Poor handling of my sister’s divorce & child custody. Overly charged for repeating work and useless pleadings. Still got no result with a big payment.

I trusted her for my divorce, child support & custody but I was harshly abused by her. She has been taking money from me for 2.3 years & withdrew as council after my case got dismissed due to her negligence. She was always late on hearings, mediation & filings. I had to find a new attorney after wasting 25K & 2.3 years of my life.

I had the lovely pleasure of consulting with Erin Allen. Erin provided excellent feedback regarding my multiple inquiries. My case is rather complex and complicated. And Erin was able to break it all down into simple, manageable steps for me. She was extremely professional and courteous. She went above and beyond. My allotted time was 30 minutes but due to the complexity of my case, she spent a full hour with me. What struck me the most was not just her clear understanding of the law, but her warmth, empathy and genuine compassion towards me; something not very common in my experience with attorneys. She was very professional but more importantly, she was real and genuine. I felt an immediate comfort level with her due to her exceptional skills building rapport quickly. Five stars aren't enough. After a few questions about our billing, accountant Victoria Zuniga, went above and beyond to help us understand our billing account and what the bills related to. Her customer service was excellent and sets an example for the rest of those that work at the firm, as to how you treat a valued client. Her work and the time that she took to spend with us and make sure that we understood everything and were satisfied, was exemplary. She is a shining example of someone who cares about her clients and goes the extra mile to be sure that they are informed and satisfied, as well as educated on the process. She helped us through any questions and satisfied and answered each one patiently and thoroughly. She sets the standard for what outstanding customer service is.

Travis Eaton is an excellent attorney. I was referred to Travis by a friend when my son was looking to hire an attorney to obtain custody of his daughter. I don't usually do reviews unless it is truly warranted and deserved. Quite honestly, I found Mr. Eaton on google, made some 3rd party inquiries, and ultimately decided on his law firm. It was a divorce matter with some complex child custody issues. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. It was a very stressful time for myself and i just wanted to give in to the other party. I'm grateful that Mr. Eaton kept me on track, focused on my parental rights, and achieved an ideal outcome. Highly recommend. The reviews of Mr. Eaton are accurate - the positive ones at least. We never know what we don't know but i can personally say that i would choose Mr. Eaton again and would recommend him to anyone.

I found Lisa a year ago to assist me in getting a divorce. She was professional from the get go. I wanted a female Attorney specifically so she could understand my emotions throughout the whole experience, and help me cope when I didn’t know how to deal with certain aspects of a divorce. Her and her team were BEYOND responsive to any emails and phone calls I made. My case was a hard one and she was there throughout the whole thing. Despite the hardships, she remained professional and did everything she could to assist in getting everything I needed done. She is very knowledgeable and knows when it is appropriate to ask for more, or to stop and just do what we can for that day. It was a tough experience, but her firm made it as painless as they could. I will forever be appreciative for all she has done for me! Recommend her 10/10

My experience with Lisa began October of last year with filing for divorce. She is very professional, knowledgeable, supportive and personable. I was kept well informed of all pertinent court dates. All the issues and different situations that arose throughout my divorce were always addressed with care as well. It took almost a year to have my divorce finalized due to various circumstances, but Lisa did everything necessary on my behalf to get us there. I would certainly retain Lisa for legal representation in the future if ever needed.

Ms. ESSEX is beyond an amazing attorney!! She is very easy to communicate with and very responsive! Her entire staff was responsive and kind through this very difficult process. She will always speak truth and is very knowledgeable in her field! I would not use anyone but her ever! She cares about my case and my children and took it very serious! She fought for me and my children’s rights and was able to get the case resolved quickly considering the complexity of the case. If you want your divorce attorney to demean you, advise that you obtain mental health counseling, and waste your money then this is the lawyer for you! She is the absolute worst lawyer I have ever encountered, and I used to be a paralegal so that’s saying a lot. She is overly due for retirement.
