I am a tech worker and I live in a different state than my immediate family. I contacted Attorney Moseman at probably the worst time in my adult life. Don't waste your money on just any attorney. John Spore is very experienced and will not let you down if you happen to receive a speeding ticket in Ohio. I was NOT intentionally speeding and I did not notice the school speed limit that was posted in Woodville Ohio and was traveling 58 in a 20 and my ticket was reduced to a non moving violation, thank god no points. I came to Braden for legal help with my mothers estate. He filed a civil suite against my brother and sister. They did not respond and a magistrate ruled in my favor. 100% win. All we had to do is go for damages. I had presented to Braden over $100,000 in damages. We had the hearing for the damages and we went from a 100% win to a 100% loss. I kept trying to get a hold of his office for an appeal and no one would return my call. I final got a response after the time to appeal had passed. I did most of the work and he lost the case. I still am paying for this.

I don’t have any data to support this but, I would assume that when most people seek out a probate attorney, it’s their first encounter with such an attorney. Take that scenario and couple it with it being an emotional one for the person, the spouse (when applicable), and the family members. While dealing with time sensitive maters during an event that touches so many family matters, a person needs an attorney that is ethical, skilled, kind, and able to explain matters, even when not asked. During my search for an attorney, I spoke to more than one attorney at Decker Vonau, LLC; and each attorney, was very patient and very thorough when answering my questions and explaining what courses of actions were best.
