I dismissed by agreement my 1st attorney who was a family friend because he was not brazen enough to stand up for my rights as a father and more importantly what needed to be done to protect my son from his own narcissistic psycho mother, step sister and her parents. I have been through hell and back defending against serious false criminal allegations. I thought you protect your children by monitoring their social media. My advice now, stay out of your step daughter's phone because when you catch her committing a criminal act and cheating on her boyfriend she will burn you to the ground with heinous lies. Secondly as in my case do not run a business with a woman like I married you may find out like I did that she is embezzling the payroll tax money for her own piggy bank and planning to send you off to prison to cover up her crimes while she is enjoying an affair with your son's baseball coach. There are thousands of attorneys to choose from but you need a professional like Dennis Slate. If you want an attorney who will do what is in the best interest of your child and make sure you are not jerked around by the opposing counsel then hire Dennis Slate! Dennis and his firm are the team you need. Their are no words sufficient enough to express my deep gratitude of how Dennis used documented evidence and his skill to finally return my son to me. Dennis also has a paralegal Ryann and she is a very skilled intricate part of the Slate team! Mr. Schmitz is a fantastic attorney. I contacted his office to handle my high conflict case after hiring four other attorneys. My case was very messed up, and it was highly stressful. I was delighted with the results I got in the trial. Mr. Schmitz is very knowledgeable about family law. He taught me a lot as well; I will be graduating next week in paralegal studies. He returns phone calls and emails quickly. He is personable and helped me to calm down. Mr. Schmitz restored my faith in attorneys. His paralegal, Molly, is terrific as well. He is more expensive than other attorneys, but well worth it. Do not waste money on other attorneys.

Excellent attorney. I’ve had him on retainer for the better part of 5 years. 2 modifications and one contempt hearing, and we haven’t lost yet. He is very knowledgeable, not only of what is possible but of the judges and other attorneys that he has faced over the years. I appreciate that he is not a tell you what you want to hear attorney, but will tell you the truth, and this is what you need. When our trial came up each time he was fully invested into it and came well prepared. He is efficient with time and is not going to waste your money. I was represented Pro Bono by this law firm. I quickly realized the lack of care within their representation. I was lied to and manipulated into signing documents in order to keep my case at low cost. When I called to question the process, I was ignored. I called back several times and finally heard back from Mr. Enos. I broke down in tears asking for answers. Mr. Enos replied, "Take your crazy self somewhere else." He used personal information to insult me when I questioned his firm. He is fully aware that I was diagnosed with PTSD from all of the abuse in my marriage. Not going to court caused irreparable damage to my family as I was never given the chance to speak with a judge about the abuse within my marriage. I was told to sign documents with promises of an eventual court date but the firm stopped returning my calls once I signed the papers. He is probably a good lawyer when he wants to be but for my case he was negligent and corrupt.

I wish I'd done my divorce myself. They didn't return phone calls and didn't do what they said they would do in a timely manner. Overall they are pleasant to deal with. They said I would be charged a flat fee for my uncontested divorce, but turned around and charged me an extra $1000. I have heard other attorneys are much worse. Just a rip off. I guess this is par for the course with attorneys. I feel ripped off and just overall betrayed at a time of emotional strain and upheaval in my life.

I hired Robertson through Google reviews but unfortunately I found him the worst one, who just work for only money , rude and what he says nothing can do. when I went to him he showed positive result but can’t cancel the restraining order at all. Withdraw case without communicating the client. I would never ever recommend him for anyone who wants to waste their money please Go then, non- cooperative at all.

Mr Robertson is the best lawyer I ever met. I don't think words can describe how much he helped me as I went thru my divorce. He has years of experience in family law and has served as a judge in family court as well. He knows and understands the judges are and what they consider important in family trials. He was always fair and honest and up front with me about all costs and the time for events to happen. In addition, he never told me what to do, he just gave me constant good advice about what my next step could be and then he let me choose. He always answered my questions and let me know what to expect at all times. So far,as of yet, they have responded to me in a timely manner just let Meshalle and Alphonsus do their work .Alphonsus was a genuine person also listened to my WHOLE STORY completely and was real to some one like me ,i got an antennae for BS and Alphonsus was genuine not fake with me. My wife hired Mr. Delaney to assist in a child custody case regarding our nephew were as we spent almost five thousand dollars for his services for what he assured us was a "slam dunk" the day of court came and he was depending on the respondent not to show up and had NOT built a case even with being provided AMPLE evidence to do so. Upon telling Mr Delaney we could no longer afford his services that seemingly were for nothing anyways instead of filing to dismiss himself as counsel we learned he filed to dismiss the WHOLE case. I would NOT recommend. If you are looking for. A lawyer to FIGHT for you and your family members I highly suggest you look into a different lawyer. Not only is he unprepared and unprofessional he is very unresponsive. Edit: edit to add I had given the lawyer 5 thousand dollars already and in no way was I expecting him to "work for free" I expected him to do his job. No one told you they didn't want to continue we told you we didn't want to continue with YOU as counsel. AGAIN steer clear of this man. Suffice to say he can't even take responsibility for not doing his job that he was PAID for.

Secured Mr. Reiner's services to send a demand letter and negotiate terms of a settlement with my previous landlord. Successful conclusion after many many dozens of emails back and forth. Mr. Reiner was professional, a good legal writer, and was quick to respond to my emails, answer my questions, return my phone calls, and work on my case in general. He did a lot of work for the money I paid him, considering how long the negotiations dragged on. Almost took away 1 star just due to his advice being slanted at times towards ending the negotiations quickly rather than seeking the absolute best outcome for me, but I honestly can't blame him too much because, as I said, the negotiations dragged on for awhile. Thanks for the help!
