Brian takes your retainer and then doesnt contact you, communicate with you or service you like talked about. I paid him thousands of dollars I had to borrow to give and still have not one thing is resolved. At this point I could have a lot more to say but his business line is full so you arent able to leave a messages anymore. His secretary uses caller ID as I 'use' to call at the beginning and she would always, answer, "hello, b(*&&&" then one day after I called, it would ring once or twice and then forwarded to voicemail. This is on ANYDAY of the week and ANY TIME of day. He doesnt answer emails, texts, etc. I have asked and asked for months for him to answer my questions, help me, etc. Seems like he's out of business after taking my thousands. I wish I would have read the REVIEWS on him before I paid him as he has done this to others as well. I will also be calling the state bar about Brian. I wish I could be in contact with the other complaint this is on this site for the same things. I would LOVE to chat. If you ever read this I give permission for them to reveal my name and number to you.

I paid my retainer in 2018 and it’s 2021 I’m still not divorced... I have sent multiple emails with no response.... this is a simple uncontested divorce and just needs to be submitted to my local court.
