I truly appreciate all the help Scott Morgan provided to me as my divorce attorney. The outcome of my case was very favorable for me, both from financial and children custody standpoint. Randy absolutely has experience in this field, but in my experience this made it difficult to customize my needs, and what worked for my actual life. He presented orders that seemed very generic, and after explaining my needs a few times, we were able to get an order that got me most of what I want and need, but I do feel like it took extra time, money, and lots of communication to get there, even after providing word documents expressing my needs or requests. When I did question my first invoice (asking for an itemized copy) and showed frustration in the process/my orders, he immediately offered to remove himself as my representation. It felt as if he’s done this for so long, and is part of his every day life, he forgot it’s not part of mine. My personal opinion, is that he is good at what he does, seeing him in court was impressive! But, it does seem difficult to get something more custom, and the communication (in my experience) with him and his staff is not their strength.

Mr. Crain is the best at what he does, Period! I hired Ken for his services a few months back for an invalid license charge that Williamson County was kind enough to gift me with. Unbeknownst to me I had missed a Texas surcharge payment and my license was (in)conveniently suspended under the Texas surcharge rules, or "law." Mr. Crain was not only kind to my pocket book, but he was my divine advocate. Ken, with his many years of knowledge and expertise was extremely professional, impressively knows everyone in the entire courthouse, and was able to get all charges that the county had brought against me 100% dismissed. In the future, if I am ever in need of legal council I will always turn to Ken Crain as he has never let me down. In mid August, I was surprisingly informed that I was in need of an attorney due to a legal matter that I was unaware of. I researched on line for the best possible attorney for my situation; Ken Crain appeared to be best suited to handle the case. He was direct and upfront from the beginning to the end. Sometimes people encounter a situation that they do not how to address. In my opinion, the best idea is to contact an attorney that has expertise in the area for assistance. Ken Crain is a no nonsense type of lawyer. He is upfront about the situation, ways he can assist you, what to expect throughout the process, and suggestions for how to avoid similar problems in the future. Throughout my case, Mr. Crain made continuous contact to update me on his progress; and when a resolution was obtained, he sent me all of the documents to review, made sure I was content with the resolution, and made himself available to discuss any questions and concerns I had. For many families, including mine, money is a huge factor in hiring legal council. Spending money for legal services when you are uncertain about the full details of the situation you are in or all of the variables that factor into the possible outcomes can be very intimidating. It has been my experience however, that Ken Crain is a man who will get the job done. His work on my case saved my family thousands of dollars. He is an attorney that you can trust, and he will deliver.

After a miscommunication with my wife and a change of address, we ended up with some very large fines from using TxTag toll roads. The TxTag people were unwilling to negotiate with me directly, so I contacted Mr. Crain who said he believed he could help us negotiate a fair settlement. He was professional and stayed in contact with me throughout the process, and was successful in finding an affordable settlement with the option of monthly payments. He was up-front about his flat rate fee and never asked for any additional fees. I would recommend talking to Mr. Crain if you are faced with overwhelming toll fees in Central Texas.

Mr. Williamson helped me get my divorced finalized in 2019 and was up front about everything I had completed confidence in his representation. Since then I moved back to California and had questions about going back to court for re-adjusting support and Mr. Williamson answered all my questions I had on which route to take and how to go about it. I am more than satisfied with his representation and the fact that he still cared and answered questions 2 years after my divorced was finalized says a lot! Initially, I was skeptical about hiring a lawyer. I wasn’t sure if I even needed one. I’d met with a fairly high number of “lawyers” beforehand, and I was on the verge of simply saying “screw it, I’ll do it myself”, when I decided to give it one last go. That mindset instantly changed when I walked into Mr. Williamson’s office. I was greeted by his wife, and waited less than a minute to speak with him at the consultation. He was helpful, clear, and concise, going as far as giving me helpful advice, even though I’d already shared that I wasn’t sure if I could afford a lawyer or not at the time. Well, I eventually did end up hiring him, and I haven’t regret it in the least bit. He’s stayed reliable throughout the court process. He’s always been either a message or phone call away. I finally feel content and fear-free, and that’s saying a whole lot, considering what I’ve gone through within the entirety of this court battle. I feel as if a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders, and I no longer feel helpless. He and his wife seem to be one of the very few legal teams that seem to actually care about their clients wellbeing. Thank God we found them when we did.

