Secured Mr. Reiner's services to send a demand letter and negotiate terms of a settlement with my previous landlord. Successful conclusion after many many dozens of emails back and forth. My wife hired Mr. Delaney to assist in a child custody case regarding our nephew were as we spent almost five thousand dollars for his services for what he assured us was a "slam dunk" the day of court came and he was depending on the respondent not to show up and had NOT built a case even with being provided AMPLE evidence to do so. Upon telling Mr Delaney we could no longer afford his services that seemingly were for nothing anyways instead of filing to dismiss himself as counsel we learned he filed to dismiss the WHOLE case.
