Ed Davis made the divorce process extremely easy. You could file on your own, but why? Fill out the form on his site and he basically does the rest… a few months later- Boom! Divorce is final and you’re left wondering why you hadn’t called sooner. I’d definitely recommend him for your legal needs.

Called about a minor legal issue. Eric picked up the phone and right away asked a few pertinent questions, then told me I did not yet need to retain the services of an attorney. I have been around long enough to know some attorneys will over-complicate an issue, ask for a sizable retainer, start by doing "research", then come to the conclusion nothing needs to be done- oh and by the way, the retainer was burned up doing research which was really just top-of-the-mind knowledge. This attorney was very knowledgeable and direct. I highly recommend checking this firm out.

I don't usually do reviews unless it is truly warranted and deserved. Quite honestly, I found Mr. Eaton on google, made some 3rd party inquiries, and ultimately decided on his law firm. It was a divorce matter with some complex child custody issues. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. It was a very stressful time for myself and i just wanted to give in to the other party. I'm grateful that Mr. Eaton kept me on track, focused on my parental rights, and achieved an ideal outcome. Highly recommend. The reviews of Mr. Eaton are accurate - the positive ones at least. We never know what we don't know but i can personally say that i would choose Mr. Eaton again and would recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Schmitz is a fantastic attorney. I contacted his office to handle my high conflict case after hiring four other attorneys. My case was very messed up, and it was highly stressful. I was delighted with the results I got in the trial. Mr. Schmitz is very knowledgeable about family law. He taught me a lot as well; I will be graduating next week in paralegal studies. Excellent attorney. I’ve had him on retainer for the better part of 5 years. 2 modifications and one contempt hearing, and we haven’t lost yet.