GO WITH BRETT!! Seriously. 5 reasons as to why you need to go with Brett Pritchard. 1. He takes CPS cases ALL OVER Texas. I’m located in ATX & had NO issues. 2. His staff is phenomenal & made me feel at ease as soon as I called. CPS cases can be immensely strenuous & overwhelming. Brett’s staff were not only extremely sweet & informative but on top everything regarding my situation.. if not that day, the following next day. 3. Brett took the time to ZOOM me since distance was a major issue. 4. He was upfront & straight forward about what needed to be done and informed me on everything he was going to do involving my CPS case. 5. The whole process took not even 2 days, him and I were speaking virtually by the middle of the 3rd day. Case closed and dismissed. Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else. Trust me.

If I can give this law firm 0 stars, I would. I am utterly disgusted with this law firm. I typically never leave reviews for anything, but this law firm is nothing but a scam. I paid upfront 5,000 for a simple child support/ custody dispute. I can just say, Brett Pritchard and Brent, did absolutely nothing for my case but charge me an arm and leg. Before finding a different lawyer, I have paid triple over the original balance for a temporary order that even the judge questioned what was my attorney expecting. A year goes by with this firm, and my son was about to be taken away from his mother from CPS and yet they still couldn't read up on my case. When the CPS court arrived, my attorney was ill-prepared and even made the excuse he didn't know about the case until the day prior!!! Mind you, I was aware about the court hearing a week prior along with the paralegal, CPS workers, and opposing counsel. This law firm almost made me lose my son to the system if it wasn't for CPS lawyers who was able to put my son into my custody. However, prior to this, my attorney canceled my final hearing 3 times before CPS got involved. Which one, he canceled because of "scheduling conflictions," but when I confronted Brett about it, he said "he was on vacation." THEY CANT EVEN KEEP UP WITH EACH OTHERS LIES. I am filing for a grievance to the board, because a firm who doesn't represent their clients to the best of their ability, or even have the DECENCY to look over a case, then they shouldn't be practicing. And going to find a way to make this law firm black listed for military members. I never want another soldier to go through a scam law firm as I did.

Came here for a child custody/divorce case. Total price I paid, $11,144.75. What did I get from the judge. Expanded standard possession with no child support. I'm the father so of course I lost. No geo restriction on the mother. How much of this was negotiated by my lawyer or the judge. ZERO. No child support was agreed to far in advance of this case. The expanded possession order actually took time away from me. So to me the value was pretty poor. Now, what did I get from the law firm, I got told to do mediation, a $1,400 bill by the way, the mediator didn't mediate, he stirred the pot. Walked out of it with nothing more that what was negotiated without lawyers. I also showed up an hour late to mediation because I was assured that the appointment was virtual. This sort of disorganization continued throughout the case. My lawyer forgot it was a divorce case at one point, never mentioned a word in court about me actually raising my son for the first 2 and half out of his now 3 and half years of age, to the judge. A good many questions I had were also answered in a way that I guess the lawyer thought what I wanted to hear, but then when it came time to actually apply the law it was the exact opposite. So quality is pretty poor as well. My final bill that I just paid was mostly for messages that I asked about enforcement because my ex-wife had already begun violating the order. They charged me an extra $2,000 for that. If you want real legal representation, save your money and hire a lawyer outside of Killeen.

My divorce/child support case was complicated. I spoke with half a dozen attorneys prior to speaking with Janice. None of the attorneys I spoke with were confident in how to proceed with my case. A few said they'd research it and get back with me (they didn't get back with me) and some just honestly said they had no idea how to handle this case. From the first time I spoke with Janice she was confident in how to proceed - she told me exactly what she would do and she did it. She researched case law for my particular situation and was very prepared in court. And 8 months later - our case is complete and we were awarded everything we asked for. Janice and her team were professional, they did not over promise anything. She is direct and to the point and was always available when I had questions. I hope to never have to use her services again, but I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing legal services for any family law situations.

We needed a fighter, and Bryan put on his boxing gloves for us and won our match. It was scary for our family as my grandson was taken by his other grandmother who took him out of school for the week and then took him to Corpus from the Austin area. We had to track her down, drive to Corpus and get him back. While my husband and daughter were on their drive, Cassie and I were in constant text - We were all on a mission to get that boy in his momma's arms again. Bryan filed restraining orders and writs and all of the above to make this happen. This was a long and hard case, but we had the Final Virtual Hearing today and he brought my family justice.. My daughter now has Sole Custody of her boy and I am quite proud of her and the outcome of this matter. I pray nobody has to go through what we did, but if you do - I assure you want Bryan in your corner.. I couldn't ask for a better representative for my family and thank you just is not enough words..
