I am responding why gave this law firm 1 star. In the waiting area on the other side of office, I overheard the conversation between a client snd staff member. Staff member requesting payment and client responding.Staff member walked client to door and opened it for them. My friend's interview was in the big conference room.that was in front of wait area. I too overheard the conversation between lawyer and my friend. Your lawyer did not want my elderly friend as a client. That is your firm's right. I do not have an issue with that. After the interview was over no one helped my elderly friend who uses a cane to the door or or opened it for them. You law firm needs to treat paying clients and potential clients with the same common courtesy . You need to sound proof your offices and conference room.

First thing's first, Zev answered the phone, live and in person. I had a probate question and instead of scheduling an appointment, which is what I thought was going to happen, he started asking me questions and then started explaining in detail what the law is and what my rights are. He was professional, offered to give me a referral if litigation becomes a possibility, and handled my multiple interruptions with grace. Turns out, my case will probably not need to be litigated, nor will I need a lawyer - great to hear from an actual lawyer! I don't think many people expect such forthright advice and treatment.
