I simply wanted someone backed up by an entire firm who i felt i could trust to have the utmost high integrity along with a caring and loving spirit. Was fooled by the marketing hype of them knowing probate, but after a week of reaching out they responded rejecting my case, it seems they just want basic probate administration cases, they sell you that they know what they are doing but it’s a scam. If you have stupid money go ahead throw it away.

He worked on my Living Trust case, for unfortunately several years but eventually it working out for me and I couldn't be more pleased of the outcome. They stood by me, when I needed representation, and walked me through each step of the process so that the outcome would be in my favor. I highly recommend Gerald Kane and his staff. I can't imagine working through an elder care plan and applying for VA benefits without them. They made a complex process painless and easy and cut through the red tape that my father would have faced had he attempted to apply for his VA benefits on his own. Gerry is very knowledgeable and works very efficiently and his staff are so helpful and really cared about my father's situation and welfare.

Oh, these attorneys! If your loved one(s) do not have tons of assets, then don't even bother calling. They just want to charge you an exorbitant amount for a consultation. I don't think so. To top it all off, the receptionist was awful and hung up while I was still on the phone. It's unfortunate and incredibly disrespectful.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Gerry Kane on revising our wills. We found not only him but his entire staff to be true professionals. They spent a lot of time with us answering our questions, emailing drafts, and making corrections even while we were there. We were pleased to learn of additional services he offered. Things that we had never even considered, like the Legacy videos. He answered all of our questions, and thoroughly explained everything. The finished product was an entire folder full of information that someday our children will need to deal with. Everything is well indexed. I know Gerry also deals with elder care issues, and have already referred a friend to him for a consult. I trust that he knows the law, most importantly. Even though my husband and I are fairly young with small children, we recently had a revocable trust drawn up by Deborah because we are dealing with serious medical issues and wanted to have that assurance.
