I wish I would have known about Channing years ago when I started the divorce and custody process! She would have saved me a lot of time, money, and heartache. She is so down to earth and easy to talk to. The attorney I had used in the past for our divorce and custody agreements, always stated that terminating my children’s fathers rights could "never be done" and that it "would be nearly impossible" and "wouldn't be worth our money because we wouldn't win"! She never once acted like this would be difficult for her. She knew exactly our plan of action and got the results that my family deserved. I hired Snyder to represent me. He gladly took my retainer. Then a few days passed and he filed a 'conflict of interest' with the court and withdrew. Naturally being a man of his character he kept my retainer. No big deal if you have money to throw away. Snyder's response is a total lie. He must have me confused with another client that he may have shafted also.. Snyder requested a $1500 retainer from me after the end of our consultation. He should had ran a 'conflict of interest as most if not all reputable law companies do before taking a person's money. After all he had just recently represented her. Is his recent memory to be questioned? Snyder did a great job muddying up the water with al that legal jargon of a reply. Facts are facts. He took my $1500 knowing good and well there was a conflict of interest. And unknowing to me submitted papers to the court to withdraw (without my knowledge) . Oh, that refund he boasts about? I think I got like $20.00+_ dollars out of my $1500.00 dollar retainer. Choose your lawyers wisly.

I have personally used Damon for a legal name change and currently using him for an eviction. Hopefully this is my last legal matter, but if not I know Damon has my back! You never get everything you want in a divorce but he never lost track of what I thought were the most important things. My experience was with Damon Wooten. I'm not going to go into detail. Long story short, he had a professional business relationship with the opposing parties private investigator. In court during a recess when he noticed my wife with the private investigator Kim Litton, he got noticeably uncomfortable. Continue to tell me that it would not interfere or be a problem with my case. He then proceeded to charge me another $3,600 and quit on me a week before court. The moment he found out that the opposing party had somebody involved that he has a business relationship with, he should have quit immediately and given me my money back. I think the problem was that he was going on a vacation out of the country and needed the money. He never got the 3600 but he did take us for 2500.00. And not even me personally my poor grandmother who was trying to help me out. Needless to say I haven't seen my daughter in over a year now because of this. He did not want to present any of my evidence and he didn't even ask my wife not 1 question when she was on the stand. I was blown away considering how many violations of court orders she had. Also calling me during orders of protection and nobody did anything about it. I would never recommend Damon Wooten for anybody and I certainly hope his days of practicing law are short-lived. He doesn't have what it takes to be a lawyer. He scares too easily.

They helped me get my son approved for social security for him being way behind in many different areas of learning and it took a year but not because of burton mckinnish but because the social security office took forever but they kept in touch with me and answered any questions i had ata any time i had a great experience with them

First of all, I can't say enough nice things about Tegan. She was always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond when I had questions. Disability is a long process and I do believe they all worked very hard on my case, and I was very happy with the end result. I would've given 5 stars, but there were a few times when some of the staff made me feel like I was bothering them or wasting their time, but it was only a few times and they may have just been very busy during those times. That's really the only complaint. I appreciate all they've done for me, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone applying for disability benefits.

Would not recommend. Zero stars. Does not care about conflict of interest or slandering former clients when they don't do what she wants, she tries to bully them into it. She looks very unprofessional and is always fumbling in the court room and tripping over her words. 1 star is very generous, seeing as how she will play both sides and milk money from both parties. She even tried to set up an illegal meeting on a Saturday without the other parties attorney present. Very unethical and has no shame.

Ms. Bryant took the time to help me about a slum lord. Mind you, the time was about an hour and a half. I bought a trailer from a man on his property on Rocky Rd. Liberty. He has about 5 more trailers. I played $275 toward the trailer and $150 lot rent. I lived there over 3 years so happy to be living in the country. I made the trailer and land like my home. Once I payed the trailer off my happy country life changed..The slum lord doubled my lot rent and he did other things to try to make me leave that I'd rather not mention on this platform. The main thing is about a great attorney that took so much time to write out a countersuit for me. After she new who the guy was ( who is known for this in this county) and I was a vet on a fixed income. She charged me nothing. I mean not a dime. It meant so much to me for her to do that. I guarantee you no other attorney would take time to do that except Ms. Bryant. By the way. If she runs for judge. She'll win and have my vote.

I got the courage to leave my abusive ex, went to Mingy with my entire case. She heard my whole side and hired my now ex husband because he had money in hand. I went on to win my complete case, everything I asked for was granted to me, including my divorce. Now I have an order of protection against my ex husband, and he is wanted for homicidal intent against me and my children. So hope that cash in had was worth the conflict of interest Mingy!

I don't even know where to begin to say how thankful I am of this law firm. I contacted them over a custody situation. I met with Lindsey and explained to her, she asked questions and drew up the papers, only after going over them to make sure everything was correct did she file with the court, she never once told me things I wanted to hear, she always told me the truth even though I might not have wanted to hear it but it sure helped me to go into court with an understanding of what could or could not happen. We went to court 3 times and Lindsey was very professional and had everything together to present our case, she knows her stuff, she worked along side Amanda and they decided what was best for the case and not. We won our case all 3 times due to their diligence in wanting what was best for the children involved. I highly recommend this law firm, everyone there is respectful and nice and let me tell you Lindsey had to talk me down a few times and she did very respectfully. So happy Hunter represented my family in a custody case that pretty much had been dragging on/off for 3 years. Three attorneys later and I finally didn’t feel like my money had been wasted! Although my case was complicated and during covid, Hunter still was able to get me the most favorable outcome in mediation! I greatly appreciated Miranda, who was always quick to email or call back with any and everything. I personally haven’t experienced such responsiveness when it comes to attorneys and their offices.
