The Donn Prokopius family out of all the lawyers I've dealt with has been the most upfront, kind, good hearted, but very honest, won't sell you what you want to hear, he will give you the truth of what he thinks will happen based on his many years of experience. Donn has represented us through 2 different court cases filed by the same ex-family member. Each lasting almost a year. He is in for the long haul and follows through on each of the items that need addressed. He came highly recommended from a friend of ours and now we refer anyone that needs divorce or child custody help to his office. The last two years have been ugly, full of nasty accusations and lies that he has flat-out squashed. Each time we have walked away with most, if not all, of what we have asked for regarding custody, and other serious issues. Let’s hope we are done and don’t need him again, but after another win today we know who to call if we do. Thanks Donn!

I first contacted Leavitt Law Firm in early 2020 in order to review my options regarding post-divorce child custody issues. I met with Frank Leavitt and was extremely impressed right away. I retained Frank, and he quickly went to work for me. He addressed both of my immediate issues and reached an acceptable settlement in little time without even needing to step into the court room. This year (2021), when it became necessary for me to move across the country for work, I didn't hesitate to return to Frank, asking him to represent me in a child relocation request. For the most part I am satisfied with Hofland & Tomsheck. They solved my court case efficiently with my interest in mind. You don't typically get a play-by-play on what is happening in the courts and what your status might be - you have to reach out through email, or phone to figure that out. But they do provide email updates when major court dates happen.

Mr. Josh Tomsheck is one of the very best if not the best Criminal Defense attorney in Las Vegas. He got me the absolute best possible outcome given the very serious nature of my charges. I am forever indebted. I am so grateful for the job that you guys have done. I feel terrible for those that can not afford the service you provided, or don't realize how worth while it is. The charges against me had the potential to redirect a life that I quite enjoy, others appreciate, and that I consider to have a nice trajectory. I'm grateful for the ability to continue down the path I was headed and not spend the rest of my life struggling to be considered credible. I don't know how you guys feel about me or the work that you do. I imagine that it is difficult to decide who is or isn't worthy of the service you provide. In my cost benefit calculator the future is not as predictable as probabilities might foretell. That is to say that the most repulsive might become the most revered, and the most revered might be steered toward the worst at any moment due to any trigger. Regardless, while I could be wrong about which I might be or become, I am optimistic and like to think that I'll be one of the people that help you feel good about the work you do. I am grateful. After a couple of phone calls and one meeting I was so relieved to have finally found the right fit for a legal matter that would be best handled by (not me) someone with expertise. Everyone at Ghandi Deeter Blackham I spoke and emailed with (receptionist, lawyers and paralegals) were professional and knowledgeable with great communication during each step of the process. Although there are no guarantees while negotiating a settlement and maneuvering the court system, Nedda was even able to estimate a cost range and timeline that proved accurate too. I couldn't be more grateful for all the hard work and professionalism that Chris Ford and his staff put into my case. As a single dad, fighting for custody of his young daughter, there were many people that told me that I had no chance at getting custody and that I was wasting my money. I cannot recommend Carol Barnes enough for anyone dealing with any type of family court issue, especially if you want the focus to be on the well-being of the child or children involved. Carol represented my daughter and granddaughter in a difficult custodial case between my daughter and her daughter’s father. From the time my daughter first met with Carol, she was direct, informative, compassionate and focused on the well-being of my granddaughter. My daughter felt she could communicate her concerns and be heard, which is so important, especially in tough cases. It was a difficult road, but Carol was patient, attentive and responsive each step of the way. She is strong and strategic in court, again with enormous integrity working on behalf of the child at the center. We are so grateful that the end result was one that provides as much as possible to ensure my granddaughter’s well-being not just in the short term but in the long term. She also made sure that all bases were covered throughout the entire process and court agreement. She really is amazing.

My wife and I won. And this would not have happened without the help of Andrew Zemprazik, Maria and Amanda. This Law Office is LGBT friendly. They informed us about so many things and gave us the confidence to fight for the rights of our kids. Andrew was with us all the way and was quick to respond to our questions. During our court hearing, Andrew made the opposing lawyer Husna Alikhan sound like she needed to go back to school. Everything that Andrew presented to the court was very detailed and it was backed up with valid applicable laws. Husna Alikhan cited an obsolete law during the court hearing. Carol is an excellent attorney. She saved me when my attorney was working with my ex’s attorney. I didn’t even realize how much he was screwing me over until he asked me for another$30,000. I let him go and called Carol. I realized after working with Carol how horrible he was! Working with my ex and he even told me I wouldn’t win my case. I would have been lost without her. She was their when I was at my weakest point. She always explained exactly what was going on. My son is now safe and not in the clutches of my abusive ex. Huggins Law Office was really great in helping me with my child custody case. The staff really listened to the problems I was having with my ex and made the judge really understand what was going on. I received excellent service from the staff in explaining the legal process to me and what all the documents were about. Also the pricing was really fair compared to the quotes I received from other lawyers.
