Mr. Hunt and his team at Patton & Pittman were amazing! The responsiveness, attention to detail, and empathy they held while going through my divorce process was amazing. Mr. Campbell is the kind of lawyer that makes you feel that he genuinely has your back in the courtroom. After going through some traumatic accusations, Mr. Campbell explained the processes and what to expect, how to prepare, and the reality of what the outcomes would be. My wife hired Mr. Potter to represent her during our divorce. Mr. Potter told me this was like tennis, back and forth. He told me keep calling our daughter even though my wife was saying everything goes through my lawyer- just got hit with a temporary order of protection. Mr. Potter told me he's just a hired gun, it's not personal. I'm not sure if he has kids or not, but it's always personal when it concerns your children. I find this man to just be another typical money first lawyer. And I want everyone to know that this guy lied to me over the phone, treated me poorly telling me he had more important calls to make. I was in essence, wasting his precious time. Again. My daughter's life hangs in the balance and his illustrations are tennis, hired gun, and my time is more important than yours.

My friend is in the army currently deployed and needed help with a custody/pay situation within the military. We were quoted a price totally different from what was actually given and was denied help because these people assumed that he was “wringing” the army. First of all, why would you make such a bold assumption that my friend is just trying to get out of a simple deployment? You don’t know his life, his circumstance or his chain of command. Secondly, my friend is getting underpaid by the army because of this situation and all he is trying to do is get this taken care of so that he can have a place for his child to live so that she can be in his life more. He’s an amazing father and all he needed was some help. The audacity is really blowing my mind. I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to anyone at all ever. Just disgusting.

After the past 18m of a custody battle, that is still going, Aaron and Christine have been there for me every step of the way. From answering my phone calls on weekends to my late night and early morning calls, they have been more than willing to navigate me in the correct direction. I would definitely recommend Walsh Law. This attorney didn't do right by the tenants of KingsRidge apartments. If Mr. Walsh had done a block of sale, we would have gotten all our rent money back for the conditions we had to live in. Rural Development got there settlement and they offered us a rental voucher, but now they have no money to pay their part of the rent. So now wherever the tenants moved to we have to pay all the rent until funds are available. We were lied to and have been mistreated, so now I'm thinking of hiring my own attorney for justice. I would not recommend this attorney nor his associates.

They took money for consultation. Told me to call when ready to move forward. When I called to file I was told "Mrs. Rushton does not think you can afford the retainer.". I was never told what that amount was. I do know that the 30 min consult fee must have included time to be told vague details of a car and client that had nothing to do with my case. If some tells you they will represent you and then back out at the last min when you need them it's shady. I would not recommend this firm. This is the second review because the first does not show up.

My first engagement with Kristin Amonette was exceptional. She took the reins of a very complex case and restored sanity and order to the process. I found her to be prepared as well as aggressive when she needed to be but advised me on multiple strategies to consider. However, my disappointment with her and the firm in general and why this is a 3 star review and not a 5 star is because she and the firm do not mange their clients well. It would sometimes take WEEKS to get calls back or follow through on important issues. I would frequently leave 5+ messages before getting a return call. I often felt like the firm would forget I was even a client, often having to retell the same information multiple times to get back up to speed, rather than the firm just being too busy to be responsive. I realize that attorneys take on more clients than they can handle in order to stay busy and make more money, but servicing your clients during very delicate negotiations where time is of the essence are table stakes for the amount of money being spent on this service.

I've hired previous Attorney on my divorce case and wasn't working on my behave. A friend recommended Brad Frakes, and I am very pleased with how Mr. Frakes handle my divorce. He and his Paralegal Tara worked very hard in a short period of time in making sure everything was in my best interest.
