Dan represented my family during a difficult time in our lives. Initially, our granddaughter was placed into our home under Foster care. After over a year of multiple court hearings attorney Gigiano was successful in us securing legal custody. Maternal family was granted visitation with restrictions. The maternal family Repeatedly continued to disobey the court order so in January 2020 all visitation was stopped until a visitation agreement could be reached. of course due to COVID 19 court was on hold. Finally we were able to have a court Hearing in June 2020. Dan came to the hearing with all info placed nicely in a binder with each section numbered. This helped us facilitate the hearing.
