I am thoroughly satisfied with the speed and effectiveness with which Raya Jackson has work at that has turned the tables in my cases' favor. In addition, I was called to the carpet by her at first introduction an honest assessment she gave in her wisdom and professionalism with regard to my personal responsibility to my children's child support payments and have found it necessary to let go of my personal feelings of state-sponsored kidnapping and ransom holding of my children by the other party. I am so grateful and I sleep much better now that I have removed myself out of the way of the restoration of my children's birthright and began again to pay my back child support. Absolutely best treatment ever. I had no idea what I was doing and Brian Walters and Raya Jackson, who are angels, walked me through the steps to get the best deal from my divorce manageable. There were a few hiccups in the end about some of my issues because of my income amount not being properly reflected due to investments, but they were very willing to work with me in regards to price which took a lot of the pressure off. I hired Mary Ramos for my divorce matter and came back to her for my child support matter. Great attorney. Very knowledgeable in family law. She knows how to handle difficult opposing sides. The mother of my children was not an easy person to deal with, but Mary knew exactly how to work around her attitude. She is definitely an attorney who cares about father's rights. I will always recommend her to everyone I know who needs help with family law matters. Thankfully I have my kids living with me and I get to be such a hands on dad because of her. Since my case has been completed, I hear she's become board certified and won a few awards. Late congrats to her on her success. Mary is one of the absolute best family lawyers in Houston. I retained her services for a very nasty custody modification my child's father brought against me that had mountains of allegations and spanned nearly five years. She was my fourth attorney on this ugly case. She is very smart and knows the law. She was able to quickly see issues and apply law where three previous attorneys had overlooked. She is direct and tells her clients what they need know, even if they don't agree (and you really need this). She devised a trial strategy that I initially didn't agree with, but we prevailed thanks to her experience and guidance. Her staff is incredible. They are very well organized and very responsive, ensuring that we followed all court rules in a timely manner and that our trial exhibits and support were ready. I was facing what every other super lawyer in Houston had told me was an impossible case to win, but Mary pulled me through. I owe her and her firm everything. She really is the best of the best.

Travis Eaton is an excellent attorney. I was referred to Travis by a friend when my son was looking to hire an attorney to obtain custody of his daughter. I don't usually do reviews unless it is truly warranted and deserved. Quite honestly, I found Mr. Eaton on google, made some 3rd party inquiries, and ultimately decided on his law firm. It was a divorce matter with some complex child custody issues. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. It was a very stressful time for myself and i just wanted to give in to the other party. I'm grateful that Mr. Eaton kept me on track, focused on my parental rights, and achieved an ideal outcome. Highly recommend. The reviews of Mr. Eaton are accurate - the positive ones at least. We never know what we don't know but i can personally say that i would choose Mr. Eaton again and would recommend him to anyone.

I went in for just a modification of my child support and my Ex hired a lawyer to fight for half of the equity on a house we both owned. Nora Law handled my case professionally. They are compassionate, experienced and firm. With them, you never feel alone. Michelle Schmidt is a very empathetic person who is very understanding about the plight of domestic violence and different types of abuses. Her husband is a very experienced and knowledgeable attorney who knows the different facets of their practices. Their staff are also a great team of understanding people who work with their clients to get you the best results. Back in 2018 they worked on my mother's divorce and custody case. In my view, my mother's triumphant result was because of their skills as a duo of competent lawyers who care about their clients. We do not regret hiring this group.

My Husband went in for a consultation and he said she was AMAZING! We are looking in to relinquish/adoption and she was very informative. We couldn’t believe the consultation was free. High level review (5 star+) I worked with Michelle and her team (Vernice and Julie). I am extremely satisfied with the legal service and the entire process. I got all I want including custody as a father with a reasonable cost and time. Detailed review I have never thought about a divorce in my life. My wife hired Mr. Delaney to assist in a child custody case regarding our nephew were as we spent almost five thousand dollars for his services for what he assured us was a "slam dunk" the day of court came and he was depending on the respondent not to show up and had NOT built a case even with being provided AMPLE evidence to do so. Upon telling Mr Delaney we could no longer afford his services that seemingly were for nothing anyways instead of filing to dismiss himself as counsel we learned he filed to dismiss the WHOLE case. I would NOT recommend. If you are looking for. A lawyer to FIGHT for you and your family members I highly suggest you look into a different lawyer. Not only is he unprepared and unprofessional he is very unresponsive. Edit: edit to add I had given the lawyer 5 thousand dollars already and in no way was I expecting him to "work for free" I expected him to do his job. No one told you they didn't want to continue we told you we didn't want to continue with YOU as counsel. AGAIN steer clear of this man. Suffice to say he can't even take responsibility for not doing his job that he was PAID for.

Getting a divorce was nothing I wished for. It is a time of confusion, despair and worry. Tina and staff were so amazing during every process. Any questions I had, Tina answered immediately. This is VERY valuable to a person who ask a lot of questions and is also very inpatient.
