Very professional. Came to this lawferm during a rough divorce. The first senior lawyer I talked to was very kind and understand. He actually passed me on to a junior lawyer to save me money. This proved to be a great choice. They asked for about $4500 up front to tap into as they work your case. Was pleased with my representation and would recommend to others.

Michael has worked for me on a custody battle in the past as well as on a criminal case in the past and is currently working a tenant landlord case. One cannot put a price on a piece of mind, something I felt from very 1st consultation. Never did I question his integrity or knowledge. To me he brings to life the term "to show up and show out." My favorite line when promoting him to someone I know seeking legal aid "once you retain him you know he is in your corner because you talk to him often not an assistant or a voicemail or just emails" Michael has answered the phone for me at 3 a.m. and has talked me through what could have turned into a panic attack. He is very capable of explaining all the legal terms and has never made me feel that my questions or concerns were ignorant. With all of this being said he is affordable and was happy to accept my payments I reccomend him to anyone seeking legal aid

Mr. Mora and Mrs. Amanda were excellent with the handling of the case. They were so comforting, very attentive, and were so attentive to every aspect. I cannot stress how much knowledge mr. I got James as my attorney after my final agreement had been signed. James had to fight to get the final agreement changed because I would have been paying her bills for the rest of her life. He worked with me when my money ran out and trusted I would pay him later. He discounted my fees because he knew I had been taken advantage of. He gave me other legal advice not related to divorce. When you are with James you really feel like he is on your side and not just trying to close a deal. The only problem is he is so good that he stays busy a lot. Do yourself a favor if you need a divorce attorney. Hire James.

Today is one of the best days of our family's lives. Let me start by saying, Jason was hired one week before trial for my sister's CPS case, she was facing termination of rights over her 3 year old daughter. Jason came in with a bang, He stood out the very first day of trial. He took what he had and ran with it. He is very knowledgeable and he is a genuine person. He was always so attentive to our needs, answered all calls, and even met with our family after hours to accommodate us. I put my faith in Jason and he executed in court and outside court. Because of him we won our case, my sister gets a chance and her rights were not taken, in fact, he also helped and assisted another attorney to grant full custody rights over my niece. Cook and cook was great! They helped me get through the divorce process from beginning to end. I asked a lot of questions and they answered all my questions in a timely manner. Even when the courts took to long they took there time to explain everything in detail. Also when it came to writing the decree whatever needed to be changed or updated was done in a timely manner. Justin Cook helped with a difficult multi-state case involving CA and TX with jurisdiction confusion spanning over a couple years. I needed a lawyer halfway across the country in a big hurry. My wife took my 2yr old daughter when I was granted with full custody from WV. Texas has special laws that make it complicated to legally remove a child from the state. My wife also used false claims with zero evidence to successfully get a protective order against me from Texas while I was in WV wondering where my daughter was. It was an extremely traumatizing experience for myself being treated like a criminal without a hearing or a single piece of evidence. I found Justin Cook and he had the best reviews around. Justin was able to understand what was going on and he took charge and got my daughter for me a lot quicker than I thought. He had to jump through some hoops to get it done but he's more than competent from my experience. I can't thank Justin enough, I highly recommend him. Alisha thanks you too Justin! God bless!

Honestly this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Truly after one thing money. When I called initially I was told one price which I get it fluctuates but to receive an extra $1,600 bill on top with not even a hey your divorce has been completed. This process has been going on since 12/2/20 I still don’t even get a response weather my divorce has been finalized. Upon the receipt of the bill I was told to contact before a certain day which I did. Multiple emails and calls to the office I just get a “they will call you back”. I don’t know what to do anymore , or how else to reach someone there. I understand that my case isn’t important but I mean Im still paying for a service with no status. Alex Salazar is a good guy but honestly communication is really bad, seems like my case gets pushed to the side and worked on when it’s convenient to them. His paralegal Stacy completely horrible at communicating. Will not return emails nor phone calls. I know nobody will look at this but I just want to share my experience. Hopefully this could help others.

I just went through a very difficult and lengthy legal battle and very very fortunate to have Alex Salazar and his assistant Stacy from the Benke Law firm as my Legal team. Alex inherited my account from another attorney, but jumped right in, was very patient with me and financially very fair with me taking the time to learn my case. It has been a lengthy case but he was stellar and helping resolve most of it out of court and minimize the time in front of a judge, and saved me a lot of time in quite a bit of money! Called explained my case. Open and shut with breach of contract by lease agreement. Lady who i was speaking was completely negative saying we don't take cases like this can't help you. Must pay 750, and not sure if we can recover it in judgment. Completely negative. Wouldn't want them representing me in court.

James Meyrat was very professional and courteous handling a family matter for me. My wife’s attorney pulled the wool over my eyes and talked me in to signing a document I didn’t fully understand. James was able to file an appeal and have the document reversed on my behalf. I highly recommend his services to anyone going through separation or divorce. Hire an attorney before hand. Don’t sign anything you don’t fully understand!
