Today is one of the best days of our family's lives. Let me start by saying, Jason was hired one week before trial for my sister's CPS case, she was facing termination of rights over her 3 year old daughter. Jason came in with a bang, He stood out the very first day of trial. He took what he had and ran with it. He is very knowledgeable and he is a genuine person. Called explained my case. Open and shut with breach of contract by lease agreement. Lady who i was speaking was completely negative saying we don't take cases like this can't help you. Must pay 750, and not sure if we can recover it in judgment. Completely negative. Wouldn't want them representing me in court.

They lied to me about a Motion they claimed to have filed with the court, but had not. I am contemplating whether to sue them for malpractice. I didn't know they had cheated me until my other lawyer, from a different firm, looked into it and the court informed her they had never recieved the Motion. Justin Niedens informed me on multiple occassions that he had filled it, and I was counting on it being filled. I guess he thought I was too dumb to double check.

These people dont care about your case, they just want you to pay the retainer, and as soon as they do they just stop communicating with you. I cant even get my attorney to respond to my emails, only the paralegal, and it take two weeks for the paralegal to get back with me.
