Truly the worst service EVER! If I could give it 0 stars, I would do so in a heartbeat. A complete waste of money. Attorney Anthony Rowe did not explain things throughly for an eviction case I started with him. 650 dollars in and I still felt lost. What made matters worse, is that although I took time out of my work day to check in and have him explain things to me, he still didn’t. Half the time he was out of the office, and don’t even bother emailing because you won’t get a response back either way. In one instance, he requested I come in to pay for a court order lock out on a Friday. I took the time and went in, only to be greeted with a “closed until Monday” sign. This was something he could’ve mentioned over the phone instead of wasting my time. For an attorney, he lacks communication skills. The front office staff is a joke as well. I was placed on hold for 8 minutes and patiently waited only to have the receptionist hang up on me. I called back and instead of apologizing she simply said they were closed and mentioned Anthony Rowe was on a call. She didn’t even bother to offer a solution such as a next day call back, I had to request this myself. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the money. Avoid this law office at all costs

Once I got passed the receptionist who isn't the best person answering their phone. Benjamin Rowe was very pleasant and eager to help with any of my questions I had. Cause by the time I got to speak with him, I already had spoke to several other lawyers that offered me no help at all. To start out my mother is aging and we needed to get her estate worked out. I went not knowing what he charged but the average from phone calls to lawyers was between $1,500 to $4,000. I went to him because I got to actually talk to him on the phone (only receptionist other places). He got us right in but wanted Mom to go in alone, I was worried she couldn't handle it, that she might need my help. He did it because he wanted to be sure no one was influencing her, that she was getting what SHE wanted. Talk about integrity! After few minutes I could hear her laughing in the room, I felt so much better. Since she only has a house and savings he found a way to get everything we needed for the Estate including Durable Health Care POA etc for under the lowest price quoted anywhere (under $1,000). There was a little delay but so worth it, such quality work and delivered to my office in a nice Binder. He is nice, trustworthy, affordable, and does quality work.

I haven't met Roy but his partner and the secretary were rude.. They told me my husband have to be with me to set up a joint trust and if not I could go elsewhere.
