If I could I wouldn't leave a star, I didn't even get to speak to a lawyer the customer service is horrible the phone was answered by a simple "hello" no law firm name no how can I help you, I asked to speak to a lawyer and she said that no one is in the office and when I asked her when can I talk to one she says I don't know when they will be in, she didn't ask for my name, a number they can call back on. After an awkward moment of silence of my waiting for her to ask for my details or for her to speak I hanged up! This is not a law firm because a professional business will at least hire someone with good customer service. Update: Please see response of the owner just to see the professionalism, take ownership for the mistake of your staff, this is not a connection issue as I was calling from the United States and your assumption that I am calling from Russia is just off putting and just weird to even assume that from a written review (FYI I am Canadian in case you want to make another assumption) I did find a good law firm with staff that knew how to answer the phone, announce the law firm's name when answering the phone and actually take my information for a callback.

One of the few honest lawyers around {ha ha I know it sounds like an oxymoron ;-), but it is true, in my opinion}. She tells you as is, the real facts, without sugar coating anything, that is what I like about her. I had engaged Nancy for my Divorce proceedings and believe me; it was well worth it. She looks out for you, and only you, her "Client". I recently called her up to get some guidance and advice with regards to ceasing child support payments. She promptly answered my phone call and gave me a detailed explanation as to what I would need to do. She could have very well ignored my call and asked her assistant to call me and set up a formal appointment with underlying fees etc., but she did not do that, because I feel she values her former clients. Frankly I was shocked!! to see some reviewers giving her only one star!!, well as they say there are 2 sides to a coin, I am pretty sure Nancy’s side is the right one. P.S. She is sharp as tack and has good diction and vocabulary. I enjoy my conversations with her. A true hard working, professional in her field, on whom you can rely on.

I scheduled an appointment online, and NO ONE was available. The secretary was extremely condescending. I took out time from my schedule, and I was told that someone would contact me soon. When I asked for clarification on "soon", the secretary said that sometimes lawyers go a little longer depending on what they're working on. Okay, so what I got in the free 30 minute consult was 30 minutes of being condescended upon, leaving a voicemail, and filling out a questionnaire. No thanks! If they are this unresponsive and unprofessional, just think what you'll have to go through after you've sunk thousands of dollars into this sham of a business! I don't know who put up those rave reviews, but they can have it.

Where do the 5star reviews come from? General lack of concern. I hired Ms. Dale to represent me, but she failed to appear at the essential divorce mediation. She sent her partner instead. Major issues were apathetically overlooked, ignored and negotiated. My representation and outcome went extremely poorly and did not meet my expectations.
