Even though my husband and I are fairly young with small children, we recently had a revocable trust drawn up by Deborah because we are dealing with serious medical issues and wanted to have that assurance. She was very accessible, warm and explained everything to us clearly. Nicole Newman is an amazing Family Trust attorney. We initially had an unusual situation that she was very knowledgeable about & spent a lot of her time free of charge answering all our questions & explaining it to us. She has the highest integrity and was much more concerned with meeting our needs than charging for her time. We felt very comfortable hiring her to prepare our family trust. It was quite easy, as she and her very capable staff, Sarah & Laura took care of everything. Her fee was 1/2 that of others we had contacted, yet we got twice the service with Nicole.

I had a 20 year old trust that had been revised a few times, but I had a feeling it wasn't quite right. So I looked around and found Nicole. She did the most amazing thorough job and discovered some serious problems with the old trust. She explained all of the options to us, she took us through (and detailed in the trust) every possible scenario. Her office put the final document all together in a well organized binder that I know will make things much easier for my heirs to deal with. I highly recommend her and based on my previous experiences with other attorneys I'd put her at the top 1% in competence and customer service.

Georgina Lepe is the best attorney ever. The seller hold my deposit money almost a year. I contacted many other lawyers regarding the case, they all want a lot of money for it. Atty Georgina Lepe helped my buyer client in demanding of Escrow Deposit which Listing Agent and Seller would not release due to buyer backing out of the transaction. Atty Lepe found lots of ways that made my buyer legally entitled to the refund of escrow deposit. On same day she emailed Demand Letter to listing agent and his broker, I received an email from listing agent saying seller signed the release of deposit and sent tot escrow. Buyer was happy of her service.

Finding a reputable and trustworthy attorney is key when you are relying on them to construct or correct important factors of your life. We were recommended to Georgina Lepe's office by one of my co workers that did his living trust. We decided to give her a try and found her to be knowledgeable and professionals with her craft. She was timely and respectful of our time and was able to get us the living trust our family needed to ensure that what we have worked hard for goes to our loved ones. Not to long after we brought in my in laws to do theirs as well. We just used her services once again this past week. We entered a real estate contract and during inspections we found mold and some water damage. The seller did not want to sign off on the contract and accused us of damaging his home which was a blatant lie and was being shady. He said he would hold and keep our money because of his assumptions. She wrote a letter of demand to the seller to release our funds or be found in violation of contract which would cost him additional money. Georgina is the attorney you want backing you up for your family, real estate, and will and living trust. She will do the job and do it right. I wanted to set up a trust after receiving an inheritance. I chose Marc and his associates after reading all the great reviews, and he and his staff are everything the reviews state and more. I went into the process having been Trustee on my parents Trusts, but not know much about setting up a trust. Marc was very thorough, and helped me set up the trust the way I wanted it, giving me excellent and informative advice that caused me to rethink some of my initial ideas. In addition to helping me set up a trust, Cali Law also helped me obtain a refund from a recalcitrant Board-and-Care after my mother passed away. Ever since we had our first child we said we needed to assign guardians, but we never followed through. It was in the back of our minds for a 11 years and 2 more children later. Then we happened to attend a Guardianship Workshop that Marc G. Garlett was offering. After his concise explanation we realized we couldn't wait any longer to take care of such an important matter - who would take care of our children temporarily and permanently if the unexpected happened. After the workshop, we decided to continue with Marc to plan a family trust. It was the best decision we could have made for our family. The peace of mind of knowing our children will be in the hands of those we chose is very important, and knowing our assets will not go into probate is a relief. I am responding why gave this law firm 1 star. In the waiting area on the other side of office, I overheard the conversation between a client snd staff member. Staff member requesting payment and client responding.Staff member walked client to door and opened it for them. My friend's interview was in the big conference room.that was in front of wait area. I too overheard the conversation between lawyer and my friend. Your lawyer did not want my elderly friend as a client. That is your firm's right. I do not have an issue with that. After the interview was over no one helped my elderly friend who uses a cane to the door or or opened it for them. You law firm needs to treat paying clients and potential clients with the same common courtesy . You need to sound proof your offices and conference room.
