Not even worthy of One star, but unfortunately not option here.. I’m not quite sure how he got 9 positive rating but I bet it was family and friends rating him -DO NOT TRUST FALSE REVIEWS. Keith Casella in my opinion, is unethical, deceitful and money hungry attorney, manipulated me into settling though I was in the right and I lost thousands upon thousands of dollars and that’s not counting legal fees I’ve already paid him. He was continuously harassing me for payment but refused to do the work. Not only did he not advocate for me, but I felt like he was the enemy more than the opposing team throughout the whole ordeal. He said damaging things to the opposing attorney in writing to damage my reputation, and yelled and insulted me continuously, dismissing everything I brought up to him. Whenever I had a question about the case he dismissed me and his usual statement was: “it’s going to cost you more money and each time we talk or email whether it’s 5 or 10 minutes, I will be charging you fees b/c nothing is free”. I was at the point where I was anxious to call and ask any questions regarding my case because I was going to be charged more fees, even though information was crucial to my case he just simply did not provide it or made me feel like I’m asking for too much, including the time when I asked him to put in writing into stipulation that I should have Mother’s Day with my kids for shared custody with my ex- husband! Again his statement was “things like this cost you money”. This matter was only taken care of because opposing attorney agreed I should have it and was the one who drafted the stipulation to add it for me, my lawyer did not lift a finger!! When he did review the paperwork he made crucial mistakes, providing faulty info and it was obvious he did not bother to review it or simply was incompetent. After a while I realized it was just easier for me to handle it and review it on my own in order to save money because he would charge me, but he still charge me regardless even when he didn’t review it! He continuously asked me if I forwarded him information and I had to tell him 10 times to check his email reminding him that I emailed info he asked for, it was obvious he did not even look at it and open it, or simply forgot about it. Keith Casella is toxic, rude and disorganized, to say the very least. I paid him separately outside his law firm towards his personal account on top of the money I was already being charged from retainer to review documents- not only he did not review it but he refused to continue to assist me with this ongoing issue, because it was “too far for him to travel” to Queens to accommodate me further. On most occasions he provided false information and I had no choice but to go outside to pay other lawyers to review the same information he was being paid to review and paid MORE money to them to review it for me and explain things as attorneys do with their clients. He refused to represent me until I paid more money after I already paid him $10,000 in a matter of a few months (he originally told me it should not be more than $5,000 from the get go when he was trying to convince to hire him), knowingly, consciously, maliciously lying to me and dismissing me, pushing me to settle every step of the way to be done I make a quick buck to move onto the next case and ruin someone else’s life. He threatening me to drop me in the middle of my case if I don’t agree to settle the case, which would obviously mean I have to pay additional retainer of thousands of dollars to another lawyer to pick up in the middle of the case, screaming at me "I'm done with you!! over and over again. I made life decisions based on his suggestions, which I now regret and realize that it was conflict of interest and will affect me in the future, not to mention causing me stress and discomfort making ordeal even more awful because I took a chance on him to represent me and trusted faulty “positive” reviews.

I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Casella. He has been absolutely fantastic, responsive and extremely ethical. I find Mr. Casella to be honest and I trust all the advice he gives me while helping me navigate a difficult and stressful situation. I am so happy to have found him!!

Ben Haber is an excellent Lawyer. He is extremely knowledgeable; always prepared and very conscientious. I am so  pleased that I chose him to represent me in my very difficult divorce. I couldn’t have been more pleased with his  His legal assistants Katie and Jane  who were wonderful  smart extremely friendly and very  hands on. I can’t express how fortunate I was to have him as my attorney. I cant tell you what Ben & Katie have done for me.my life has been hard for 16 years and found a way to resolve every problem I had it hasn't really hit me yet that I'm free of it all and I never have to see family court again. oh I never thought I can afford a lawyer but I was because Ben was affordable I paid $2,300 and for what I got I would have twic.e that. Robert Hiatt has been very professional, Diligent, patient, communicative, and an excellent negotiator in handling my divorce. He worked very hard to complete my divorce in less than a year. Robert is a great attorney know his way thru the system. While my case started off as an easy case it quickly escalated into a harder case. Something that should of took 3 to 4 months took a year and half with cases. This was do to Covid, but Mr. Hyatt was able to turn and pivot thru out the up and downs. In the end I got full custody of son. Thank you Robert.

I attempted to do my divorce agreement by myself, as NY offered an online system for creating the papers. Needless to say the papers it gave me weren't all encompassing, and after a couple months, I realized I needed help. Richard came in and helped draft new papers, talking me through each step, and submitted them on my behalf. He was always very upfront and responsive. Highly, highly recommend!

I hired Mr. Geller to file a out of state divorce as I live in Massachusetts and the ex-spouse lives in New York. We hired his firm during the center of Covid and when I tell you he made life easier. It’s an understatement. We did everything electronically, he, personally would call and provide updates and was sure to set realistic expectations as again, we were mid pandemic. Nonetheless, Richard finalizes my divorce in 7 months. I don’t know how he did it working with one of the toughest Burroughs (Queens) but he did. I highly recommend his services, I couldn’t be more delighted with my experience. Price was very affordable especially for the quality legal services we received.

I was just about to post about my positive experience I had with Mr. Levoritz when I saw some fake reviews from Dill Pickle (from the Rug Rats) and James B. which sounds just as fake, like James Brown, the singer. I have known Mr. Levoritz for many years. I have referred many friends, all of whom can attest to his great skills.
