Tempie is awesome. She has the biggest heart out of any attorney I have ever had. She was the strongest fighting attorney I have ever seen when it comes to trial. She promised to help me get my child, when I tried to explain the situation she refused to let me speak. Demanded money before she would help me file to get my daughter then after I paid her 2,000 she was extremely rude and persecuted me for my religious beliefs. This woman is a monster and the worst kind. God have mercy on her soul.

I cannot put in words how I do not regret obtaining McNamara Law firm. We hired Mr. McNamara for my daughter's custody issues and we were super impressed with his knowledge of the law, true grit and his ability to get things moving swiftly is truly impressive. I would even like to share that the judge in charge of our case made it very clear that my daughter should be very grateful to have Mr. McNamara as her attorney. I pray to never have to need his services again, but if I do there is no doubt I would hire McNamara law firm again. No one can afford not to have him on your side. He truly fights for his clients.

I wish I had posted about this evil vile man three years ago when I used him as a lawyer! I called this awful man 8-7-2020 he let me know that he sold his practice when asked why his clients were not informed, his response was well I already have their money their problem! Three years ago I had to find a lawyer in less than a week. Because of him I lost custody of my daughter to her father who just a year before said that she was an inconvenience! This man allowed my ex husband to lie under oath and the provost judge was just as worthless! When I spoke to this monster this August he told me that I must be a drug addict, abusive mother or something was wrong with me because he never lost a case! Not true you narcissistic pompous man! You basically stole my money and ruined my life! You failed to represent me and you bluntly stated that I was not a priority to you!

I have to say at first I was very scared about having to deal with a custody battle my case was unlike a normal case mine had many obstacles, well you could say a hard case to take on. I am extremely fortunate that when I needed a divorce lawyer, I was given the business card of Mr. David W. Biles. Now I am financially secure and my life is back on track. Mr. Biles has over 25 years of experience in family law. He explained the reality of Texas family law to me, and what I must do to make the best possible case for myself. It was a difficult and expensive process, but in every instance, his advice proved correct. His fees may be higher than some other attorneys, but I was paying for his experience and negotiating skills. My decree not only met the requirements for Texas law, but the wording also met the requirements for the laws of Queensland, Australia. My divorce decree was entered into the Family Court of Queensland so the retirement money overseas could be divided. I know no one I would rather have protecting my interests. Amanda was amazing and efficient for my divorce modification. My only regret is i did not hire her for my divorce!!!! They stayed in constant contact. If there was a way to put more stars I would! I had a divorce go on for 8 or so years because of the prior attorney I had gave me the run around and didn’t do her job correctly but, long story short Kirsten Boyd did it and stayed on it until we got what we needed done!! She broke down everything so it was easily understood!! Worked with me financially and just did a phenomenal job!! Still after that day any advise I need for anything I call her!! Like most, I never dreamed that I would be in a position to need a divorce attorney, but found myself in just such a position after my (now ex) husband filed for divorce. Divorce is brutal - emotionally, physically and financially. It turns your world upside down and it's difficult to find a path forward. Thankfully, a fellow church member recommended HBWV, where I found an expert advocate, Brian Tackett. Brian is everything I wanted and needed in an attorney. He was honest about the process and the potential costs associated with various options; practical and candid as new and unexpected situations arose; and I ALWAYS felt that he was my advocate. Truthfully, he still is my advocate, because, sadly, especially where kids are involved, one will continue to need a strong attorney for years beyond the finalization of the initial divorce decree. His experience is evident. He knows the ins and outs of all legal issues related to divorce and custody, and he truly cares for his clients and their families. I would imagine that he has quite a case load, but I have never once felt that I was less important than any other client. He and his amazing paralegal, Pam Snavely, are incredibly compassionate and simply wonderful to work with. If you are in a place where you are in need of a divorce attorney, look no further; hire Brian Tackett to represent you. He's worth every penny.

Kirsten Bode was the second attorney I used for my case. I wish she were the first! My case was very complicated and I did not make her job easy and had high hopes. Kirsten walked me through every step of the way. She was responsive, She took action, she was firm when necessary, and she helped me to avoid a LOT of mistakes I have made in the past. I could not have ask or hoped for a better attorney. From someone who has gone through it all, and been going through it for years, I would HIGHLY recommend you use Kirsten. It will save you a lot of time, trouble, and probably money to use a good attorney from the start! She's the best! I hired Brian and his firm to do a step parent adoption. From start to finish Brian and his paralegal Pamela were awesome. They sent the discovery paperwork once I returned it they had the paperwork done within a day. He warned me that it could be a lengthy process depending on the circumstances. He was able to send me to a social worker and we were able to schedule and complete the home study within a couple of weeks. Then Covid happened and it changed how some of the process would happen. Even with Covid occurring we were able to get it completed within a couple of months. Then they even facilitated the birth certificate/name change. The entire process was completed by the end of June. I highly recommend Brian and his team

HUGE waste of my time and money! Hired for a divorce case. Retainer was spent on mostly calls and emails over ??? Nothing was done to help me or my case move forward. I have neurological health issues and am on disability and this law office did nothing to help me understand what was going on or what documents I needed. I ended up being shuffled through 3 different paralegals. Only one of them contacted me on a semi-regular basis but still did not help explain my process. Finally I found out I was being let go as a client....... through my ex! They found out before I did. So unprofessional. DO NOT hire this firm. They will take your money, make false promises til you sign and then say, "We can't do anything for you because......._________(fill in the blank with most convenient excuse)" Mr. Bouschor, next time you have a disabled client, HELP them. I lived out of my car during Covid because you didn't get any financial assistance for me from my ex hsuband. Thats what I hired you for. And because I don't have any money, I have to settle for whatever he wants to give me. Thank you so much for wasting my time.
