Perfect! Exactly what I needed. He was competitively priced and when my ex-wife tried to take my kids out of state he helped me through getting a restraining order dropped and the judge sided with me on 5 out of 6 counts. What was particularly surprising was Mr. Kontos knowledge and experience. In my first appointment he told me what the court was likely to do. In the end it was exactly as he said. I cannot recommend him more!

I had an outstanding experience with Janis Kipp who helped me through the difficult process of navigating the court system in a divorce. She answered all my questions, prepared my paper work, and saved my sanity in a variety of ways. I was very appreciative, and grateful for her patient work in addressing all my needs. It was very nice to have the option to pay an LLLT at a less expensive rate than an attorney, but to know that I would have access to their help if needed.... sort of like having a baby with a midwife at a hospital, but having access to the doctors if something should go terribly wrong. Janis is the midwife of birthing a divorce, for people like me, that want to have a more "natural" divorce experience, with no contention or conflict. She is amazing.

My husband has been a client of Fiori Law Office going on two years now. They had helped us tremendously with paperwork, child support, parenting plans, court and were patient with us and answered all our questions. They recently were bought out by someone and let’s just say they are ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. We have called time and time again asking for Michelle, who has helped us so much in the past, and never once get a call back. When we do get a live person, they tell us that it’ll be $200 just to speak to Michelle.... then my husband emails because he needs an attorney right now and they tell us that they can’t take on anymore clients even though he has been a client for over two years. We will never recommend this place, nor will we ever pay them a dime again. Bye.

I was referred by one of my friends that said she used Loretta and a few of her friends have used her as well and they all called her a bull dog in the court room. What I enjoyed about her is she was personable and reasonable. She suggested and recommended what she could get for me, but wasn't there to tell me otherwise and take my money. I have had a bad experience with other attorneys that will take a deposit and not give you a heads up that it could cost more. I felt she was there to help and get the best end result. In fact I put a deposit down and started to role the ball on a case but two days later the other end was taken care of. Instead of charging me the hours her office had already worked towards my case she refunded me my whole amount. I recommend Loretta because she is one of the best attorney's out there and will do her best to get what you need. I will be using her again if I need her.

I hired her (and her team) for my divorce case as a defense lawyer. I really needed their professional help as I am NOT familiar with divorce procedures and WA laws. She literally did not give me any feeling/confidence that I had a chance to win the case. I talked with her a couple of times and a few email exchanges but my bills kept coming even though she is not my attorney anymore. There was no mediation or court. We did not even make it that far. I feel that she overcharged me even though I explained that I had a very bad financial situation and did not work with her very long. There were moments that she made me feel like she was HIS (the opposite side) attorney and not mine. If you need somebody to make you feel that "you got this", she is not the one! I needed a strong lawyer who understands moms and women who have been in tough situations in a strange country and being abused but all i ended up receiving was HUGE bills. I now can't even afford any other lawyer and am in a worse situation than before.

If there is 10 stars, I would give them full stars. My divorce case dragged for more than one year, before I came to DuBois Cary Law firm. My first divorce firm was McKinley Irvin (the big popular firm), which assigned 2 leaving attorneys to my case. The attorneys are leaving the firm, yet they are assigned to my case! I spent money on bad lawyers, who never spent a drop of their energy on my case. I moved to another lawyer, John Kydd, who is abusive and would clocked hours and hours to gain fee. We talked on the phone for over 3 hours! That is super exhausting, because I would be reduced to tears. I almost gave up on attorneys, with much disappointment and decided to go Pro Se. After 4 months of Pro Se, my ex was pushing me so hard to a corner. With my family help, I finally mastered a courage to contact DuBois Cary. Amanda recommended Lucia to me. I was very skeptical about my new attorney. Fast forward, within 5 months, my divorce case is finalized with a good offer package from the opposing party. Even the opposing attorney like working with Lucia! I am very blessed to meet Lucia (remotely due to Covid), and I hope I can hug her in person if I can. She is genuinely care for me, and she is such a kind hearted lady. She is professional, and her team is very responsive. What can I say, there is always a good sheep among the bad ones. Thanks Luca and team, you have done good thing to my daughters and myself. You have saved a helpless mother who is constantly bullied by her ex. You managed to steer her away from hopeless to hopeful situation. Thank you!

My divorce last year was unexpected and took a toll on me both physically and emotionally. I felt lost and unsure as to how to proceed so I was much relieved when I found an attorney that took the time to explain the process in a frank and caring way. During my initial consultation with Mark Weiss he gave my invaluable advice including asking me to work as much out with my spouse before in went to the lawyers. He also impressed upon me the fact to be as calm, kind and as civil as I possibly could be. I took his advice to heart and although far from painless it could have been so much worse. Mark’s response time to my questions was superb, usually same day. Mark Weiss made one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do bearable and kept me sane. You would be hard pressed to find a better lawyer.

