I highly recommend Celebi Law! I tried to handle my divorce on my own, without an attorney. Once the the covid had pretty well shutdown the courthouse, it became impossible for me to navigate. I ended up filing papers wrong and in the wrong area. The courthouse wanted me to start all over on all the papers that needed filing. I called Celebi Law. He picked up my case right away. He was very respectful and professional. He knew exactly what papers needed to be done again and others that could stay. Got it all drawn up for me and all I had to do was sign and give it back to him. He filed them and sure enough in a couple weeks my divorce was finalized. He made this process so much easier for me. I would absolutely hire him again.

Is this a criminal or immigration lawyer? Well after you get a client who is undergoing immigration process do you follow them and see if the case was successful? Or after you get your money that all? Just curious! Note: If you really need help with your immigration case please look for a good lawyer in heart of Seattle down town. This guy will never fight for your case, but I guess all what he is capable of to file paperwork for you. Don't expect much from him. Hire him at your own risk!!!

K.C was recommended to me by my friend who went through a divorce and won the case. I wanted to find an attorney who previously worked with a woman who can sympathize and understand the situation easily. I had the honor of being able to work with K.C. And have him represent me in my trial. Fortunately I was able to win. Although it’s not guarantee a win, he will work hard from the beginning of the case to the very end to do what he can to try to win it. From previous traumatic issues, I have problems of blocking out memories and not being able to piece my own past together. I was able to tell him small pieces of the entire story. Sometimes I can’t even remember things and he was able to continue to ask redundant questions until things made sense in my mind. He can take 100s of pieces of a story and fit it together. He also writes extremely well and is on top of every task and every part of the whole process. The effort on my end was nominal and I only had to have brief meetings providing requested information to him. My biggest fear of working with an attorney was him/her not being sympathetic and just only caring about making quick cash. K.C was the opposite of this and he truly does his best to understand you on a deep level. I’d recommend him anytime to anyone.

I brought my mother who is 96 years old to see them to have her will redone. I was told to pay $400 up at the time of the first meeting which I agreed to. That was on a Wednesday afternoon I contacted them again on Monday to check the progress and was told that they had customers in front of me and they would get started on it soon. I received an email with the will to go over it with my mother fo mer approval. I called them back to let them know that it was wrong they listed an ex brother-in-law as one of my mother's dead children which is not the case it was his wife. When I mentioned the condo to them I was told they didn't even know she had a condo and how are they supposed to know. I was in transfer to the attorney who told me I could not be in the room when she did the will which I'd already understood. I was then told they would give my 96-year-old mother half her money back which they did. I asked them to send a note to my mother explaining to her why she only gets half her money back and no will. I was then told that they will have no further contact with me. If they will do this to a 96-year-old woman I guess that pretty much makes everybody open game for them. I only wish there was something somebody could do to stop this person from doing things like this to vulnerable people.

I had been putting off getting my legal documents completed and when my personal situation changed drastically I reached out to Michele for help. She consulted with me and gave me honest and professional advice about my situation and what I needed to do. I hired O’loane Lawfirm 7 Months ago and paid out over $16,000 to them and I am no further than I was at the beginning. They are very hard to get ahold of, never answers all of my Questions, had to correct some of their work. I do believe they are just interested in making/ taking my money instead of protecting people. I do believe they stretched my divorce along , I’ve caught them in a lot of lies. They withdrew from being my attorney because of lack of payment.Once I paid them they reinstated my case and thousands of more dollars spent and I Was still no further from where we started. I finally had to fire them and hire a new attorney! I would not recommend this Lawfirm to anybody unless you have deep pockets And don’t mind throwing money away!

