I had a messy divorce 3 years with a trial. Atty Hanley was great. She was great at laying out my case which made us more credible and gave me a feeling that my voice was heard. Besides the above mention she is fair and realistic, she will tell you what to fight for and what not to fight for. Her fees are fair and reasonable for a divorce especially when you feel like finances are a disaster. The FIXER????? He holds onto divorce cases for as long as he can so he can keep collecting money. He DOES NOT settle. Avoids phone calls, will not respond to clients or other attorneys. Does zero to try and settle a case. He is the worst. There is nothing he wants more than to go to trial.

Dennis helped me with a workers' comp claim I had from being injured while in the office at work. I did not know I was eligible for workers comp until a relative mentioned it. At first I tried to submit the information on my own, but decided to get someone who knew what they were doing on my side. Dennis was easy to work with and knows the system inside and out. My claim was decided in my favor so I am a happy client. I liked that I dealt with the lawyer himself in phone calls and meetings and not administrative staff.

If you need a workers compensation attorney Dennis Bisio is very experienced and successfully handled my case. Because of errors made before I hired Dennis it looked like my claim would be denied. This attorney knows the system very well, and he did not promise me that he would be successful, but he was! Choosing him as my lawyer was the right choice. If you have not dealt with the system there are definitely hurdles to getting your claim approved and to get the correct amount awarded for your injury.

Before I highered Farias Family Law group I was engaged and told I would not be able to move out of state with my kids from my previous marriage, to live with my fiancé. My previous lawyer was awful and told me to give in because I was not going to get the outcome I wanted. I ended up meeting with Brian and he heard my side of the story and he went through the entire process with me if I were to higher them. I knew immediately they were the ones for me. It’s a whole team of people working together. Jessica always made sure to let me know all the i formation I needed and Nina Sousa, my attorney was always going above and beyond to make sure to answer any questions and to be as prepared and ready as possible. She was confident and made me feel at ease through the entire process. Any questions I had were answered right away and I was never left to question anything. Before I hired Attorney Sousa from Farias Family Law, I was in a position where it could have gone either way. My ex and children’s father, had lied in our first court hearing and ended up getting every other weekend visitations. This was absurd to me because he has and I believe still still has an addiction issue. Now, after the second court hearing and having Attorney Sousa at my side the entire way, along with Jessica, the paralegal in the office, I was granted everything I was asking for and have full custody of my kids as well. If you are looking for a divorce lawyer, I highly recommend Nick. He is an excellent, hard-working, and highly intelligent lawyer, based on my own personal experience and outcome, he clearly knows what he is doing and was my greatest asset while going through a very painful divorce. He did his best with my case and was very proactive allowing me to focus on reshaping my life knowing he had my best interests in mind. Here are three things I liked most about Nick and his firm. Nick and his team quickly understood my case, answered all my questions, took proactive actions, and provided the right guidance to me. Nick added precise and clearly written clauses in the divorce agreement regarding my daughter’s educational costs. Nicholas and his team has done a wonderful job on my custody case. Going in with zero experience, i was very nervous. But they explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. It was supposed to be an amicable divorce initiated by my ex-wife. It became clear that she wanted to set the financial terms based on what she thought was right. David was always calm and took some of the emotional elements out of the mix and focused me on the real terms. He was nonetheless a good listener and showed empathy while guiding me through the legal process. He shared with me some of facts he would have presented to a judge had the amicable process gone awry. But all in all David worked hard at moving a difficult process through to its conclusion with minimal acrimony. If you are looking to grind an axe I don't think he is the guy for you! Otherwise I would highly recommend him to anyone going through the inherently difficult and emotional challenging process of ending a union while minimizing the collateral damages. He will make the tough journey that much easier. He is really a good guy and a good attorney!

David defended me against a non-compete claim in which the plaintiffs tried to claim that my accumulated industry expertise, as well as material that can be learned from any undergraduate Computer Science curriculum, were protected trade secrets. I worked closely with David to rebut these claims; I was impressed with David's ability to assimilate complex technical information I provided, and use it to formulate legal arguments that demolished the plaintiff's claims. In my position as an out of work geek who was being sued, I was also very happy with David's cost-effective and collaborative work; this helped me exit the process with my wallet and my confidence in good order.

Divorce isn’t easy. It’s emotional, it’s draining and it’s complicated. We have one daughter that was pretty much stuck in the middle of all of this along with a pretty complicated financial situation due in part to the fact that I am a large shareholder in a small privately held family business. What we had hoped would be a fairly reasonable and amicable arrangement, turned into three years of an heartache and trauma. But, what was key through all of this was David. David allowed me to go on with my day to day life and not get bogged down but the inner details of the divorce. If a meeting needed to happen, I didn’t need to worry if my lawyer was prepared. David had it all together, so frankly, I didn’t have to. He was the level headed one. If I had an emotional breakdown, which happened, he helped me work through it. David also understood the workings of a small closely held business. That helped a ton. He got it. He got the fact that if you drain the business of cash there will be no money to go around. David and I ran a three year marathon together, and I appreciate all that he did.

I employed the superb services of the Law Offices of Lisa A. Ruggieri, P.C. for divorce representation. I highly recommend her office and found Lisa and her office to be extremely diligent, helpful and proactive. I received email updates of all developments and each important notification was followed up by a phone call to make sure I received the information and understood it. I also worked closely with her paralegal Anthony and he made it very easy to upload documentation electronically and to provide electronic signatures when permitted. He was also very thorough in guiding me through the divorce proceedings. We conducted the entire process during the pandemic but Lisa was always on top of things, much more than opposing counsel. She was firm and clear in her positions defending my interests and I feel that our judge deemed her arguments were stronger and more convincing than the opposition. Very rude., never listen to the client. I am stuck in court for almost 5 years because of her inability to listen, she always yelled and do only what she wants. I was her client during 13 months for my divorce.In 1 year she put in her pack the whole profit of my part on selling of my marital house in legal fees and I still in court with many problems because she didn't protect my kids properly and most of my Divorce agreement has different interpretation accordingly to the law.
