The worst representation I have ever dealt with. Did not represent me in any legal way nor did they attend every hearing. I was charged $3000 plus for emails and phone calls and no representation. I am shocked this is even legal since I was supposed to be represented to fight for my family and this office did nothing of the sort!! Unprofessionalism and misconduct at its best.

In June 2018, I interviewed four different lawyers for some marital issues. I decided to hire Mr. Starrett because he explained to me very clearly the pros and cons of my case without hesitation. He was honest and to the point. Before I met the lawyers in June, I did some personal research, but Mr. Starrett was the one who cleared up the situation for me. Throughout the process, circumstances changed and I needed to change my plan of action, and Mr. Starrett continued to give excellent advice. At this point, besides being a lawyer, he seemed like a friend. He showed technical expertise and human connection. I would highly recommend Kevin and I was highly satisfied with my experience.

I recently completed a dissolution of my marriage, with Kevin acting as the sole attorney in the action. Kevin was readily available to answer any questions, provided sound advice from a reasonable perspective, and helped to navigate a very difficult situation in a timely manner. What seemed to be a daunting process was made simple and navigable. Billing matters were clearly communicated and the fees were appropriate for the work performed. While I don't hope any friends or family are in a situation similar to mine in the future, I would enthusiastically recommend him to represent their interests.

From the moment I met with Kevin and through the divorce process he was incredibly helpful and provided me with sound advice. I was in a very tough spot when my divorce began and spent a long period of time in limbo as I waited for my ex to respond to my lawyer. Thankfully, Kevin advised me to be patient and as a result, things worked out better than they would have if we had come to an agreement right off the bat. Kevin was also very helpful by (at times) playing the "Devil's advocate" in our conversations and working with me to develop approaches to dealing with complex custody issues that were advantageous. Kevin helped me present my case in a way that allowed the court to decide what was truly in the children's best interests without having the divorce process turn into a spectacle. I am very satisfied with the legal representation I received and would highly recommend his services.

I highly recommend Mary Biacsi and this firm for anyone seeking responsive and compassionate support during the challenging and life changing process of separation or divorce. Mary Biacsi and the entire team at Zoller Biacsi were incredibly welcoming and supportive throughout my entire divorce. Mary and her team, especially Lisa, walked me through the every step, answered every question I had, and offered sound and level-headed guidance on decisions and options. She worked very well and collaboratively with the other attorney but always remained committed to the long term wellbeing of me and my children in negotiations. We worked with Landon and I found a few things: He wouldn't push for the child support deduction of travel fees (saving us approximately $50 a month) or go off of the ex spouse's current pay stub verse her taxes (she was in school last year as opposed to working more now) as other lawyer threatened we would pay more then. He didnt fight back, just told us and suggested we let it go. So I would go with Landon if you get along with your ex spouse and a more mediation type agreement is needed. He also recommended we don't push to take the child to Canada (we have family there), I insisted and we won on that but I had to push Landon. Our bill was over $6000.00 for a shared parenting agreement.

Ken is great at what he does. He is a very knowledgeable attorney who is willing to litigate if necessary. He assisted me with a child custody matter. When I got my first consult I was amazed how honest and open Attorney Crislip was. He didn't BS me like the other Attorneys I met with before him. He also was really reasonably priced. I didn't have a ton of money to spend so finances were important to me. Every time I called his office I was able to speak with him directly and didn't have to go through anyone else which was really nice. He also was really responsive with his emails. My brother was charge with a felony for a firearm and mrs crislip was able to get his charge dismissed, great attorney not only that even the judge keep on complimenting crislip telling the defendant in front of the prosecutor that crislip is handling the defendant case very well. But I thank god most importantly for giving us Kenneth crislip

I had to switch Attorney's mid case since my other attorney got COVID. Attorney Ken seemed to really know what he was doing and was able to catch up pretty quick. He also seemed to have a lot of connections at the court and was able to move my case along so we could just finish it. I was able to get my charges reduced and he really helped me out. I don't think I will ever use anyone else again, but I hope I dont ever get in trouble again neither.

Very informative and kind. My grandmother and I called for a free consultation and we got all of the advice we needed. We heard from her the very next day after we called. After the consultation, she could’ve easily insisted that we hire her and that further action was needed but she didn’t. Instead, she saved us money and ensured us that we would be okay with the advice given and that if we needed her, she’s only one call away. Highly recommend.

Melissa was absolutely exceptional to work with. My custody case had some buzzer opticals but she had no fear in the success we would have in the final outcome. I hired Attorney Landau to help my son establish his rights as a father to his daughter. Everything was handled efficiently, professionally, and respectfully. There was much hostility on the babies mothers side and Jill could have easily ran our bill through the roof. She gave advice to keep our expenses at a minimum and we ended up getting more rights to my granddaughter than we were requesting. I would highly recommend Attorney Landau. Her fee structure was explained at the start and is fair and in-line with others in the area. She was prompt in returning calls and her office staff was very helpful and courteous. She was there with me every step of the way. I am really surprised at the few negative comments and I am wondering if some of those reviewers were on the "other side" of Attorney Landau and her client.

Dan represented my family during a difficult time in our lives. Initially, our granddaughter was placed into our home under Foster care. After over a year of multiple court hearings attorney Gigiano was successful in us securing legal custody. Maternal family was granted visitation with restrictions. The maternal family Repeatedly continued to disobey the court order so in January 2020 all visitation was stopped until a visitation agreement could be reached. of course due to COVID 19 court was on hold. Finally we were able to have a court Hearing in June 2020. Dan came to the hearing with all info placed nicely in a binder with each section numbered. This helped us facilitate the hearing. His preparation paid off with a win. Any/all future maternal visitation must be supervised through a visitation center at the expense of the maternal family. Dan is the attorney you need to ensure a successful outcome.
