They lied to me about a Motion they claimed to have filed with the court, but had not. I am contemplating whether to sue them for malpractice. I didn't know they had cheated me until my other lawyer, from a different firm, looked into it and the court informed her they had never recieved the Motion. Justin Niedens informed me on multiple occassions that he had filled it, and I was counting on it being filled. I guess he thought I was too dumb to double check.

I had a child support issues, a few tickets and I felt defeated. Ms. Roberson took the time to explain what was going on and make sure there was a game plan. I had the worst experience with this law firm. They are responsive but don’t tell you your being charged for the slightest thing. Example, email response as simple as a question, I was charged the hourly rate of almost $50. Be ready spend mad money. I dropped Mrs. Roberson because my bill was close to $5000 and nothing had been done. (edited today after I posted earlier) And now I get a phone call from the head partner, am I getting charged for that too.? Ain’t funny when you have nothing to lose and a weight is lifted.