To: Elizabeth Mount Penner (Attorney) and Christine Carr (Paralegal) of the McKinley Irvin Law Firm From: Mark Derbyshire, McKinley Irvin Divorce Case Customer Reference: McKinley Irvin Unprofessional And Non -Transparent Business Conduct Date: 5/11/21 Dear Elizabeth Mount Penner and Christine Carr Of The McKinley Irvin Law Firm, My conscience will let me go no further in life without voicing my significant dissatisfaction with your professional conduct while handling my divorce case. Early on in my divorce case, unfortunately, Elizabeth's mother passed away. Because of Elizabeth's grieving, I understood and accepted the ignoring of numerous questions in my emails and the very lengthy delays associated with McKinley Irvin's responses to me. Because of Elizabeth's grieving, I did not voice my concerns at the time. Though I accepted these occurrences at the time, I believe the more appropriate path for McKinley Irvin to have taken would have been to switch me to a different Attorney (while Elizabeth worked her way through her grieving). Many months after Elizabeth's mother's passing, however, the same pattern of behavior was still observed. It does appear that this delaying and ignoring of customer inputs is McKinley Irvin's normal modus operandi. On several occasions, phone conference times were scheduled only to be cancelled at the very last minute, with Christine Carr citing "emergency issues". Significant delays, ignored emails/questions, and last minute cancellations always left me feeling, as a customer, that I am extremely low on McKinley Irvin's priority list. This is really surprising given that truly successful companies strive to make it a goal of satisfying their customers. However annoying the above conduct is, it pales in comparison to the more serious complaint of unprofessional (possibly unethical?) non-transparent behavior that I will detail below... On April 30th 2021, I requested, for my records, copies of all communications between Tara Richardson (my wife's attorney) and McKinley Irvin. As you know, there is a line item for each one of these communications in the McKinley Irvin billing system which, as a paying customer, I have been billed for and have paid good money for. My request for copies of all of these communications was met with "I will look into this for you" (Christine Carr) and, during a 1:30 pm phone conversation on 5/4/21, "We have a cumbersome document system, I will see what we can do" (Elizabeth Mount Penner). At the end of the 5/4/21, 1:30 pm phone conversation with Elizabeth, Elizabeth did say she would get me the communications I requested. To-date (as of 5/11/21), I have yet to receive the requested communications which I have paid good money for (and which I do not expect to pay one penny more for). Clearly "do what you say and say what you do" is not a motto which McKinley Irvin runs their business by. It is clear, also, that there is a lack of transparency happening at McKinley Irvin which is highly unprofessional and, I would even argue, bordering on unethical. As a paying customer, to be denied what one has paid for, is absolutely unprofessional. It is perplexing that I have to explain to the McKinley Irvin firm how it should respond to one of its paying customers. The response should not have been "I will look into this" or "we have a cumbersome document system"; the response should have been, "you are a venerated paying customer of ours who has paid for these communications and we will get these communications to you just as soon as we can (at no additional cost to you)". What I would like to have happen is for McKinley Irvin to acknowledge this significant lapse in customer service and refund my money. I am dissatisfied with your treatment of my divorce case. Divorce is devastating enough in itself. To feel like the attorney/firm you are paying good money to, in order to guide you through one of life's toughest journey's, is hamstringing and hampering you along the way, makes it feel many times more devastating.

It is kind of hard giving divorce lawyers 5 star ratings. They are basically guiding you through one of the worst times in your life. Fortunately for me Renee Lee and team helped me get through this ordeal, and even during 2020, without losing what is left of my mind. Renee's humor and willingness to listen to me rant, then calmly guide me off the ledge means way more than she could ever know. Would I recommend these people to all my friends? No. Would I recommend these people to anybody having to go through a divorce? Without question.

I wish I could give zero stars. While working with McKinley they filled out my court papers wrong. I was the petitioner and they gave me the respondents middle name. Luckily I noticed that. When I decided to discontinue working with them they said they would refund me my money. That was 4 weeks ago, I have not received a refund and they ignore all emails when I try to ask for help in receiving my refund. I think I need to hire a lawyer to sue them just to get my refund. Why are they ignoring me?

