Heidi was fantastic! (to say the least) She was awesome. I had two previous attorneys that were so unprofessional. I spent a year with one and wasted 20k. The 2nd attorney had no idea what she was doing. Both were very degrading. My friend recommended I call Heidi. If I would have known about her from the beginning I would’ve hired her. (My divorce wouldn’t have taken 1.5 years). I have a lot of anxiety in general so coming into this I was already a goner. She kept me calm and collected and guided me through the entire process step by step. I felt heard and respected in my situation. I can’t speak highly enough about her. I’m so grateful for her fighting spirit.

I believe I was charged a fair price for the quality of representation I received. While I would never encourage divorce except in circumstances of infidelity, I do highly recommend Heinrich Christian.

Micah and his team are phenomenal at what they do. MIcah is very diligent about helping keep you calm during a daunting process. He not only holds you accountable to what you say is the right thing, he will push to make sure you are keeping the long term abreast of mind especially when there are children involved. There were times I confused how calm he is in the pocket with a lack of aggressiveness, but that couldn't be further from the case. When it was crunch time, he delivered without me having to compromise my principles. Micah and his team also push the most amicable way to solve issues which you may not feel good during the process, but means the world when it is over. I would highly recommend Micah and his support team especially Kimberly.

This review is long over due. There is no way to put into words how wonderful my experience was with Micah and Kim. Divorce was the most difficult life experience I’ve ever had to navigate. The thoughtful and caring guidance I received helped me maintain my sanity throughout the process. I was an emotional mess and unable to make decisions. I appreciated the calm and calculated approach to handling the seemingly endless and often ridiculous attacks from the Ex. Despite the circumstances I actually looked forward to meeting with my team. I can honestly say that I miss seeing my new friends at this office. Possibly more importantly, my case was settled efficiently and ethically. They say only lawyers win in court but everyone involved knows I WON this one. Micah came through in a huge way for me. I’ve passed his card on three times. I’ll continue to do so.

I hired Micah Royer to help me with child support modification and enforcement. I reside out of state, so I trusted Micah to handle everything without me ever having to be present. What is normally a fairly simple process was unsurprisingly challenging due to the other party, but Micah and his paralegal, Kim, took a very trying situation and handled it with care and ease. I always felt that Micah had my best interests in mind and was ready to do whatever was necessary to see those interests pursued. He is not only skilled at what he does, but he handles his cases with compassion and care. It is easy to see that he truly cares about his work. I would readily hire Micah again and would highly recommend him.

Simply put, Sam is head and shoulders above his peers in family law. Sam got results, as he navigated an incredibly complex, multi-state custody case. Absolutely, hands down, the best family lawyer in Austin. I cannot thank Ben enough for assisting me in a very difficult child custody case. He is honest, articulate, and really cares about his clients. I feel fortunate to have had him on my side through a difficult custody battle. When I started my search, I visited websites of many attorneys and it almost seemed like an impossible task when every website seemingly look the same. But just after spending few minutes on Ben’s website, I knew right away that I found an attorney who would be able to help me. I was really impressed by his straightforward explanation of how he does business, his credentials, and reviews from other clients. I ultimately decided on Ben after speaking with him. Ben worked very hard on my case. He takes that extra level of care when you need it most, responding to emails and phone at night and on the weekends. This was very much appreciated. In my case, my ex-wife’s attorney used dirty & unethical tactics but Ben handled it with impressive aplomb. Ben did a superb job of presenting the facts in the courtroom. Ben was absolutely amazing, to say the least. I came to him in a frenzy after getting ghosted by a different lawyer that I ended up reporting to the board. Ben Carrasco is an excellent and attentive attorney. He defended the enforcement of a pro se settlement agreement at my hearing flawlessly. The day before, he got a continuance hearing dismissed - which is difficult to do. He is sharp and concise but also thorough and relevant in his delivery and defense of the facts. Look no further...Joe and his team are the best! I procured Joe as my divorce attorney through a referral ( another well known attorney ), and I can't express enough how grateful I am. I’m certain that Joe and his team see cases like ours all the time. However, when your biggest love is being a father and a divorce threatens the possibility of not having your children 50/50. A fear of uneasy sets in and you can’t get that out of your mind. Joe studied my case. He asked real questions and he needed full transparency. We gave him everything he asked for. After meeting with Joe, He told me that this will be a process and he had our family’s best interest Mind. After a year of back and forth and having to provide everything under the sun. We prevailed and set forth on a life of happiness. I have my children 50/50 and support was not granted. I can’t express the amount of gratitude and respect I have for Joe and his team!