After learning the crushing news that my 29+ year marriage would soon come to an end, my first two thoughts were to find a good councilor and a great attorney. Mark has many exceptional qualities, such as being an empathetic listener, patient with my many questions during the divorce process, has high integrity and is very well respected from his fellow attorneys and collaborative team members, very thorough in all his reports and information, providing referrals for additional professional resources; such as career counseling, etc., has vast experience and knowledge of Washington state divorce law, very timely with his return calls, emails, and availability to discuss any concerns. Mark Weiss is dedicated to staying on task with the goal of reaching the best mutually agreed upon final outcome for his client, while also being respectful and compassionate of the needs of the other spouse and children involved. Overall, Mark has a very holistic viewpoint when serving his client through one of the most difficult experiences in their life, by addressing the emotional, physical, mental, and financial wellbeing of his client. Molly helped make our divorce proceedings easy, if that is such a thing during a divorce. She has a "Tell it like it is" attitude, but in a nice way, knows her stuff and looks out for the best interest of her client. She also helped me get in touch with some excellent parenting resources, to help iron out some wrinkles (ex-spouse not following parenting plan) after everything was finalized. Molly and her team were very helpful during my recent divorce after almost 30 years of marriage. I tried to do it myself but that became a mistake after my wife's attorney tried to really take advantage of me. Molly listened to me, asked the right questions, and helped me provide the right kind of information to defend myself. I had no intention to be unfair to my wife, but her attorney wanted it all. In the end, we came to a fair resolution that I was pleased with considering the circumstances.

Mitchell Polonsky helped me resolve a difficult modified parenting plan with my ex husband. He was professional, always available to answer any questions I had, he heard my wants/needs and communicated them to the other party without hesitation. He gave me advice but still respected my wishes, and took a lot of stress off of me throughout the entire process. Let me 1st start out by saying, if you are reading reviews and having a terrible time deciding who is going to help you at one of the worst times in your life. Just stop reading and call. From start to Finish, there is no doubt I would hire them back in a heartbeat. From working with Ken, getting questions answered at no cost, when it became apparent my then wife had hired a lawyer (even though she had pinky promised me she wouldn’t) I had called Ken and I was in a bad place I had just been served papers at my place of employment, he told me not to worry and he had someone to help me out. That is when I received an email and a follow up phone call from my new Lawyer Mitchell Polonsky within that same day. After asking me some basic questions about myself and the situation, he was able put my mind at ease. My wife hired the Lawyer with a reputation for blood. Mitch made it clear it didn’t matter who she had hired. He was going to do everything in his power to make things as fair as possible while minimizing the cost on myself and the exposure to my children (by making it as clean and quick as possible). My Ex wasn’t being fair, not dropping the kids off in the location agreed on, not letting me talk to them on the phone during a critical time in their lives and threatening to withhold them. I informed Mitch and He got to work that same day. It was night and day difference once he emailed her lawyer. That alone was worth the money, but there was still a divorce I had to finish up. Mitch was extremely responsive when it came to emails and phone calls. My Ex-wife and I would both have the same questions for our attorneys and most of the time it would take her lawyer a week to get back. But not Mitch, it was always the same day and typically within hours. It got to the point where I was able to give the Ex an answer before her attorney would even open her emails. (Again; that alone was worth the money) I understand every situation is different, but with Mitch on my side I was able to get 50/50 custody of my 2 boys, pay No spousal support and even kept her away from my retirement. As far as divorce goes I would consider it a win. Thank you Mitch, for everything.

I was 6 months into my divorce proceedings and parted ways with my initial attorney from another law firm. I heard about Goldberg Jones through a work colleague. After talking with Ken he paired me up with Gregg Morphew. I’m active duty military and Gregg had experience working with veterans and he also served in the Army. Right from the start Gregg recognized what was missing in my case and made an immediate impact. His reputation among his peers was obvious and I felt I was getting the solid representation I desperately needed. I've used Mr. Hansen 2x in the last 10 years and HIGHLY recommend him. In both cases, I felt immediately better after our initial conversations and then extremely well taken care of during the subsequent process and proceedings. Mr. Hansen is very direct and to the point, which I actually very much appreciate. He doesn't sugar coat things and is very open with what you can and can't expect based on his knowledge of the law, which is extensive. I personally appreciated being able to know exactly where I stood legally and then being able to make a confident, informed decision with Mr. Hansen's advice and guidance. If you're reading this you're in a tough spot. You need good legal advice and understanding, you don't need cuddles and lots of empathy. Mr.Hansen is your guy. He actually does listen and he does know what your feelings probably are. I've read some reviews of his that feel like he is somehow harsh-he isn't he is simply listening and giving you outstanding legal understanding and counsel. It's your situation that is harsh not Mr.Hansen. The first call is worth so much, just call him and your understanding will go up by 100% for free. When you perceive his understanding and ability you will retain him as your counsel. Full disclosure: I reconciled with my spouse (hallelujah) so didn't wind up completing the divorce.

My experience with Clement Law Center was just what I needed. I worked specifically with Kristina Gibbs-Ruby. Not only did I win my case, but she put forth such an outstanding effort. Now we all know lawyers handle multiple cases/issues at a time. Kristina always made me feel like my case came first, and her actions showed it (even made contact during the Holidays). Hire this law firm. I went in today for the free consult offered on their website. I was pretty confused and distressed with all of what is going on in my particular situation. Bruce Clement laid out my options- all of which are actually free for me up until a point where he said I could hire a lawyer when that point comes. And then at that future point, he has three tiers of retainer and hourly rates. I so appreciate the information he gave, it was honestly worth paying for. This is review is the best way I can repay him. If in fact I will need a lawyer heading into the new season of my particular issue, I will be hiring this law firm. I always appreciate free value, and not feeling pressured into making a decision on the spot, and honest lawyers who are firstly focused on their clients (and potential clients) rather than focusing on the money. Thank you!!