I was able to talk with Josh on the phone prior to my appointment and he didn't make my head spin like another attorney did. I told Josh what I wanted and instead of adding fees and what ifs with every word I spoke he was respectful of my time and my money and didn't talk about how much more it would be and how long and drawn out it would be. Plain, simple as I requested and Josh honored that and I appreciate that.

I've used Mr. Hansen 2x in the last 10 years and HIGHLY recommend him. In both cases, I felt immediately better after our initial conversations and then extremely well taken care of during the subsequent process and proceedings. Mr. Hansen is very direct and to the point, which I actually very much appreciate. He doesn't sugar coat things and is very open with what you can and can't expect based on his knowledge of the law, which is extensive. I personally appreciated being able to know exactly where I stood legally and then being able to make a confident, informed decision with Mr. Hansen's advice and guidance. If you're reading this you're in a tough spot. You need good legal advice and understanding, you don't need cuddles and lots of empathy. Mr.Hansen is your guy. He actually does listen and he does know what your feelings probably are. I've read some reviews of his that feel like he is somehow harsh-he isn't he is simply listening and giving you outstanding legal understanding and counsel. It's your situation that is harsh not Mr.Hansen. The first call is worth so much, just call him and your understanding will go up by 100% for free. When you perceive his understanding and ability you will retain him as your counsel. Full disclosure: I reconciled with my spouse (hallelujah) so didn't wind up completing the divorce.

Molly helped make our divorce proceedings easy, if that is such a thing during a divorce. She has a "Tell it like it is" attitude, but in a nice way, knows her stuff and looks out for the best interest of her client. Molly and her team were very helpful during my recent divorce after almost 30 years of marriage. I tried to do it myself but that became a mistake after my wife's attorney tried to really take advantage of me. Molly listened to me, asked the right questions, and helped me provide the right kind of information to defend myself. I had no intention to be unfair to my wife, but her attorney wanted it all. She’s DELETING bad reviews! Taylor Marie on FB. I’m more than willing to share my HORRIBLE experience with Amy Rimov. Hired her for a relocation plan, during our hearing she mispronounced my last name 3 times she stuttered and didn’t give any of the facts I wanted pointed out in court. She’s supposed to fight for me but she pretty much just threw me away. It’s embarrassing even the other party I’m against said I should be embarrassed.. which I am! She can comment back whatever she wants to try to make this review not look bad but like I said if u message me I’m more than willing to share my experience with this half effort poorly spoken sad attorney!!! Don’t throw away your money!! I’ve had way better representation in the past where atleast I felt it was worth my money. I just threw my money in Amy Rimov’s Garbage Can. And that’s hard to be okay with being a single mom. Amy! Your literally the worst attorney I’ve ever come across and i don’t know how YOUR okay with that. And I’ll still be going to trial for my relocation. See how that goes then I will be taking extra steps more then just a google review for Amy.

Upon recommendation from an acquaintance who had been represented by Amy for her complicated high value divorce, I originally had an hour consultation with Amy. I learned enough to handle my issues alone. But part of that was the confidence Amy gave me as she had obviously prepared for the consultation ahead of time by reviewing all the materials I'd sent her, she cared about my situation as a human being, and she understood the law and procedures I had to follow and gave our conversation ample time for me to understand. I felt no sense of rush. Months later, I tried to retain her for a divorce but discovered she was not available due to her caseload. I respect that she gave her clients the attention they deserved. Another few months later I needed an attorney to defend me against a legal claim brought against me. I never considered any other attorney and contacted Amy, was pleased to find her available to represent me. She was VERY patient to take in all the case information I had to give her. Always answered my questions and follow up questions. Empathetic towards my stress. Caring. She cut to the chase to defend me and in courtroom was spot-on. I will say that she would have been less affordable to me if not for virtual courtroom in Covid19. She is not local for me and travel time would have added serious expenses. In particular, if you are divorcing a diagnosed pathological narcissist, Amy will absolutely understand how to deal with that!
