And Erin was able to break it all down into simple, manageable steps for me. She was extremely professional and courteous. She went above and beyond. My allotted time was 30 minutes but due to the complexity of my case, she spent a full hour with me. What struck me the most was not just her clear understanding of the law, but her warmth, empathy and genuine compassion towards me; something not very common in my experience with attorneys. After a few questions about our billing, accountant Victoria Zuniga, went above and beyond to help us understand our billing account and what the bills related to. Her customer service was excellent and sets an example for the rest of those that work at the firm, as to how you treat a valued client. My wife hired Mr. Delaney to assist in a child custody case regarding our nephew were as we spent almost five thousand dollars for his services for what he assured us was a "slam dunk" the day of court came and he was depending on the respondent not to show up and had NOT built a case even with being provided AMPLE evidence to do so. Upon telling Mr Delaney we could no longer afford his services that seemingly were for nothing anyways instead of filing to dismiss himself as counsel we learned he filed to dismiss the WHOLE case. I would NOT recommend. If you are looking for. A lawyer to FIGHT for you and your family members I highly suggest you look into a different lawyer. Not only is he unprepared and unprofessional he is very unresponsive. Edit: edit to add I had given the lawyer 5 thousand dollars already and in no way was I expecting him to "work for free" I expected him to do his job. No one told you they didn't want to continue we told you we didn't want to continue with YOU as counsel. AGAIN steer clear of this man. Suffice to say he can't even take responsibility for not doing his job that he was PAID for.

Getting a divorce was nothing I wished for. It is a time of confusion, despair and worry. Tina and staff were so amazing during every process. Any questions I had, Tina answered immediately. This is VERY valuable to a person who ask a lot of questions and is also very inpatient. Tina was wonderful during mediation and even when my divorce was over and I needed MORE help, she was just an email away. Tina truly was the most wonderful lawyer to work with. Matt and Tina were able to defend false allegations against me from my previous spouse which could have resulted in my children being taken away from me. Ed Davis made the divorce process extremely easy. You could file on your own, but why? Fill out the form on his site and he basically does the rest… a few months later- Boom! Divorce is final and you’re left wondering why you hadn’t called sooner. I’d definitely recommend him for your legal needs.

My personal experience with Mr Burwell was horrible. He didn’t do anything he said he would do. He waits till the last minute to prepare. He gets frustrated and agitated because he’s not prepared. He easily angers when you ask him questions he can’t answer. And when you point out his wrong doing, he will result to belittling you and hung up. DON’T TRUST HIM TO HANDLE YOUR LEGAL MATTERS. You will regret your decision if you do.

Ed is nothing more than a con artist... His hustle is to lure potential clients in with a sign on West Little York that says "cheap lawyer".. Once Ed gets your money, you will not hear from him again. I'm totally shocked that he hasn't been disbarred from practicing law. Just look at all the complaints that has been filed against him.. Not only does he not show up for court, he doesn't notify the client of their court date. I found out about my court date from my wife's attorney.

WORST ATTORNEY EVER. I hired Edward for months and really thought he was doing his job & cared about my case, but I was completely wrong. HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY & NOT CARE. After months having Edward has my attorney Mr. Edward withdrawal from my case out of nowhere. Thank God he did, because after he did, I got a way better attorney & they told me things that Edward never told me and brung up to the judge that would’ve helped my case a lot & made a difference. Worst communication ever. Never picked up calls or answered emails after a week or 2. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE EDWARD BURWELL AS YOUR ATTORNEY.

Like many of his clients, Mr. Robinowitz came highly recommended thru a mutual friend. I initially spoke with him over a year ago and was very impressed with his high morale code of ethics and genuine concerns for my well being. Unlike other attorneys that I've worked with in the past, he's just not about making a dollar at the expense of his client or their situation. If you want someone with integrity, honesty and overall level headedness, then this is the guy you need to consult with and hire. If you are looking for a great family lawyer, do yourself a favor and call Mr. Hart. (The first consultation was free) Mr. Hart showed me compassion and patience like no professional has ever done. He understands how difficult these matters can be and helped me push through when we were at a crossroad in making decisions. He explained everything in laymen terms and made sure I knew what I was signing. He is very detail oriented and organized. When it comes to pricing, he is certainly undercharging.
