to answer my questions and guided me along but let me do things on my own time. Once I was ready to file, they were able to walk me through the process and reached out to the other party so that I didn't have to get involved. I could not believe how quickly and smoothly the process was. Every single person I worked with in that office was kind and addressed my questions, emails and filing very quickly. But again, the biggest surprise to me was how they were never pushy or calling just to get the divorce hurried up and done so they could move on. They always wanted to MAKE SURE this was your decision to make. They were very personal and even gave our emails and cell phone numbers for you to reach out to. I would 100% recommend them to anyone going through a divorce!

I've had several exchanges with Mr. Kelleher and his staff over the last couple months dealing with some difficult particulars about my current custody arrangement. I was able to go to a consult in person, which in the current pandemic I really appreciate the opportunity to do this. Divorce is a tough process and controlling what a judge thinks is difficult-I for one have had an good amount of litigation experience and I can tell you that Lorian Cole is the best there is.... if there is any negative comments they are a result of a very difficult time in a persons life.All business ,especially divorce business, has odds of success and failure. If you want your best chance of success Lorian should be your gal and if you go around town and interview numerous divorce lawyers they will tell you the same thing!

I am an immigration attorney in Sacramento, California and needed a legal opinion letter from an attorney in Nevada specializing in family law. The issues were very complex and Marshal provided excellent service and work product. We had a short deadline, and Marshal worked on the weekend to get the opinion letter completed. He even went above and beyond and completed additional research outside the scope of services in order to help my client.
