I’ve never had a lawyer in this department but I’m so beyond happy with the out come. They made me feel comfortable and happy. They were well sanitized and masks with gloves on. Clean office environment. Just couldn’t be happier.

Attorney Horner is professional, knowledgeable and a veritable tiger, when it comes to having your back. I had serious medical/financial issues in the midst of a contentious divorce/custody case. Anica was wonderful and fought for us, even when the custody battle got extremely nasty she did not back down. She was always there when we needed her. My fiancé ended up getting residential parent, and final decision making, for a father to end up with that is incredible, especially in Richland county. Be up front and honest with her and she will return the same respect. Highly recommend!

Dan represented my family during a difficult time in our lives. Initially, our granddaughter was placed into our home under Foster care. After over a year of multiple court hearings attorney Gigiano was successful in us securing legal custody. Maternal family was granted visitation with restrictions. The maternal family Repeatedly continued to disobey the court order so in January 2020 all visitation was stopped until a visitation agreement could be reached. of course due to COVID 19 court was on hold. Finally we were able to have a court Hearing in June 2020. Dan came to the hearing with all info placed nicely in a binder with each section numbered. This helped us facilitate the hearing. His preparation paid off with a win. Any/all future maternal visitation must be supervised through a visitation center at the expense of the maternal family. Dan is the attorney you need to ensure a successful outcome.

Scott was an amazing attorney. He responded immediately every time I contacted him and was always available to me even on the weekends. He really strives to get the best outcome without having a huge fight and really tries to get the parties to a resolution they create themselves rather than fighting it out and racking up the bill. But if the other party does fight every little thing, you will be in good hands as he does everything to protect his clients strategically and lawfully. unfortunately my life has required a lot of legal representation through the divorce processes and Scott was by far the best I have worked with.

Absolutely wonderful. We had the unfortunate experience of having to handle court from another state. We called multiple attorneys and chose Scott because he was very knowledgeable, thorough and called/text/emailed us back promptly any time we had questions or concerns. Scott was able to represent us without us having to go back and forth also. We have used him twice now for the same case and our results couldn't be any better. Although we hope to not have to utilize his services again as our case is closed but if we did need to, we would absolutely choose him for representation!

Ken is great at what he does. He is a very knowledgeable attorney who is willing to litigate if necessary. He assisted me with a child custody matter. When I got my first consult I was amazed how honest and open Attorney Crislip was. He didn't BS me like the other Attorneys I met with before him. He also was really reasonably priced. I didn't have a ton of money to spend so finances were important to me. Every time I called his office I was able to speak with him directly and didn't have to go through anyone else which was really nice. He also was really responsive with his emails. My brother was charge with a felony for a firearm and mrs crislip was able to get his charge dismissed, great attorney not only that even the judge keep on complimenting crislip telling the defendant in front of the prosecutor that crislip is handling the defendant case very well. I had to switch Attorney's mid case since my other attorney got COVID. Attorney Ken seemed to really know what he was doing and was able to catch up pretty quick. He also seemed to have a lot of connections at the court and was able to move my case along so we could just finish it. I was able to get my charges reduced and he really helped me out. I don't think I will ever use anyone else again, but I hope I dont ever get in trouble again neither.

Beverly is amazing! Very professional, and gets things done, I filed for custody of my daughter and had temporary custody within 48 hours of filing. My ex husband is difficult so I figured it would drag on for months and months, but Beverly got everything done within a very short time frame, and it didn't cost an arm and leg. Very rude when I called to discuss matters concerning my father's estate. Felt as though I was being talked down to and did not seem willing to help.
