My personal experience with Mr Burwell was horrible. He didn’t do anything he said he would do. He waits till the last minute to prepare. He gets frustrated and agitated because he’s not prepared. Once Ed gets your money, you will not hear from him again. I'm totally shocked that he hasn't been disbarred from practicing law. Just look at all the complaints that has been filed against him.. I retained her services for a very nasty custody modification my child's father brought against me that had mountains of allegations and spanned nearly five years. Secured Mr. Reiner's services to send a demand letter and negotiate terms of a settlement with my previous landlord. Successful conclusion after many many dozens of emails back and forth. Called about a minor legal issue. Eric picked up the phone and right away asked a few pertinent questions, then told me I did not yet need to retain the services of an attorney. I have been around long enough to know some attorneys will over-complicate an issue, ask for a sizable retainer, start by doing "research", then come to the conclusion nothing needs to be done- oh and by the way, the retainer was burned up doing research which was really just top-of-the-mind knowledge.
