I called up this attorney and paid upfront for an hour of time for legal advice as I am self represented . During my time with the attorney she reprimanded me for asking questions about legal procedure pertaining to my case and instructed me that I was paying her to see “if I liked her” and not to answer those questions. I am not sure what she even meant by that statement . She then went on to compliment herself by stating she was a “nice person” and implied that her rate is or ally higher and that her time is usually reserved for people that retain her . In fairness , she gave me my money back but I found her attitude and arrogance to be shocking . I would not recommend this attorney .

I would highly recommend Barbara Flum Stein & Associates! Barbara listened to all of my questions and concerns and made my divorce so simple! Maria is FABULOUS! This was probably one of the must Medically complicated and emotional cases any lawyer could ever take on in life. My case went on for almost 5 years and Lee stood by my side through all the long nights and mornings with out one complaint. The quality of work he puts out from, responses, prepping, and his knowledge of the law is remarkable and surpassed my expectations. Lee is very well respected inside the court house from judges to his colleagues. Lee studied and learned my sons entire medical back round and it displayed in court as if he was speaking on his own child. Lee is very professional, calm, and patient especially inside the courtroom. Most lawyers are all mostly about money, Lee fees are so reasonable and he works with you. This case was more to him then money, this was the first lawyer I have came in contact with that truly loved his job. He gives the biggest fight when he step foot inside the courtroom. He made me feel so confident that every nerve I had went out the window. Lee gave every realistic option I had and how to go about my situation, and all without bringing up a fee once. He listens and is very good at what he does, and I had a fair share of bad lawyers. Hands down Lee is the best lawyer I have ever came across. Not only did we win the case, the Judge granted me sole legal custody which is very rare. I feel GOD sent me a angel and I will always thank God for Lee every day.

The Schwartz Law firm is fabulous! Our attorney was Caitlin Cherkin , she had under 48 hours to prepare and knocked it out of the park like she had been preparing for months! She was super committed to helping us and ending the problem with my wife’s children’s father. Mr Lee is very unprofessional and could care less about anyone. I didn’t hear from him until the day before my hearing only to collect my balance. And Mr agree assured me “ no matter the outcome I’m filing for a dismissal.” Only to learn that I’ll have to pay additional for the filing. I don’t recommend him! I don’t recommend him! Unfortunately, I cannot afford to hire them at this time, but Dana was so nice and helpful leading up to the consultation. I was able to get the consultation for my legal issue insanely quickly. I got some sound advice for my specific situation. The attorney I spoke with was knowledgeable, professional and made me very comfortable speaking about my issues. I would definitely recommend them.

I was very pleased with my lawyer, Kate Lyons, at Petrelli Previtera, LLC. It was reassuring to know that as Kate discussed issues, she presented a range of possible actions for me to consider. With years of experience, she could offer advice that would reflect how the courts may respond. Together we went from where I was to a great and fair outcome that met all of our needs. She offered good advice and suggestions throughout. She was responsive and accessible and I received answers to my questions in a timely fashion. She was professional, as I can say after working with her for over a year. Although I anticipated requiring more steps, I got a very fair arrangement that was surprisingly easy.

I retained Amanda for an emergency issue in custody that arose. Amanda was quick to respond to the issue, considerate of the emotions involved, and overall caring for our best interests. Amanda knew of the time sensitivity and worked with me to file all the necessary paperwork, while I took more time than expected to secure the funds for the retainer. After reading another review, I feel compelled to write my own negative experience with Richard Bost. After hiring and paying Richard Bost he did minimal work, never called or e-mailed back and completely stopped returning any correspondence after a few weeks. I was able to find the courthouse he used outside of Philadelphia and with the assistance of the court clerk, had to resubmit my paperwork and proceed with my case on my own. After reading a similar review, I wonder how he's still allowed to practice as an attorney. I can't imagine the number of other people that go through the same experience that choose not to write reviews.

Mr Bost is the greatest! He worked with me and allowed me to make payments which is the only way I could afford an attorney. And on top of that, he fought hard to enforce my custody agreement. My ex wife had a $500 an hour "super attorney" and Mr Bost wiped the courtroom floor with her! It was great! After court, my ex wife was begging me to let her off the hook for contempt for violating our agreement. I would definitely recommend Mr Bost to anyone looking for a family law attorney!

Mr Bost is the most dedicated lawyer I have ever meant, I'm a retired police officer and had my share of interactions with attorneys , mr Bost is caring and understanding about whatever your situation is, I used him for custody of my son and also child support, mr Bost takes his time when listening to your specific details , during my custody hearing ( custody trial) Mr Bost was very professional and knew everything possible there was to know about the law and my case,, and especially what rights a father has ( the same) and made that loud and clear, my 8 yr son and I have been together since )over a year)and a half now . and made it possible for us to be together , and the child support I was paying was terminated , so I have and will recommend him to anybody that needs a voice in the courtroom ,

Hired her for a custody matter. At first she was very easy to talk to and seemed friendly. After she received her payment, it was impossible getting into contact with her. I hired a new attorney who was able to get into contact with her. She lied about filing paper work and her lie only came to light when my attorney asked for the paper work she claimed to have filed. I requested a full refund and sadly had to go to the attorney disciplinary board to get my refund back because she refused to reply to my calls and emails☹️☹️ please watch out for this law firm.

It's funny how luck strikes. Reintroduced through a mutual friend, Mrs. Kinchloe was a blessing. She was able to come in, in a short period of time, and represent me as if she was living through my tribulations. She was very knowledgeable & showed me a lot of empathy. Going through this process was, & still is, a difficult process. Ultimately, having her as a resource was actually what I needed to feel confident about my approach. Harry Get's it done!
